LOTRO expansion: I have finished all of
the elderslade/war 3 peaks soloable quests on both my 130s; must say
they are sometimes quite challenging but tons of fun The
expansion is worth every penny imho; the war 3 peaks map is very WW
I inspired, I think that the professor would not mind that

could use I either need somethign still from the vendor or it's
prohibitively large for me to want to spend all that time
collecting.

I know some of them, like the Heirloom from Garrosh, came at a high
level than the rest, and I think I've got a couple of others that
look upgraded, so maybe I had some sort of currency sitting around
that I didn't need, or maybe I was able to get certain of them
upgraded with gold. I don't remember at this point, heh.

Since I realized there'd be no way to access it next year, I decided
to put some hours into it this week, and completed the entire
Hiragana section with a bit of practice, but now the symbols are
quite lodged into my brain, which should help a lot with learning

As for gameplay, it's a sidescrolling action game where you have to
either type in the sounds for the symbols the enemies wear to shoot
them, or shoot blocks of sounds or symbols in the order that you're
given their equivalents.

And there's some tough boss levels too where you have time it right
as well!

You can try to reach 100% on each level, and there's also bonus
levels that help you distinguish between symbols that really look
alike.

Or you can do free play, where you can select the symbols you want
to practice, as well as set the speed and the game mode, and see how
far you get

It was made as a school project and then expanded into a full game,
and I can confirm that it's really useful, as I learned about thrice
the amount of symbols in a few hours than in 2 weeks of Duolingo..
though I guess I could just do more lessons in that

And for fun I might try the same with Katakana, since a bunch of the
symbols look really similar... but we'll see!

I've got an Ysiel Windsinger for druid with all your spells costing
1, and 2 neutral legendaries.

Keymaster Alabaster, who gives you a copy of every card the enemy
draws, which... sounds a bit overpowered

And Lorekeeper Polkelt who reorders your deck from highest cost to
lowest cost.

I'm sure there's good ways to exploit the heck out of that, but it's
tough to think of any, since it turns your curve upside down... I
suppose if you're decked with heavy cards it can throw your lowcost
filler to the end.

Though there are a few nice combos with cards that buff your next
draws.

Brawl this week is random murlocs! Choose a class and get a bunch of
class spells and murloc minions.

Had some bad luck and then decided to just play shaman, who has a
significant advantage there with evolve spells and murloc boosters.
Paladin should work as well.

Raiding still continuing. Quite good dps this week. And after all

Weekly quest is world quests, which shakes up my routine a bit.
First time since I unlocked flying, I think, which made me discover
some nice advantages, including for the azerite wqs, like healing
wounds or harvesting nodes, which can both be done without landing

Also makes the azerite elemental killing a bit easier since I can
fly from big one to big one without worrying about the smaller ones
in the way.

Finally got lucky with killing Anh-De every day he's up, getting the
mount Xinlao from him
[8:31 PM]
Next daily target will be Ha-Li, though I'm not sure I'll continue
that through the start of Shadowlands. Probably will just keep an
eye on the worldbosses I need instead.

And I completed my quest from the CE mount, The Eternal Traveler,
getting the transmog set. Not looking too bad, though I don't think
I'll use it much on my druid.

And finally anniversary stuff, which started today!

Only new thing (until they put in the worldboss they were supposed
to add) is a new cloak mog to be bought from a vendor in the Caverns
of Time for 200 badges, which is also the amount you get in the mail

No more worldboss hunting for me, since I unlocked all my
appearances last year from them, or at least for the alts that could
get them.

I am, however, in the process of logging every single alt to get
them the achievement, 4 characters in so far.

things, while catching up on wowhead.
