Complete.

This piece has been the luckiest for me so far this year [2007], earning me three 1st places and one 2nd place.

Photo emailed May 5, 2007.

The completed model took first place in the January 2007 model contest in Louisiana.
At the same contest, DeepGroover took ten awards including this one. In his January 29 email, he said, "They consisted of one honorable mention, three thirds, one second, four firsts, and a "best of"  category. For the second straight year one of my wargame pieces earned a "best of", meaning it beat out every other entry in the category, regardless of subject."

This model again took first place in the February 17, 2007 model contest held in San Antonio, Texas.

The model won first place in March 2007 in the model contest held in his home town of Houston, Texas.
