Hoegard's Guardian Song

by Hoegard Harfoot

Hey! Ho! To the battle I go
To wield my club and down the foe
Wargs may come and crebain may crow
And many fights be still to go,
But behind my shield I will ally
As flocks of eagles go soaring by

Hey! Ho! To the battle I go
To wield my club and down the foe
Goblins may come and horns may blow
And many fights be still to go,
But behind my shield I will wait
As flights of arrows try to penetrate

Hey! Ho! To battle I go
To wield my club and down the foe
Wounds may come and blood may flow
And many fights be still to go,
But behind my shield I will defend
As allies of Mordor meet their end
