Honestly think they just don't care at this point. They made a statement implying one thing, it "got deleted" then reinstated, but they haven't clarified if they misspoke or if it's actually intended to count for Remix Mythics. At this point the fact it hasn't been clarified is more annoying and detrimental to fun than not being able to get it in Legion Remix. It's been almost 2 months. If they were going to say anything about it with all the people asking questions, they would've. His abilities are stationary, and while he's got a decent advantage on defense, it just doesn't seem all that impactful.
