[4:01 PM]Eönwë Valar: Heya.

[4:02 PM]Arien Valar: Heya

[4:02 PM]Varda: Morwe is back in LotRO. Good to see after his being ill so long. He wondered if we'd all gone to one of the new servers already. Going to be a little problem for those returning to our old servers after the jump.

[4:03 PM]Varda: Aiya Arien and Eonwe. : )

[4:03 PM]Arien Valar: Yes. I met him as well

[4:03 PM]Varda: Excellent! Looked as if your times might have overlapped. I did not meet, but he left a LotROmail.

[4:03 PM]Varda: Did you get to talk?

[4:03 PM]Eönwë Valar: Yeah, if only we had a website or something that people could go to to keep up with the latest news on us.

[4:03 PM]Varda: hehehe

[4:04 PM]Varda: Yep.

[4:04 PM]Eönwë Valar: Think we should put something like that together, Varda?

[4:04 PM]Varda: I should be sure to put the info in an easily found place on the News, maybe?

[4:04 PM]Eönwë Valar: And it's done: www.valarguild.org. Everything you could ever want to know about us and then some.

[4:04 PM]Varda: yay!

[4:04 PM]Arien Valar: He was asking about when the kin is going to move and I told him probably as soon as the 64 bit servers are up

[4:05 PM]Varda: Aye. So we can try to grab the best spots and hold onto our names.

[4:05 PM]Sandalf13: Aiya

[4:05 PM]Varda: Aiya Sandalf : )

[4:05 PM]Arien Valar: and he wanted the discord channel but i didnt know that

[4:05 PM]Arien Valar: aiya Sandalf

[4:06 PM]Varda: Did you get his Discord name? I could send him an invite. Or you could from this channel.

[4:07 PM]Arien Valar: ah no .. he said he was so confused by the game after having not been in it such a long time that he was logging off before i could get any furthere

[4:07 PM]Varda: ugh

[4:07 PM]Arien Valar: but i think he ll come back

[4:07 PM]Varda: Best way to handle is start a level one and run it for a while.

[4:07 PM]Varda: Then it's easier to figure out what to do with the old characters.

[4:08 PM]Arien Valar: yip i was going to give him that advice too because you get all the tutorial instructions

[4:08 PM]Varda: Right!

[4:08 PM]Xavier: OK im here. Thanks for meeting invite

[4:08 PM]Varda: Hiya Xavier : )

[4:08 PM]Varda: Got the folks all taxied? : )

[4:12 PM]Xavier: So Cordovan said last i heard target general time is 64 bit servers for sometime in March

[4:13 PM]Varda: It used to be February. Moved back huh?

[4:13 PM]Varda: All this junk from all the houses on characters. hah

[4:14 PM]Xavier: OK I'll read up more . After I get back 2nd.person needs ride.back home.for work. Cords.last stream said March yea. Not set.in stone yet though

[4:32 PM]Varda: Please note the fresh names there. It's good to see folks coming back ahead of the jump.

[4:32 PM]Varda: Xaviervonhoot said it will probably be March instead of February when we have the new servers.

[4:34 PM]Xavier: You all can listen to each week of Cord of the rings stream for updates

[4:34 PM]Varda: I seem to have missed that one. Glad you caught it.

[4:35 PM]Varda: Any further gaming or membership news? Needs, suggestions, questions?

Anniversary Theme:

[4:35 PM]Varda: Ahh we have a question. (Note: it was in a side message.)

[4:36 PM]Varda: For the upcoming Anniversary in October, did anyone have a suggestion for the theme? Maybe something Phar and Elwing would enjoy doing the art for? : )

[4:36 PM]Varda: Might just start thinking what you'd like to write or draw and suggest that.

[4:37 PM]Varda: and yes it has to be Tolkien! hah

[4:37 PM]Varda: If it just happens to cross with gaming, screenshots are good.

[4:39 PM]Arien Valar: Even Monsterplay in stories is allowed if you have the courage

[4:39 PM]Varda: Aye. And my spider eyes you eight times. : )

[4:39 PM]Arien Valar: :)

[4:40 PM]Eönwë Valar: We want to get a collection for a vote to give at least a couple of months for those who might need longer for inspiration/completion in the more creative endeavors like writing and art.

[4:40 PM]Arien Valar: even though i was meaning like writing a story from Sauron's side or an antagonist's view

[4:41 PM]Eönwë Valar: Not always easy to come up with and complete an idea within the Anniversary month :}

[4:41 PM]Varda: Aye.

[4:42 PM]Varda: Sure, write a story from the antagonist's view. Could even write from both sides in the same story. Parallel and contrast.

[4:42 PM]Varda: What makes a character one of the good guys? And what makes it one of the bad guys?

[4:43 PM]Eönwë Valar: Nope, never written from the antagonist's view. Eyes Unrest:What Evil Fears on his Stories page

[4:43 PM]Varda: hehe

[4:44 PM]Varda: argh. I need to fix that link from your Author page. (This is a note to self for later.)

[4:46 PM]Varda: When stuff moved into different folders or places or url names changed in some fashion, links broke in all sorts of places. Still ferreting them out.

[4:46 PM]Varda: go, Ferret!

[4:46 PM]Sandalf13: Ferrting is hard work, believem me.

[4:46 PM]Eönwë Valar: Image of a ferret mishap

[4:46 PM]Varda: awwww

[4:46 PM]Varda: Slide!

[4:47 PM]Sandalf13: That look on the ferret's face at the end of the video seems to bear me out...he (?) just looks plumb tired.

[4:47 PM]Eönwë Valar: hehe

[4:48 PM]Varda: It needs some comfort.

[4:48 PM]Varda: Image of petting a ferret

[4:48 PM]Sandalf13: :)

[4:48 PM]Eönwë Valar: That's all we need sometimes, lol.

[4:48 PM]Varda: True : )

[4:49 PM]Varda: In times not as long ago as we think, people had unusual pets. Squirrels, for instance. Ferrets are still around where allowed.

[4:50 PM]Varda: A problem is their escaping the house into the neighborhood. Rough for the pet and the neighbors.

[4:50 PM]Sandalf13: Woke up to a world of white this morning, and had to shovel my walks/driveway my neighbor's as well. But beautiful!

[4:50 PM]Eönwë Valar: I still see the local pet stores selling ferrets.

[4:50 PM]Varda: Good to hear.

[4:50 PM]Sandalf13: Not black footed ferrets, for sure...they are endangered.

[4:50 PM]Varda: You are being good to that neighbor. : )

[4:51 PM]Sandalf13: They are in their mid-80s. As long as I can do it, I like to help.

Tolkien

[4:51 PM]Varda: So, we don't hear about pets in the LotR, do we? Except for...

[4:51 PM]Varda: (can we say Bill was more than a pack pony?)

[4:51 PM]Sandalf13: Bill the Pony....

[4:51 PM]Varda: Yay!

[4:51 PM]Eönwë Valar: I would assume a pet store chain like PetCo and PetSmart wouldn't be selling things they can't legally, no.

[4:51 PM]Varda: Plenty of other types of ferret. : )

[4:52 PM]Sandalf13: The good old garden variety ferret comes to mind.

[4:52 PM]Varda: So at home, what kind of pet might a Fellowship member have kept?

[4:52 PM]Eönwë Valar: Fang, Grip, and Wolf: Farmer Maggot's dogs.

[4:52 PM]Varda: Aye!

[4:52 PM]Varda: Working pets. That is the most likely in those times.

[4:52 PM]Eönwë Valar: Aye.

[4:52 PM]Sandalf13: No doubt they kept cats as well, to keep the mice down.

[4:52 PM]Varda: Agreed.

[4:52 PM]Varda: Any farming area would likely have cats.

[4:52 PM]Eönwë Valar: Queen Beruthiel kept cats. Lots of cats....

[4:53 PM]Sandalf13: Lots and lots and lots of them....

[4:53 PM]Varda: True! Spy cats but still.

[4:53 PM]Arien Valar: Birds i could imagine for Elves

[4:53 PM]Eönwë Valar:

[Image of spy cat

[4:53 PM]Sandalf13: I believe that for the Rohirrim, their horses were indeed pets.

[4:53 PM]Eönwë Valar: Spy cat for you.

[4:53 PM]Arien Valar: and spiders for orcs

[4:54 PM]Sandalf13: That brings up an interesting question: did the Tolkien household include some pets?

[4:54 PM]Eönwë Valar: Given the horse culture of Rohan, I can see them being very important animals.

[4:54 PM]Sandalf13: I believe they did so....

[4:54 PM]Sandalf13: After all, Tolkien did write "Roverandom"

[4:55 PM]Arien Valar: maybe wargs as well .. although i can t imagine them caring for them as pets .. mounts yes , but probably not treating them particularly welll

[4:55 PM]Varda: JRRT seems to have liked dogs and disliked cats.

[4:55 PM]Varda: Wargs are intelligent beings too. More like an ally.

[4:55 PM]Eönwë Valar: A tragic couple in UT were gifted a pair of singing birds on their wedding day, but they weren't kept in a cage.

[4:56 PM]Varda: My mind utterly slipped there, Eonwe, on what story that was. What were the birds kept in? Free-range?

[4:56 PM]Eönwë Valar: Aldarion and Erendis

[4:56 PM]Sandalf13: In the tale of Aldarion and Erendis, it is mentioned that many of the local farmers kept sheep....if so, they no doubt had sheep dogs, or similar varieties of dog....

[4:57 PM]Eönwë Valar: They sang outside the house, until Erendis in a fit of bitterness chased them off.

[4:57 PM]Varda: There were indeed sheep. The eagles were a problem for sheep herders.

[4:57 PM]Sandalf13: I believe that the book even mentions that Iqbal, a young boy who came for a visit to the home of Erendis, had a pet.

[4:58 PM]Sandalf13: Not sure, though...

[4:59 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Aiya, reading up

[4:59 PM]Sandalf13: Aiya Ar!

[4:59 PM]Varda: Phar! Welcome : )

[5:00 PM]Arien Valar: The Rohirim had their horses , definitely treating them moe like pets or mounts or mere allies .. they were friends, as should be between a horse and his/her rider/carer

[5:01 PM]Arien Valar: Aiya Phari

[5:02 PM]Sandalf13: I agree, Arien....

[5:02 PM]Varda: Gets tricky defining a "pet".

[5:03 PM]Sandalf13: Indeed. Do not even humans sometimes refer to their beloved partner as "my pet?"

[5:03 PM]Varda: I guess a critter a person keeps around for companionship even if it has no obvious other utility.

[5:03 PM]Varda: Heh. My definition still might hold there.

[5:03 PM]Arien Valar: makes me think of Hagrid 's idea of a pet in the Harry Potter universe

[5:04 PM]Sandalf13: Now there was a pet collector, if there ever was one...

[5:04 PM]Varda: Well, he's not the usual person, so he can enjoy other types of pets than most people can.

[@Sandalf13

[I believe that the book even mentions that Iqbal, a young boy who came for a visit to the home of Erendis, had a pet.

[5:04 PM]Eönwë Valar: Didn't see the part about a pet, but if I read it right in my haste, he was a shepherd's son.

[5:05 PM]Varda: the gavel scoots across the table towards the hammerpad, a tiny spoon following

[5:05 PM]Sandalf13: I was just thinking about Eonwe's comment from earlier, naming the dogs of Farmer Maggot. I wonder what kind of dogs the Hobbits kept as pets....larger dogs that pose no problems to the Big Folk might certainly be hard to hobbit-sized Hobbits to control....

[5:05 PM]Varda: the gavel swings the spoon (gently)

[5:05 PM]Varda: tap!

Thus ends this week's meeting. Come back and see us next week!

After-Meeting

[5:05 PM]Varda: After-meeting!

[5:06 PM]Arien Valar: the tiny spoon jumps in the pudding and the gavel after splash

[5:06 PM]Varda: A small person can handle a large animal including a dog, especially if they start with the critter young enough.

[5:06 PM]Varda: mmm pudding

[5:07 PM]Varda: A joke in the horse riding groups for trail rides is the smallest women like to choose the largest horses.

[5:07 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Well, they'd have a better view

[5:07 PM]Varda: True, Phar.

[5:07 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I remember an elf who had a wolf for a companion, but that might just be fanfiction...

[5:08 PM]Arien Valar: I was actuall riding a Frisian once .. nice feeling, butter soft paces and good to guide

[5:08 PM]Arien Valar: and i am not very ltall lol

[5:08 PM]Varda: Elf Quest combined that, Phar. : )

[5:09 PM]Varda: And there was some fan fic that we were working on that seems to have lost a Helvy...

[5:09 PM]Varda: Those are gorgeous, Arien!

[5:10 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Looking for Ibal in UT, it does mention a dairy-door. Dairy means farm animals, at least. Might just have been the sheep, though cattle are probably more efficient!

[5:11 PM]Varda: image of a Friesian stallion

[5:11 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And the boy also mentions a watch-dog in comparison

[5:11 PM]Arien Valar: nice picture

[5:11 PM]Varda: Dairy refers to milk types, like cows.

[5:11 PM]Sandalf13: Sheep milk is best used for cheese only...it does not taste very good.

[5:12 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Still counts as dairy though, does it not?

[5:12 PM]Varda: For more:

[5:12 PM]Varda: ihearthorses - 24 Of Our Favorite Pictures Of Friesians.

[1

[5:12 PM]Sandalf13: Goat milk is far more palatable...and yes, I suppose it does indeed count as dairy...

[5:14 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I cannot find anything about Ibal having a pet.

[5:14 PM]Sandalf13: I am certainly mistaken for sure, then, Ar...

[5:14 PM]Sandalf13: It was just a vague memory....

[5:14 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I have not checked every inch of every page

[5:15 PM]Varda: That's when we need a digital copy with a search! I've been considering that but keep reaching for paper copies.

[5:16 PM]Varda: Beware that horse page can keep a person scrolling for a fair while!

[5:16 PM]Sandalf13: Sorry about my spelling of Ibal in the original post....my pinky slipped onto the "q" enroute to the "a".

[5:17 PM]Varda: Anyway, if the Fellowship members had a chance to pick their own pets, what might they be?

[5:17 PM]Eönwë Valar:

[5:17 PM]Varda: I'm thinking a songbird for Legolas.

[5:17 PM]Eönwë Valar: Since we're in Aftermeeting now: this turtle is truly the master of his domain.

[5:17 PM]Varda: Great turtle!

[5:17 PM]Varda: It seems to know exactly what it's doing!

[5:18 PM]Varda: Aye, this is After-meeting. : )

[5:18 PM]Sandalf13: Holy Turtle, Batman...that turtle is more than turtling around...

[5:19 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I can see a dwarf having a turtle for a pet.

[5:19 PM]Arien Valar: Sam maybe a rabbit , Pippin a pony, Merry a dog, frodo a bird (free range) , Gandalf has his Shadowfax . else a bird as well, gimli a wolf, Legolas maybe a butterfly or a bird nod Boromir a dog i think

[5:20 PM]Arien Valar: Aragorn a dog as well

[5:20 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Sam a rabbit... as long as he didn't stew em!

[5:20 PM]Sandalf13: Boromis is definitely a dog man...I think Faramir would have preferred a cat.

[5:20 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Faramir might like a hawk

[5:21 PM]Sandalf13: Both cats and hawks are carnivores...

[5:21 PM]Sandalf13: But graceful...

[@Ar-Pharazon-V

[Sam a rabbit... as long as he didn't stew em!

[5:21 PM]Eönwë Valar: Perhaps there are worse fates... YouTube - Kiss him and love him and squeeze him and hug him and call him George.

[5:22 PM]Varda: A dwarf might like your ferret

[5:22 PM]Eönwë Valar: For the record, that wasn't my ferret, that was in Discord's gif collection :}

[5:23 PM]Varda: er, that there ferret pic there.

[5:24 PM]Varda: Sam of course had Bill the Pony

[5:24 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Hmm, I was thinking Pippin might be more the rabbit type to keep up with, younger and more nimble perhaps

[5:26 PM]Varda: Merry might like something that can keep up in the underground Warrens?

[5:26 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Like a... ferret/

[5:26 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: ?

[5:27 PM]Varda: Exactly. : )

[5:28 PM]Varda: Armadillo might be interesting though. : )

[5:28 PM]Varda: Look, Ma! New tunnels!

[5:28 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Pippin, son of Pangolin.

[5:31 PM]Varda: hehe

[5:31 PM]Arien Valar: more respect , your golden Majesty Palladin was almost of the same rank as you amongst his people

[5:31 PM]Sandalf13: There was a really good fan-fiction story about Estel that was entitled "Beyond Imladris." After being recaptured by Elrond and his sons and Glorfindel, they were returning to Imladris when Estel spotted some Prairie Dogs in the distance...The author, who lived in England, did admit that Prairie Dogs are native to North America, and are not found in England (or Europe, obviusly). With all this talk of ferrets, the chief food of the black-footed ferret is Prairie Dogs...they (the ferrets) are now endangered because we have done such an outstanding job of almost eradicating Prairie Dogs....

[5:31 PM]Varda: and going a bit far out:

[5:31 PM]Varda: Imgflip - Only in America

[5:31 PM]Sandalf13:

[Image on Discord of a prairie dog]

[5:33 PM]Arien Valar: right .. time to retreat for me if i want to get through my exercises before Bruce turns in

[5:33 PM]Sandalf13: Namarie Arien!

[5:33 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Namarie, and.. enjoy?

[5:34 PM]Arien Valar: well .. it is a bit of self torture .. but worth it

[5:34 PM]Sandalf13: Exercise is good....

[5:34 PM]Sandalf13: Just keep smiling!

[5:34 PM]Arien Valar: no its exaggerated actually , running through most of them smoothly by now

[5:34 PM]Arien Valar: but Namarie

[5:35 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Usually an indication to ramp em up?

[5:35 PM]Arien Valar: i leave that to the physio ~

[5:35 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Ah, fair.

[5:35 PM]Sandalf13: My favorite pet is a cooked chicken from Costco...speaking of which, I must beat a hasty retreat in order to get one for dinner before the store closes...will return later, as usual.

[5:36 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Enjoy that one as well!

[5:36 PM]Sandalf13: THanks....and look forward to your report, Ar!

[@Sandalf13

[My favorite pet is a cooked chicken from Costco...speaking of which, I must beat a hasty retreat in order to get one for dinner before the store closes...will return later, as usual.

[5:39 PM]Eönwë Valar: That reminds me of a joke.

[5:46 PM]Eönwë Valar: I must be off as well. Take care, good night, sleep well, and have fun.

[5:46 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Namarie!

[5:50 PM]Varda: Namarie : )

[6:35 PM]Varda: Good night for now. : )

[6:35 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: namarie!

[8:11 PM]Sandalf13: I be back. Aiya.

[8:11 PM]Sandalf13: Present tense.

[8:31 PM]Varda: Aiya

[8:31 PM]Sandalf13: Aiya Varda!

[8:32 PM]Sandalf13: How was dinner?

[8:32 PM]Varda: Yummy

[8:32 PM]Varda: Fangorn and I are about to go into LotRO

[8:32 PM]Sandalf13: I am sure that it was, if you had a hand in its preparation.

[8:32 PM]Varda: It just doesn't show on the side for some reason.

[8:32 PM]Sandalf13: Have fun!!

[8:33 PM]Varda: Always

[8:33 PM]Varda: I can be in more than one place at once. It's a Valar thing. ; )

[8:33 PM]Sandalf13: You are a master, indeed.

[8:33 PM]Varda: I play in Windowed

[8:34 PM]Varda: with a little added window on the corner

[8:34 PM]Sandalf13: And in that window you may keep apace of Discord?

[8:35 PM]Varda: Called an overlay

[8:35 PM]Varda: kind of. A whole lot of Discord channels at once. Can be distracting sometimes. : )

[8:37 PM]Sandalf13: I am sure...but you are a master of the idiom, so to spek (no pun intended, of course) and can manage it all admirably.

[8:53 PM]Varda: heh

[8:54 PM]Sandalf13: No heh about it....

[9:10 PM]Sandalf13: I must apologize Varda...I have a very busy morning tomorrow and must begin preparations tonight. I believe I will have to miss Ar's report. Will you kindly extent to him my greetings and apologies? Thank you.

[9:10 PM]Sandalf13: Plus shovelling TWO walkways and driveways this morning was a bit of a stretch...my back is telling me that the idea of a warm waterbed sounds very appealing long about now.

[10:04 PM]Varda: You can always read it another time. : )

[10:04 PM]Varda: That's a lot!

[10:12 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Personal gaming report:

[10:13 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: For (non)flashgaming I could link the same puzzle game again for the fifth time or so out of the badges for this week, but I'll link a different one... Kongregate - Race Time

[10:14 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: This is actually a racing game, simple, but difficult

[10:16 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Each day you get 2 new tracks, and the idea is to get fast enough on a track to reach higher divisions, and unlock the pro track for that day as well.

[10:17 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Get better and better on the track by knowing when to accelerate and when not to, so you don't get ground down by the edge of the track, and skid into lanes that are more efficient for the upcoming turns.

[10:17 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: But even if that doesn't go well, you can just go as well as you can, and just enjoy seeing how far you get

[10:19 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: There's a collector's element to it as well, with lots of different racers to get! Collect gold in the races and from the races to randomize getting racers from the garage. I don't have that many yet and have yet to get any duplicates, but from what I'm reading, duplicates get turned into diamonds and with diamonds you can buy specific ones you're missing. So you can always complete your collection!

[10:27 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Blizzard gaming:

[10:29 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Hearthstone: Level 132 on the reward track now, getting more gold!

[10:29 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: No quest event currently going or coming up. A nice moment of rest. Though from Eonwe's gaming news it seems the next expansion will soon be announced, so that should soon change

[10:31 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: brawl this week is the Clockwork Dealer, where every turn you draw a card of the cost that is your mana for that turn. So on the first turn with 1 mana you get a 1-mana card, on the second turn you have 2 mana and get a 2-mana card, etc.

[10:32 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I've been winning a few matches with the druid, which has a lot of expensive cards, and use only 1 card for the first 7 mana costs so I always draw those, and then move into the big stuff. And for the first 7 I generally use cards to stall the game, like taunt cards or armor-giving.

[10:32 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Seems to work!

[10:33 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Warcraft Rumble: No new collection level, but getting closer to it, since I got some points from rare-ing up minis this week.

[10:34 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: It's rather nice and quiet now, since the spiderlings event ended; the 2 events that are up now are the regular blingtron event that only focuses on what you buy from the shop, and can generally be ignored, and the new Love is in the Air event which only gives rewards on logging in. It does give some nice gold and experience though!

[10:37 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: More dungeon progress: Got through level 21 with Blackhand the blackrock leader, and in the undead week I finally finished getting Thalnos through level 22, and then started on Sylvanas, getting her to level 8. She was nerfed this week, but kinda had it coming, and as far as I can see she's definitely still playable

[10:40 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: For quality upgrades, I got the leader Jaina and the minis Bat Rider and Vultures to rare, as well as the spells Living Bomb and Holy Nova. And I got talents for polymorph, living bomb, bat rider, swole troll and vultures. So that's 10 new levels right there!

[10:41 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Only one more leader to get to rare, and less than 30 minis. I think my horde family is the furthest behind right now.

[10:41 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: WoW:

[10:42 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Still no raiding, but we have a date for the upcoming patch and when the new raid becomes available.

[10:43 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: The two weekly quests are skirmishes and timewalking; I'm going about those normally, have both of them mostly done.

[10:44 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Love is in the Air is finishing today, and I've been doing the apothecaries fight every day. Got the Love Witch's Sweeper mount earlier this week, and got enough tokens tonight to buy both the Living Rose pet and the Truly Heartfelt Shoulders ensemble. So that's my goals for this year's Valentine's event complete!

[10:46 PM]Varda: Grats : )

[10:46 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And I also got my goals for Plunderstorm done! 35000 plunder total, and bought all the stuff from the Plunderstore that was new this time.

[10:46 PM]Varda: Shopping spree!

[10:46 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Yes! Many hats and a cloak this week, on top of the stuff I got earlier

[10:47 PM]Varda: Ar-Pharazon's Haberdashery

[10:49 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And finally, on a sidenote, I mentioned biographies for my characters a bit last week, and inspiration struck me a bit this week, and I wrote up a rather dramatic intro for Calkin, my horde main's biography! I hope it'll get me writing the rest again too, starting with the priest as the last of my original 8 characters. Maybe the day will actually come when I complete enough of them to post in the Valar forum

[10:49 PM]Varda: : )

[10:50 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And that's my report for the week!

[10:51 PM]Varda: Thank you, Phar. : )

[10:51 PM]Varda: Namarie!

[10:51 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Namarie! February 17, 2025

[6:06 AM]Eönwë Valar: Welp, another year of not getting that rocket mount. More than a decade of not getting it.

[8:42 AM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Better luck next year!
