Man > Sador

Sador or Labadal (which means “Hopafoot”) was a man of Dor-Lómin and a servant of Húrin. “He had been a woodman, and by ill-luck or the mishandling of his axe he had hewn his right foot, and the footless leg had shrunken.” He became the young Túrin’s most close friend, counselor, and storyteller. Sador had some skill in woodworking and would carve many things with the time he had. Sador died in the skirmish between Túrin and the Easterlings in Brodda’s hall.
