Marcho and Blanco - brothers, Hobbits of Fallowhide
branch.
First settled the land known as the Shire in 1600 with a following of
Hobbits.
They received permission from Argeleb II, king of Arnor at Fornost, or
Norbury
as the Hobbits call it.
