[4:21 PM]Varda: Some of us have been running missions and the new Folly raid. I have not yet been in one that beat the last boss, but keep hoping!

[4:21 PM]Varda: Missions tend to be two-man, mildly frustrating when wanting to drag along friends.

[4:21 PM]Sandalf13: Aiya All! I have some terrible news, but it can wait.

[4:21 PM]Varda: Fangorn and I tried to do that yesterday. Went to an instance instead.

[4:22 PM]Varda: Sandalf, you are alive and able to type.

[4:22 PM]Sandalf13: Very much so, thank goodness.

[4:22 PM]Varda: LotRO kinmates that showed up this past week:

[4:22 PM]Varda: Sandalf, this is a break spot between Gaming and Tolkien.

[4:22 PM]Varda: Go ahead if you like.

Tolkien Discussions

[4:24 PM]Sandalf13: I shall do so. Terrible news: The Ent Federal Credit Union is merging with Front Range Credit Union, and will use the name of the latter. The Ent name will disappear forever (at least for the foreseeable future). Like the Entwives, the Ent Credit Union is lost to us survivors.

[4:24 PM]Léod

[44th], : Wow, that IS sad.

[4:24 PM]Varda: They have gone into the West, hunting the Entwives.

[4:25 PM]Sandalf13: Another year, another loss, and like so much in Tolkien, the Ent bank is gone forever. Sad.

[4:25 PM]Varda: Front Range Ents might work.

[4:25 PM]Léod

[44th], : I didn't know there was an Ent Federal Credit Union. It's a lot better than the name of mine ever was.

[4:25 PM]Varda: That news might actually go under Tolkien. : )

[4:27 PM]Varda: Here is a spot of news, only faintly Tolkien-related, since it is a sword:

[4:27 PM]Varda: link

["Diver finds second Crusader sword in the same spot, five years apart

["Israeli diver Shlomi Katzin recently found his second Crusades-era sword since 2021 while swimming in the same area off the coast of Israel.

[4:27 PM]Earendil: Aiya, ent bank? That existed and I missed it?

[4:27 PM]Varda: It did. Not quite gone yet.

[4:28 PM]Varda: Sandalf, do you still have a picture of that?

[4:28 PM]Varda: Aiya Earendil : )

[4:28 PM]Sandalf13: Image

[4:28 PM]Earendil: Well trees grow back, so that's good....that one'll grow strong I think.

[4:28 PM]Varda: Thank you. : )

[4:29 PM]Sandalf13: The new name of the combined institution will be "Wings Credit Union." Not nearly as catchy as "Ent Federal Credit Union."

[4:30 PM]Earendil: Probably could've done shire credit union as well. I'd bank with bilbo.

[4:30 PM]Varda: : )

[4:34 PM]Sandalf13: From the deep files of the Internet...perhaps the last known siting of an actual Ent.

[Discord Image

[4:34 PM]Varda: hah, nice shot, Sandalf!

[4:36 PM]Earendil: Just needs a gif of the one on fire from the films running past...140 is me no. 30.

[4:31 PM]Varda: We have gaming requests from Arien. Go ahead, Sunshine.

[4:31 PM]Varda: Arien?

[4:32 PM]Varda: One was a request for invites on two servers, which we are in the process of: Peregrin and Meriadoc.

[4:32 PM]Varda: The other was for instances that some of you may also need.

[4:33 PM]Arien Valar: yeah i am here sort of 🙂

[4:33 PM]Varda: One is Mirror Halls of Lumul Nar

[4:33 PM]Varda: Maybe a duo.

[4:33 PM]Arien Valar: yeah but the duo version is something i prefer

[4:33 PM]Varda: Fainan is now in Peregrin

[4:33 PM]Varda: to give the invite when ready

[4:34 PM]Varda: For all our LotRO Valarites, try /joinchannel Valar

[4:35 PM]Arien Valar: the other one is a level 140 one and is a duo as well .. some apothecary in Carn Dum with some Elites wandering around which i can beat but only with much luck 🙂 and there is a riddle as well to open doors

[4:38 PM]Varda: Meanwhile...

[4:38 PM]Varda: On to

[4:38 PM]Varda: Here's the topic we've been thinking about, right?

[4:38 PM]Varda: Art objects in Tolkien's works: name a few and if they had uses beyond pure beauty.

[4:38 PM]Varda: Any book, any time, as long as it's Tolkien's!

[4:38 PM]Sandalf13: The Three Rings, naturally.

[4:39 PM]Varda: (Arien's Belthargar is level 11, on Peregrin server.)

[4:39 PM]Varda: Any use for those three rings besides pretty? : )

[4:40 PM]Sandalf13: And I would also add the Sceptre of Annuminas, reported by Tolkien to be the oldest surviving work of art created by Mortals at the end of the Third Age.

[4:40 PM]Léod

[44th], : Nauglamir. It wasn't made for the purpose, but it brought jealousy to the point of violence in several, the addition of the Simaril did not ease this AT ALL.

[4:40 PM]Varda: heh, for sure, Leod.

[4:41 PM]Varda: The Nauglamir also brought out great beauty in the wearer.

[4:42 PM]Varda: The Sceptre of Annuminas had what very important use?

[4:42 PM]Earendil: Gimli considered the caves at helms deep like natural art, and it served as a point of connection between him and legolas plus correct me but for them and the people of the rohirim as well. (Forgot the spelling of rohirim...curious who's got a check for me)

[4:42 PM]Varda: Rohirrim

[4:42 PM]Léod

[44th], : Luthien wearing Nauglamir with the Simaril was the most fair thing East of the Undying Lands.

[4:42 PM]Varda: Rohir + rim

[4:42 PM]Earendil: Thanks! Double r's....

[4:43 PM]Léod

[44th], : The Scepter was a proof of kingship over Arnor?

[4:43 PM]Sandalf13: Yup.

[4:43 PM]Varda: And yes. The Glittering Caves were to curated with very carefully calculated strokes, like the great art it was.

[4:43 PM]Varda: Aye, Leod. More so than even the fillet.

[4:43 PM]Sandalf13: The Elessar, and depending on which version regarding its origin that you prefer, either created by Celebrimbor or Yavanna herself.

[4:44 PM]Arien Valar: statues come to my mind

[4:45 PM]Varda: And what was a significance of the Elessar?

[4:45 PM]Arien Valar: the statues of Isildur and Anarion on the shores of Anduin marking the border of their realms , as warning , signposts and maybe warning/threat

[4:46 PM]Varda: Aye, Arien. And a warning that if you keep going, your boat will go off the Falls of Rauros!

[4:46 PM]Sandalf13: Depending on one's preferred origin, the Elessar was supposed to renew things to the way they were in their prime...a cure for Galadriel's longing for the Arda that was already long gone by the end of the Third Age. It was given to Aragorn because it was told by Ivorwen at his birth that he would become "The Renewer" who renewed the fortunes of the Numenoreans and the health of Arda itself in the Fourth AGe.

[4:48 PM]Sandalf13: It was also very useful for Aragorn to use while healing people, too.

[4:48 PM]Varda: (Arimat level 14 is now in our kin on Meriadoc server! 🙂 )

[4:49 PM]Varda: Very good!

[4:49 PM]Varda: A very nice gift to show that Aragorn was accepted as the potential spouse of Arwen, as well. : )

[4:49 PM]Sandalf13: That too. An engagement gift, perhaps?

[4:50 PM]Varda: Kind of, yes.

[4:50 PM]Varda: When Galadriel says it's ok, it's ok!

[4:50 PM]Sandalf13: Wow...Galadriel was loaded down with good stuff. Not only did she wear one of The Three, but for many centuries, she also wore the Elessar. Quite a dame, that one.

[4:51 PM]Arien Valar: Royal family after all

[4:51 PM]Pallando-Valar: flying for If All Else Fails in 9 minutes 4:51 PM]Varda: The artwork in Gondolin for the memory of the Two Trees of Valinor were also used for symbols of Houses of Gondolin.

[4:51 PM]Varda: Go go, Pallando!

[4:51 PM]Varda: Our good wishes fly with you!

[4:52 PM]Arien Valar: good luck , Pallando

[4:52 PM]Sandalf13: Go for it, Pallando!

[4:52 PM]Earendil: Good luck!

[4:53 PM]Sandalf13: What about the architecture of Gondor itself? As well as the ruins of Annuminas, to be rebuilt in the Fourth Age? The Numenoreans were taught by the Elves, and their architecture no doubt displayed many Elvish features, appurtenances, and overall design.

[4:53 PM]Léod

[44th], : How about Ithildin and the works made with it?

[4:54 PM]Varda: Silvery moon-letters, the words on the door to Moria. Beautiful and amazing.

[4:55 PM]Sandalf13: It took both Elves and Dwarves working together to put that one up....

[4:55 PM]Varda: An act of Alliance, also beautiful.

[4:56 PM]Varda: The Elendilmir. It was worn by the Kings of Arnor instead of a crown. (kind of goes along with bringing up the Sceptre!)

[4:57 PM]Léod

[44th], : Nice. Love it. I can't remember the name of Aragorn's Ring, but it was an heirloom of his house and acted as a similar proof I think.

[4:57 PM]Varda: Ring of Barahir

[4:58 PM]Varda: And also beautiful.

[4:58 PM]Léod

[44th], : That's it!

[4:58 PM]Sandalf13: Made by the Elves, perhaps Finrod himself, or he had it made by one of the Feanoreans, perhaps.

[4:58 PM]Arien Valar: the mailcoat of Frodo made of mithril for an elven prince , beside being practical it was beautiful and exquisitly made

[4:58 PM]Sandalf13: We are burying this topic.

[4:58 PM]Varda: Irmo-(Valar) gave us an article on the Ring of Barahir:

[4:58 PM]Varda: link

[4:59 PM]Varda: Aye. The mithril coat, worth more than the Shire, and Frodo was wearing it, not realizing at first!

[4:59 PM]Léod

[44th], : I was thinking about the mithril coat. It was beautiful, but was it art? lol

[5:00 PM]Varda: It was so beautiful that it could be seen as reaching the level of art. Rather like a beautiful building or cave.

[5:00 PM]Sandalf13: The Ring of Barahir was not like the three Elven Rings, and did not carry their kind of power, nevertheless, it held a great power that was inherent in itself. As an object of long history, and under the circumstances in which it was given to Barahir, the wielder of The Ring of Barahir possessed almost magical power and influence.

[5:01 PM]Léod

[44th], : Oh, I'm silly. The Arkenstone

[5:01 PM]Léod

[44th], : That was amazing Sandalf. I didn't know that.

[5:01 PM]Varda: The Ring was also a part of the inheritance of the King.

[5:01 PM]Léod

[44th], : That part I knew!

[5:02 PM]Varda: The Ring of Barahir was also the engagement ring that Aragorn gave to Arwen. : )

[5:03 PM]Sandalf13: Remember that when Beren had to enter Nargothrond, he held the Ring of Barahir aloft, high above his head, so that the Elves would see that he was the wielder of the Ring. Instead of shooting Beren, as they were required to do for any unauthorized visitors to Nargothrond, they actually were obliged to help Beren on his journeh.

[5:03 PM]Varda: Xav! Well met!

[5:03 PM]Varda: Finrod had a lot of oomph, and it was his ring. 🙂

[5:03 PM]Sandalf13: Ya sure ya betcha.

[5:03 PM]Xavier: Probably the best thing elves did was hide the 3 rings

[5:03 PM]Arien Valar: Aiya Xavier and well met indeed

[5:04 PM]Varda: Aye. Sauron never had the chance to touch them!

[5:04 PM]Sandalf13: Now there is a good question: do you think that the Dunedain of the North were aware of where the Three Elven Rings were bestowed? I believe that they were.

[5:04 PM]Varda: Too bad they still had a "backdoor of programming" in them, so the One Ring could reach them

[5:05 PM]Varda: If you mean in Aragorn's time? Aragorn most likely had some idea that Elrond and Galadriel had Rings, or at least something major.

[5:05 PM]Arien Valar: I am sure that at least Aragorn was aware of their whereabouts or at least he knew enough to recognize their presence

[5:05 PM]Varda: And he was close with Gandalf..

[5:05 PM]Xavier: Yes and no . Knew region but not exact location

[5:05 PM]Varda: Other Rangers? Probably not.

[5:06 PM]Sandalf13: I suspect that the leaders of the Dunedain DID know where those Rings were located...at least the upper level members of the Dunedain, the nobility, as it were.

[5:06 PM]Varda: Kind of scary that Frodo and therefore the One Ring came so close to the Three!

[5:07 PM]Xavier: Ie loth was put in a fog of war spell so visially could not see

[5:07 PM]Arien Valar: remember that frodo offered the one to Galadriel and she was the wielder of one of the three

[5:07 PM]Xavier: Yep

[5:07 PM]Sandalf13: I think that Frodo saw the light of Earendil passing through Galadriel's Ring, and he was smart enough...and quick enough...to know what he was looking at.

[5:08 PM]Sandalf13: Frodo was, as we say in English, a quick study.

[5:08 PM]Varda: Sam noticed what seemed to be a bright light on her finger, I think. Would have to look it up.

[5:09 PM]Varda: Frodo was the best hobbit in the Shire. Not just my impression, but in the book.

[5:09 PM]Sandalf13: OK....I will look it up. I'll be back!!!!!😟

[5:09 PM]Varda: Anyway, we have reached the hour.

[5:09 PM]Varda: a shiny gavel taps the hammerpad

[5:09 PM]Varda: tinnnng!

After-meeting:

[5:09 PM]Varda: After-meeting!

[5:10 PM]Léod

[44th], : Lovely subject!

[5:10 PM]Arien Valar: aye and i have to go unjfortunately ... kind of yawny now ^^

[5:10 PM]Varda: Those who need to leave, feel free. Others may want to stay and continue chatting. : )

[5:10 PM]Varda: Rest well, Lady of Scotland!

[5:10 PM]Arien Valar: Very interesting topic indeed 🙂

[5:10 PM]Varda: Topic: Shinies and what they're good for. 😉

[5:11 PM]Arien Valar: wish i was grin

[5:11 PM]Varda: The One Ring was one of the plainest of the Rings, and yet the most powerful and most Precious.

[5:11 PM]Arien Valar: Namarie !

[5:11 PM]Varda: Rest well : )

[5:12 PM]Earendil: I'm just mesmerized by this talk today, middle earth is full of artworks grand.

[5:12 PM]Varda: It is! Aye.

[5:13 PM]Varda: Here's another page on our site, for fun look-ups:

[5:13 PM]Varda: https://valarguild.org/tolkien/encyc/objects.html

[5:13 PM]Varda: Apparently I need to fix the new link for Jewels, Jewelry though.

[5:14 PM]Varda: Feel free to research the books and add more articles!

[5:14 PM]Léod

[44th], : Here's a couple more: The Stone of Erech, and I mentioned already the Arkenstone, and the Palantiri (palantirs?)

[5:15 PM]Varda: Palantir (singular), Palantiri (plural)

[5:15 PM]Varda: or them there Palantirs.

[5:15 PM]Léod

[44th], : First guess was right!

[5:15 PM]Varda: The Arkenstone even had the fun of being famous from the movies. : )

[5:16 PM]Sandalf13: As Frodo was looking at Galadriel after he looked in her Mirror, "Earendil, the Evening Star, most beloved of the Elves, shone clear above. So bright was it that the figure of the Evlen-lady cast a dim shadow on the ground Its rays glanced upon a ring about her finger; it glittered like polished godl overlaid with silver light, and a white stone in it twinkiled as if the Even-star had dome down to rest upon her hand. Frodo gazed at the ring with awe, for suddenly it seemed to him that he understood." Yes...Frodo DID know who wielded one of the Three, at least. Galadriel continues "'Yes,' she said, divining his thought, ' it is not permitted to speak of it, and Elrond could not do so. But it cannot be hidden from the Ring-bearer, and one who has seen the Eye. Verily it is in the land of Lorien upon the finger of Galadriel that one of the Three remains. This is Nenya, the Ring of Adamant, and I am its keeper."

[5:16 PM]Sandalf13: Wow. Pretty heavy stuff, yes?

[5:17 PM]Varda: I think you will find Sam's comment also, that he saw a light on her finger. He did not know what it was.

[5:18 PM]Varda: Aye, Frodo knew a lot. How much did the One Ring catch of that, I wonder? I suspect it was not actually aware, for some reason. Between Frodo and Galadriel suppressing it. Maybe also area effect.

[5:18 PM]Léod

[44th], : What about the Standard of Elendil?

[5:20 PM]Varda: Are you referring to the banner made by Arwen for Aragorn?

[5:20 PM]Varda: What she made was indeed a work of art, aye. : )

[5:20 PM]Sandalf13: I suspect that like the Girdle of Melian, the enchantments that Galadriel wove around Lothlorien had much of the same effect, and preserved it as a "safe zone" that the Eye could not penetrate. Tolkien even says so himself...when Galadriel says that she can see what Sauron is thinking, but he cannot see what she is thinking...not yet, not as long as he does not have the One.

[5:20 PM]Léod

[44th], : I am

[5:21 PM]Varda: He did not have the One. Frodo did and he did See. Interesting!

[5:21 PM]Varda: Then aye, that was indeed art!

[5:21 PM]Varda: with a strong message!

[5:22 PM]Léod

[44th], : And they picked just the right time to deliver it in the books anyway.

[5:22 PM]Varda: That was very much on purpose, right.

[5:22 PM]Varda: Halbarad carried it to Aragorn, along with the rest of the Grey Company.

[5:23 PM]Varda: She knew the time was at hand for the rise or fall.

[5:23 PM]Varda: of all their Hopes.

[5:23 PM]Sandalf13: The Mirror of Galadriel remains one of my very favorite chapters in the entire LoTR. I have a few others as well, but The Mirror stands out. I wish I could have seen Galadriel as Frodo did...perhaps she looked like Glorfindel as he is/was on "the other side," as Gandalf says.

[5:23 PM]Varda: Intriguing

[5:23 PM]Varda: Galadriel was born in Valinor, so very likely.

[5:24 PM]Sandalf13: It might have been the closest that a Mortal could ever come to envisioning what one of the Maiar themselves "looked like" on the other side.

[5:24 PM]Varda: Actually, she was a High Elf.

[5:25 PM]Varda: Gandalf was an actual Maia, even if carefully "lessened".

[5:25 PM]Varda: But aye, likely as close as they could come.

[5:25 PM]Varda: A fun thought. Frodo went to Valinor himself.

[5:26 PM]Varda: I wonder if he saw all the Valar?

[5:26 PM]Sandalf13: She was VERY high.YouTube - Saga Lore AI - Lord of the Rings - Fellowship of di Irie (Parody Music Video)

[5:26 PM]Varda: I'm thinking they might even have thrown him a party.

[5:26 PM]Varda: heh

[5:27 PM]Varda: Drugs would probably be like poisons. Elves metabolized them out pretty well.

[5:30 PM]Varda: Thunder is really hitting all around the house right now.

[5:30 PM]Varda: Think I'd better pull out for now. 🙂

[5:30 PM]Varda: and just wow, what a show. : )

[5:31 PM]Varda: Manwe and Ulmo are really going at the sky fireworks.

[5:31 PM]Xavier: Yea we had 3 rounds of thunder lighting here. Waiting for the next

[5:33 PM]Léod

[44th], : Talk to you later!

[5:33 PM]Léod

[44th], : Bye folks! See you in game!

[5:34 PM]Varda: Three in seconds here, lot more, heh.

[5:34 PM]Varda: See you another time, gang!

[5:34 PM]Sandalf13: Namarie all!

[5:34 PM]Varda: Lightning is flashing across the screen. Actually pretty neat.

[5:34 PM]Varda: Good night, all. 🙂

[6:45 PM]Pallando-Valar: we won. :))

[9:41 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Aiya, reading up.

[10:29 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: So... the Elessar was a bit like a dowry? 🙂

[10:40 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And I'd like to add the lamps and trees, including the white ones, to the list. Primarily serving a practical or at least symbolic purpose, but surely they are works of art in themselves.

[6:40 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Personal gaming report:

[6:40 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: For (non)flashgaming, a classic little upgrade game, Gragyriss, Captor of Princesses on Kongregate

[6:45 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: It starts with a dragon egg to take care of, by upgrading some resources, including grass and sheep. Stuff gets more efficient and varied as you go. Hatch the egg, grow the dragon, and raid the settlements on the map by defending against waves of enemies with your new dragon, to capture princesses and get all the buffs from them.

[6:45 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: As well as collect gold for more upgrades!

[6:50 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Blizzard gaming:

[7:06 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Hearthstone: Level 58 on the reward track now. Rewards are mostly gold now, and I got enough of that to buy a new hero skin, Gunglaive Kurtrus for the demon hunter.

[7:10 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: A one week quest event has been happening this week, In The Dragon's Fire, based on defending from Deathwing directly. Rewards are 2 common cards, 2 rare cards and 2 epic cards from the new expansion, random which ones, as well as a pack.

[7:10 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Oh, and there was a free login reward as well this week, a free legendary, in my case Ultraxion, whom people might recall from WoW's End Time raid 🙂

[7:12 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Brawl is an interesting one! Splendiferous Showdown! has you using Whizbang's special decks, with each class getting a certain theme. They are really quite varied with usually unique mechanics.

[7:13 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Try em all!

[7:16 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Warcraft Rumble: No new collection level, but getting closer. In absence of epic cores, though, that would come from upgrading epics to legendary instead, of which I got one done this week.

[7:17 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: The Lich King event is over now, and through the final login reward I indeed managed to clear the entire reward track, including getting enough stars to max out the leader Arthas (the legendary upgrade mentioned above) and as suspected, his other 5 stars from the track were converted to arc energy, 1500. If that's the going rate, this could take a while!

[7:21 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Indeed, from what I can tell, buying extra stars for the arc energy isn't worth it, it's more efficient to just directly buy the energy from the store instead.

[7:25 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Going through Molten Core once again gave me almost enough valor to max out Cenarius' army, after which I might as well spend the stuff on random heroes' armies instead. And continuing through the pvp season as well for the rewards. Between all that, haven't continued in the heroic sigil campaign, though.

[7:27 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: As for quality upgrades, got Arthas to legendary as mentioned, and 3 more cards to 25 stars for epic, the SAFE Pilot, Dire Batlings, and Earth Elemental. The lowest are now at 22 stars, with only 8 more minis to reach 25 stars. Actually getting them to epic is going to take longer though, as the queue grows 🙂

[7:30 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: WoW: Level 85 now. Over a month in, halfway. Eesh, so slow. Did complete the main story for Zul'aman, resurrecting Jan'alai, and poking Nalorakk in his dungeon. Big bear's a bit grumpy, but pretty nice once you get to know him!

[7:31 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Next week, to Pandora Harandar to meet up with the Haranir!

[7:32 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: In the meantime, I've been poking Noblegarden with 5 characters every day, to get the new duck disguise colors, which I've all got now, and the Cornsilk Reveler's ensemble, for which I've gotten all but the sun hat. Hopefully next year will be luckier.

[7:33 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I did get enough trading tender through that, along with Zul'aman questing, to complete the trading post for april.

[7:34 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Got a free Forest Dweller's Butterfly Attire (set), and bought a whole bunch of unique mogs, including a bunch of garden-based weapon appearances and an offhand containing a home for Pepe, the companion bird.

[7:35 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Also got the new pet, Grumpy Mandrake - very cute - and while I usually skip trading post mounts because they're too expensive, the uniqueness of the 2 this month and the fact I had some currency extra from the Collector's Edition made it so I couldn't resist.

[7:37 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: So I got the Arboreal Pseudoshell and Vicious Snapvine, two plant-based varieties of certain mount models.

[7:39 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And that's my report for the week!

[7:39 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Namarie!

[7:40 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Oh, actually, as a followup to what Arien said about follower dungeons, I did the Nalorakk one with followers, and being able to solo dungeons this way is pretty nice. I'll be sure to use this with alts as well.

[7:40 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: It may even convince me to raise some healers...

[7:40 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: as long as I don't have to pug with them 😄

[April 14, 2026

[6:50 AM]Eönwë Valar: Made it into the Voidspire, but still haven't completed the campaign so still can't do above a T3 delve. Very annoying and a good way to solve FOMO by bringing stuff out quickly and making things take so long to do what I'm looking to do. And by "solve" I mean encourage me to reduce my /played metrics significantly more.

[6:43 PM]Eönwë Valar: YouTube - Charles Cornell - The 8 Most METAL Piano Pieces EVER Written

[9:43 PM]Sandalf13: This is tantastic. I can still play the Rachmaninoff.

[9:44 PM]Sandalf13: And they do sound like Metal music, sort of.

[10:30 PM]Eönwë Valar: Oh wow, this soiree event in WoW is looking like a pain
