Before-Meeting

[February 9, 2025

[3:54 PM]Varda: Aiya : ) 6 minutes!

[3:59 PM]Sandalf13: Aiya!!

[4:00 PM]Varda: Aiya Sandalf : )

[4:01 PM]Varda: @Bounder @Guild-friend Valar Guild meeting time! Come on in and say hi!

[4:01 PM]Sandalf13: Do you think we will get a good turnout today?

[4:01 PM]Varda: Never know. It's the Superbowl today, heh.

[4:01 PM]Sandalf13: Indeed.

[4:01 PM]Sandalf13: That is what I was thinking.

Meeting Begins

[4:01 PM]Varda: Elen sila lumenn' omentielvo!

[4:02 PM]Varda: But we have folk totally uninterested in it. Like me. ; )

Membership

[4:02 PM]Varda: Membership:

[4:02 PM]Varda: Are you interested in the Superbowl?

[4:02 PM]Varda: And we have folk from overseas who have no particular interest in it.

[4:02 PM]Sandalf13: Sort of, but I am not a slave to the NFL.

[4:03 PM]Varda: And we have folk who can use two screens. : )

[4:03 PM]Varda: Or a computer and a TV or radio.

[4:03 PM]Sandalf13: I do that sometimes to, or at least screenshare.

[4:03 PM]Eönwë Valar: Heya.

[4:03 PM]Varda: Aiya Eonwe : )

[4:03 PM]Sandalf13: But we still have 1.5 hours to kickoff, I believe.

[4:03 PM]Varda: Are you a Superbowl guy, Eonwe? Should we find some chips for you?

[4:03 PM]Varda: Oh, and then we have folks who like to watch the ads, heh.

[4:04 PM]Varda: Elwing for one.

[4:04 PM]Varda: I hear there will be Clydesdales. : )

[4:04 PM]Eönwë Valar: Not really, no. Unless I were getting with a bunch of people for some reason, I wouldn't bother.

[4:04 PM]Sandalf13: There are folks who compile all the ads on youtube after the game is over. Sort of a fun thing to do. THen they rate them.

[4:05 PM]Varda: Guess that would let a person skip the game entirely!

[4:05 PM]Varda: On to

Web

[4:05 PM]Varda: Web:

[4:05 PM]Varda: We have news!

[4:05 PM]Varda: Tolkien Site / Stories section:

[4:06 PM]Varda: "Narn I Auros: Lindon Vignettes" by Eonwe-(Valar). "A brother and sister's heart-to-heart, a riddle unraveled, and a problem resolved? One day, three stories."

[4:06 PM]Varda: Besides just straight interesting stories told all at the same time, check out the nifty way he did the coding to show that.

[4:06 PM]Varda: Things we can only do online. ; )

[4:07 PM]Varda: Neato, Eonwe!

[4:07 PM]Eönwë Valar: Thanks. Hope you all enjoy.

[4:07 PM]Varda: I did. : )

[4:08 PM]Sandalf13: I will check it out after we are done today...

[4:08 PM]Varda: Okie dokie

[4:08 PM]Varda: On to

Gaming

[4:08 PM]Varda: Gaming!

[4:09 PM]Varda: I sent a message to Pallando but he hasn't had a chance to draw breath between that and now. ; )

[4:09 PM]Varda: He may be able to give some Eve news in a bit, if there is any.

[4:09 PM]Varda: Eonwe, would you like to take the gavel for Gaming now?

[4:10 PM]Eönwë Valar: Sure

[4:10 PM]Varda: gavel hops over to Eonwe

[4:14 PM]Eönwë Valar: We also got a Word on WoW for 2025.

[4:14 PM]Sandalf13: Looks like they need a geologist to do a map, but from the looks of things, it would probably be pretty oceanic basalt.

[4:15 PM]Eönwë Valar: This week's PvP Brawl: Comp Stomp.

[Interestingly different take on the WoW housing. Good luck to them.

[4:17 PM]Eönwë Valar: Yeah, as I said earlier in the week, I'm cautiously intrigued.

[4:18 PM]Eönwë Valar: That's it for gaming news from me.

[4:12 PM]Debes: We expect further data this week

[4:21 PM]Varda: He was in the middle of gaming, couldn't divide his attention too long. Kindly gave us that though!

[4:21 PM]Varda: Any news from you, Arien?

[4:22 PM]Sandalf13: Aiya Arien!

[4:22 PM]Varda: She also seems to be in the middle of gaming in WoW. : )

Lord of the Rings Online:

[4:23 PM]Varda: That's my gaming news.

[4:23 PM]Varda: Any other news, suggestions, requests, invites needed, etc?

[4:23 PM]Varda: Sightings of Helm, Aragorn, or Fladrif or others?

[4:24 PM]Sandalf13: ?

[4:24 PM]Arien Valar: aiya Sandalf :_

[4:24 PM]Varda: What's the question, Sandalf?

[4:25 PM]Sandalf13: I do not know any of the people you last mentioned...was wondering who they are.

[4:25 PM]Varda: A fair number of the gang don't come to meetings, sadly.

[4:25 PM]Varda: Nar is on daily in LotRO, but not here, for instance.

[4:26 PM]Arien Valar: not recently , I fear .. they are european gaming valar members or ex so

[4:26 PM]Varda: Thanks

[4:27 PM]Arien Valar: i maxed a worgfen mage for my wow cata classic guild and have started a worgen priest yesterday

[4:27 PM]Varda: We have always had a problem for the US folk that work or go to church this time of day, or are in prime raid time.

[4:27 PM]Varda: Neato, Arien : )

[4:28 PM]Varda: You wouldn't happen to have a ftp character in the US kin by any chance too?

[4:28 PM]Varda: You're so scattered already. : )

[4:29 PM]Arien Valar: i have some over there and a lowly nelf mage in the us trial on Lothar ^^ but not sure whether she d be allowed in a guild

[4:30 PM]Eönwë Valar: I think I've tried adding a low level char from an account without a current subscription (= ftp in WoW). I'm fairly sure it was successful.

[4:30 PM]Varda: Might be something to give a shot on during the meeting?

[4:31 PM]Eönwë Valar: Used it to test out bringing some other chars of my own in, so I got it in somehow, heh.

[4:31 PM]Arien Valar: can do

[4:32 PM]Eönwë Valar: Alliance or Horde can join our Lothar branch, and doesn't necessarily have to be on Lothar server, btw.

[4:33 PM]Eönwë Valar: Part of the tests I did was bringing in a very old character I had on another server.

[4:33 PM]Varda: We had Uldaman as our Horde server, Lothar as our Alliance server, if that's still true?

[4:34 PM]Eönwë Valar: At its core, true, yes.

[4:35 PM]Eönwë Valar: Even if Horde joins our Alliance guild on Lothar, there's limits to what can be done cross-faction.

[4:36 PM]Eönwë Valar: Instanced content is it, so long as we all run out to the instance. No outdoor questing together, no LFR, nor LFD.

[4:37 PM]Eönwë Valar: Those walls are still in full force.

[4:37 PM]Varda: okie dokie

[4:38 PM]Varda: night elf on Lothar no problem though?

[4:38 PM]Eönwë Valar: Night Elf is Alliance, so no, there's no problem.

[4:38 PM]Varda: So maybe she can join. : )

[4:39 PM]Eönwë Valar: I'd say if we were looking to be in one place cross-faction though despite the limitations, come to Lothar.

[4:39 PM]Varda: 4:29 PM]Arien Valar: i have some over there and a lowly nelf mage in the us trial on Lothar ^^ but not sure whether she d be allowed in a guild

[4:39 PM]Arien Valar: Arienna is a Nightelf mage and , Marenc a worgen druid

[4:40 PM]Eönwë Valar: Well you know how to message me :} I'm on Lothar now in any event.

[4:43 PM]Arien Valar: Marenc is on a different server .. so dont think any invites for her will work

[4:44 PM]Varda: Ok - I'll let you two handle that stuff. : )

[4:44 PM]Varda: On to

Tolkien

[4:44 PM]Varda: Tolkien!

[4:44 PM]Varda: (before our time is up)

[4:45 PM]Sandalf13: OK

[4:45 PM]Eönwë Valar: I've got two different chars from two different servers in the Lothar guild, so it's worth a try to test the limits.

[4:45 PM]Varda: I had two topics available already, but due to time and for the fun of it, let's take the one offered by Sauron-(Valar) unless you guys have another?

[4:45 PM]Varda: Sauron's topic: how the "Ring" was or could be worn so that maybe it's not just a ring.

[4:45 PM]Varda: We tossed that around for a while. What could the One Ring be disguised as or simply worn differently?

[4:46 PM]Eönwë Valar: Connect it with a thousand or so other rings, then it's a suit of armor.

[4:46 PM]Sandalf13: Put enough together and one could make a lovely necklace.

[4:47 PM]Sandalf13: On the other hand, gold is one of the most malleable of all metals, so I suppose it could have been beaten into tiny wires and used in electronic circuit boards.

[4:47 PM]Sandalf13: They would have been VERY fast.

[4:49 PM]Varda: The One Ring was no longer malleable, but fun thought to have a suit of Ringmail. : )

[4:49 PM]Arien Valar: a flower . it could have been disguised as a flower or toy

[4:49 PM]Varda: Could one trust such a circuit board?

[4:49 PM]Sandalf13: It would have been inherently evil.

[4:49 PM]Varda: Ahh, the Men of Dale had no idea that their toys could have the One Ring!

[4:50 PM]Varda: Ok, so Sandalf is right. This computer may be inherently evil. (kicked me out of game yesterday!)

[4:50 PM]Varda: It could be nearly anywhere a gem or a holder could go

[4:51 PM]Varda: It is a ring that changes size for the wearer, so sizing is no problem.

[4:51 PM]Sandalf13: That raises a very interesting technical and chemical question, Varda. If the Ring was as indestructible as both Gandalf and Elrond suspected, it had to be some alloy of gold with something else...I wonder what that something else could have been...the trouble is, none of the other known metals would give the Ring the properties that it needed to be the Ring that it was...the whole things borders on the fantasy.

[4:52 PM]Varda: O wait. This is a fantasy book...

[4:52 PM]Sandalf13: Now I see, said the blind man.

[4:52 PM]Varda: It's not just a ring, either. It knows where Sauron is when he returns and works rather blindly cough to find a way back.

[4:52 PM]Sandalf13: So much for attempting to blend science with fantasy.

[4:53 PM]Eönwë Valar: It was an alloy of Gold and Sauron.

[4:53 PM]Varda: It will drop off Gollum to try to gain a wearer to take it outside the mountain.

[4:53 PM]Varda: Eonwe, true! : )

[4:54 PM]Varda: JRRT did blend real and fantasy, as all fantasy must or be ignored. : )

[4:54 PM]Varda: We know Frodo put the Ring on a chain and wore it as a pendant.

[4:54 PM]Varda: Being a pocket item didn't seem all that safe.

[4:54 PM]Sandalf13: Hard to believe that a ring could shrink or swell to fit its wearer of the moment, and yet be so hard that it would have to be melted in the fires of Orodruin...temperature of liquid basalt is probably 2,790 Grad F.

[4:55 PM]Varda: But how about a pocket watch on a chain? Hobbits had those.

[4:55 PM]Varda: It's not an ordinary ring. It contains part of Sauron's own power within, and he's a Maia, not a solid being.

[4:56 PM]Varda: The Ainur put bodies on and off like clothing, and they didn't have to look human at all.

[4:56 PM]Varda: Anyway, as you pointed out, it did change size. Hatband? Belt?

[4:56 PM]Varda: Belt ornament?

[4:57 PM]Eönwë Valar: Headband.

[4:57 PM]Eönwë Valar: Scrunchy

[4:58 PM]Varda: Cloak clasp, like the leaves of Lorien for the Fellowship.

[5:00 PM]Eönwë Valar: Braces.

[5:01 PM]Eönwë Valar: Gotta fix that overbite.

[5:01 PM]Varda: ohhh!

[5:01 PM]Varda: Rim or deco on the base of a cup that one wears on a belt?

[5:03 PM]Arien Valar: hmmm a lid of a container maybe? or a knob of a cupboard?

[5:05 PM]Eönwë Valar: Use it to hold together a lock of hair given as a token from your lady fair.

[5:06 PM]Varda: Aye. Anything that can help it in traveling back to the Dark Lord. Cupboard in a wagon going to a new home could have it.

[5:06 PM]Varda: Poetry, gotta love it.

[5:06 PM]Varda: Get Gandalf's envelope mailed straight to Barad-dur. Shire Post!

[5:06 PM]Varda: o oops, they did that.

[5:07 PM]Varda: Anyway, we have reached the hour.

[5:07 PM]Varda: strangely weighted gavel vs hammerpad

[5:07 PM]Varda: Thwok!

[5:07 PM]Varda: hammerpad is much flatter today

Thus ends this week's meeting. Come back and see us next week!

After-Meeting

[5:07 PM]Varda: After-meeting!

[5:07 PM]Varda: Feel free to continue. : )

[5:08 PM]Eönwë Valar: Attach a handle, make one of these

[5:10 PM]Varda: Would it be safe to eat afterwards? Will we grow tusks?

[5:12 PM]Eönwë Valar: Tusks? Nonononono. Beaks... maybe.

[5:12 PM]Varda: Hmm. dibs on Toucan

[5:12 PM]Sandalf13: Heavy-duty nuclear waste material storage bins.

[5:19 PM]Eönwë Valar: Varda chose Toucan. Who gets Pelican?

[5:22 PM]Eönwë Valar: OK, my time to go has come.

[5:22 PM]Sandalf13: My time too. Time to go, time to do, time to be...

[5:23 PM]Eönwë Valar: Take care all, good night, sleep well, have fun, and remember...

[5:23 PM]Sandalf13: Namarie! (for now)

[5:23 PM]Arien Valar: bed time for me as well

[5:23 PM]Sandalf13:

[5:23 PM]Eönwë Valar: "You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you get what you need." --- Mick Jagger.

[5:23 PM]Arien Valar: Namarie for now

[5:24 PM]Varda: Namarie : )

[5:50 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Aiya, reading up.

[6:02 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Alright, first up, I don't have any interest in the Superbowl or much for any sport, for that matter... but I do remember they have some pretty good ads

[6:03 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Second, Sandalf, that WoW map... it used to be a big continent that was split apart in a massive event called the Sundering. While a Well at the center was involved, unless it caused very rapid seafloor spreading, I doubt geology really comes into it

[6:05 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And third.. yeah... headbands, ankle bracelets, earrings, maybe the rim of a hat! Could even put it on the wheel of a cart.

[6:06 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Edging a shield with it could make for some impressive blocking power.

[6:23 PM]Varda: Aiya! Thanks for adding!

[6:23 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Aiya

[6:24 PM]Sandalf13: Aiya Ar! Just got back from getting dinner...

[7:18 PM]Sandalf13: Still here,

[8:12 PM]Varda: mmm dinner. Hobbit-approved.

[8:13 PM]Sandalf13: Is there a symbol on the food container that connotes Hobbit - Approved? A "HA," for example?

[8:14 PM]Sandalf13: And what was dinner, may I ask? I enjoyed some leftover chicken salad that I made pon Friday evening...a tasty change from the usual.

[8:19 PM]Varda: Pork chops, corn, broccoli and cheese

[8:40 PM]Sandalf13: Yum yum yum.

[9:22 PM]Varda: o wow. To be driving that!

[9:27 PM]Sandalf13: I was the Junior Officer of the Deck...not yet a full Officer of the Deck (OOD). That would come later in this very same cruise to the Med, 1972.

[9:55 PM]Eönwë Valar: Heya.

[9:56 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Aiya! Just woke up from a bit of a nap Time for a rumble session before I do my report.

[9:57 PM]Eönwë Valar: Cool.

[10:01 PM]Varda: Rumble away : )

[10:36 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Personal gaming report:

[10:37 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Several fun badges of the day this week, but for (non)flashgaming I'll give Kongregate - The Man Who Can't Jump

[10:37 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: A platformer where you have to get through several puzzly levels, and while you can't jump, you can move the ground up beneath you to place yourself higher. You can also use this to move tunnels and gaps to make a path for you.

[10:38 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Get all the coins in each level, and if you want an extra challenge, get all the stars first

[10:38 PM]Eönwë Valar: OK, think I've got everything from Love Is In The Air that I can get for the currency. Just need that one mount and maybe the dragonriding thing because I don't think I got that yet, and I'm done.

[10:39 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Ah, grats! I need 80 tokens this year for the new stuff and am only doing daily bossfight so far, which has gotten me 41 tokens. Just doing that should be enough with some luck, and otherwise I can do stuff on the last day

[10:40 PM]Eönwë Valar: Yeah, I did the questline on a few characters to catch up on the stuff I gaffed off the last couple of years. Worth some 60-80-ish currency.

[10:40 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Ah, should be doable to get my missing ones on one day then!

[10:41 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Anyway, if you like the game, there's also a sequel: The Woman Who Can't Jump with moveable platforms

[10:41 PM]Eönwë Valar: From the dailies and the run, you can net about 25-ish from your first char, then the dailies drop to 5 (from 10) each with subsequent characters for the day.

[10:43 PM]Eönwë Valar: I'll let you carry on now, heh.

[10:43 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: hehe

[10:43 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Blizzard gaming:

[10:46 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Hearthstone: Level 122 now on the reward track. Usually we'll be getting the new expansion announced around now, though we already know it's going to be about the Emerald Dream from the 2025 roadmap.

[10:48 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Completed the starcraft/zerg questline! This week's quest was less so zerg-based, since it was about spells, and although zerg spells counted twice, there's just not that many of them. So it was better to just create a mage spell deck or something.

[10:48 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: But I did get the Queen Tamsin warlock skin, based on Kerrigan, so that's nice

[10:50 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Brawl this week is When Clones Attack! Choose a class, get a random deck, every minion generates a clone with 1/1 stats.

[10:50 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Decided to go with death knight, since I figure the 1/1s still leave corpses for me to use, but while I did get my wins, I don't think I used the corpses that much

[10:51 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Warcraft Rumble: Still collection level 54, not many levels this week.

[10:52 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: The new spiderlings event gives a lot of stars for spiderlings, but not much in the way of experience tomes.

[10:52 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And since it's a buffed mini rather than a new mini, not many levels to quickly build up from quality etc either.

[10:55 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Otherwise, spiderlings event is pretty good! Getting in practice with the renewed spiderlings, and the challenges aren't too difficult to complete. Tricky one might be summoning 30 spiderlings in one match; I'd recommend choosing the Whitemane fight, only focusing on the left lane so the right lane will continue healing her, and spam spiderlings with a cheap cycle deck. That worked for me, at least!

[10:57 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Making more progress in the dungeon too. Set up a build around the horde leader Sneed, who gets gold when you take enemy buildings or chests with siege minis, so I basically put in a lot of siege and hope to overwhelm the enemy There are no siege minis that can target air, though, so I put in a lone cheap witch doctor for that. I hope that doesn't cause too much trouble for me at later levels, but it's gotten me through to level 20 at least.

[10:58 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And in the blackrock week I continued with Blackhand, the flying leader, getting him through level 17 so far. Getting plenty of army upgrades this week!

[10:59 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Quality wise, also not much, got the Polymorph spell to rare quality and got my second talent for Charlga. Two minis right now waiting for their talent.

[10:59 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: WoW:

[11:00 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: No raiding this week, not enough people interested. New raid will probably come soon enough though.

[11:01 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: The two weekly quests are timewalking and heroic/mythic dungeons. For timewalking, it's the fifth week of the event, and I got the achievement to acquire the buff 5 times, which means a new mount for me!

[11:01 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: The Timely Buzzbee. I like bee mounts, so I'm happy with this one

[11:03 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: For the dungeons I've been doing heroic Mists of Tirna Scithe a few times again, my favorite Shadowlands dungeon. It won't be in season 2, though, so I'm pondering which dungeon I'll focus on then. Theater of Pain might be fun.

[11:05 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: For the ongoing holiday events, I've visited enough elders at the Lunar Festival to get the currency needed for another new mount, the Lunar Launcher!

[11:05 PM]Eönwë Valar: Congrats. Doubt I'm going to muster the interest to visit 70+ elders for that.

[11:06 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Seems to be a rocket model, but it looks quite nice, as it's a flying fireworks launcher. I just hope the fireworks never explode while I'm using it!

[11:07 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Well, with the new War Within elders added, I found it was easy enough to get 75 coins in the outdoor world. Could skip all the dungeons as well as Vashj'ir and Deepholme, and still have a few extra.

[11:07 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: So it's just flying about with a map next to me

[11:07 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Skipping the dungeons saves so much time.

[11:08 PM]Eönwë Valar: I'm sure. I just have so many other things outside WoW to spend my time on that it's hard to justify flying around like that in-game. Like giving Varda a reason to post "New Story Added" on the News Page, heh.

[11:08 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: hehe

[11:09 PM]Eönwë Valar: Even if no one else reads it, still fun for me to do.

[11:10 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Anyway, for Love is in the Air I've just been fighting the apothecaries every day, as mentioned earlier. Have not yet gotten the new mount, but am halfway with the tokens for the new stuff, pet and ensemble.

[11:11 PM]Eönwë Valar: New mount is just chance on first run a day, so you only have to worry about alts for chance on the old mount if you don't have it.

[11:11 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And yes, I feel the same way about my WoW biographies! I wish I had your discipline though, been sitting on my priest's one for years now.

[11:11 PM]Eönwë Valar: hehe

[11:12 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I know, and I did get the old mount 1 or 2 years ago. So it's just my main. It does relieve some of the pressure, knowing I'm doing all I can do and eventually the mount'll drop, assuming droprate accumulation carries forward to the next year.

[11:12 PM]Eönwë Valar: Good question.

[11:14 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And finally, Plunderstorm! That's also going well, I need 4 more of my 1750 plunder sessions to get all the plunder I need for the last new items this year.

[11:16 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I've now gotten the complete Plunderlord's Stormridden set: melee weapons, handcannon, and the entire ensemble, which means I can now switch to it during the Plunderstorm gameplay itself.

[11:16 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Only 7k left to get for some headpieces and a cloak.

[11:17 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: And that should be it for my report this week!

[11:17 PM]Eönwë Valar: Congrats.

[11:17 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Thanks

[11:18 PM]Eönwë Valar: I just can't get into Plunderstorm. I tried it last time, just not my cup of tea.

[11:19 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Easy enough to avoid the pvp, or just die the first time you run into another player and queue up again In fact, the most efficient way to get your plunder is to complete the Captain's Orders objective, grab all the gold you can get in the area around you and then get yourself killed.

[11:19 PM]Eönwë Valar: hehe

[11:21 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Honestly, I've gotten like... 2 player kills this time around, and only because I happened to run into them while they were at low health. It's only relevant if you want to go for the victory.

[11:21 PM]Eönwë Valar: I get the practicality, but if I were going to do it, I would have to try to survive, and I just don't have much fun with the format.

[11:21 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: That said, I know the gameplay is still not for everyone, so I can't blame you

[11:21 PM]Eönwë Valar: :}

[11:22 PM]Eönwë Valar: As long as the people it's made for are having fun, great. I'm more looking forward to the next (expansion) remix :}

[11:22 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: hah, yes!

[11:22 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Big overpowered stat buffs

[11:23 PM]Eönwë Valar: The only thing that stopped me from soloing Siege in the end was the mechanics on the fifth boss. In ToT heroic, Ra'den. I consider that a solid victory.

[11:23 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Indeed!

[11:24 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I was counting 5 and got to the hydra, then rewired my brain to the correct raid and remembered you talking about Galakras

[11:25 PM]Eönwë Valar: Hehe, aye :}

[11:26 PM]Eönwë Valar: And I quickly remembered why I hated the Chamberlain quest, heh.

[11:27 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Ooh yes, only did that once I think in the remix. Hard to get around for some of the pieces.

[11:27 PM]Eönwë Valar: Yeah.

[11:28 PM]Eönwë Valar: It was a great excuse to level up a race I hadn't levelled before though. If they give us NE/VE Paladins before the next one, I'll take that as my chance for levelling up one.

[11:29 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Oh yes, perfect excuse for worgen druid for me And my first Vulpera though he didn't get very far before the event ended.

[11:29 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: I still love the mog I gave him (Callyfozz).

[11:30 PM]Eönwë Valar: I considered running up another char, but once I was sure I could buy all the stuff on one character I wasn't so worried about it.

[@Ar-Pharazon-V

[ I still love the mog I gave him

[11:30 PM]Eönwë Valar: :}

[11:30 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: He's so suave.

[11:32 PM]Eönwë Valar: Hmm, thought my Murloc Mama had some better shoulders, but she's still sporting the level-up gear there. Hmm. World of Warcraft - Aurast (Lothar) (Valar Guild) - 80 Lightforged Draenei {spec} {class}, {0} ilvl

[11:33 PM]Eönwë Valar: Will have to remember to remedy that.

[11:34 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Rocking those glasses though.

[11:34 PM]Eönwë Valar: hehe, yep.

[11:35 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: Right, I should be off for the night

[11:35 PM]Eönwë Valar: Sleep well :}

[11:36 PM]Ar-Pharazon-V: You too! Namarie

[11:37 PM]Eönwë Valar: Namarië :}
