Before-meeting
You have just entered room "valarguildmeetingplace."
ArPharazonV: Aiya
ArPharazonV: Almost forgot that it's an hour earlier :-)
VardaValar1: Aiya Phar :-)
VardaValar1: But you remembered and are about five minutes early. Grats!
ArPharazonV: Yep!
VardaValar1: Might have someone new coming to our meetings later on, but not tonight.
VardaValar1: Arien need a poke? :-) I'll be afk a few minutes
AriehnV has entered the room.
AriehnV: aiya all :-)
ArPharazonV: Aiya!
ArPharazonV: Sorry for late response, Varda, still raiding. It'll happen more often during the first hour :-)
ArPharazonV: And I'd already poked Arien!
VardaValar1: Thanks :-)
VardaValar1: no worries at all
VardaValar1: Aiya Sunshine :-)
top
VardaValar1: Elen sila lumenn' omentielvo!
VardaValar1: Membership:
karakedi25 has entered the room.
karakedi25: aiya
VardaValar1: Good news for Arien. We have two new members from places nearer your time zone. :-)
ArPharazonV: Aiya
VardaValar1: Aiya Indis :-)
AriehnV: cool
VardaValar1: Both joined us in LotRO yesterday.
VardaValar1: Gil-galad-(V) is from Brazil
VardaValar1: Frodo-(V) is from England.
VardaValar1: Frodo lives fairly close to Oxford. :-)
AriehnV: nice one :-) Welcome to both :-)
ArPharazonV: We have a Frodo now, eh?
AriehnV: nice area and nice town :-)
VardaValar1: Aye. The last Frodo was never able to get back in touch, so the name vacated.
VardaValar1: Gil-galad is in a university, interested in literary studies, does translations, especially interested in Russian.
VardaValar1: So he's a natural as a linguist. Types wonderfully in English.
VardaValar1: Frodo is in the military so he'll be gone at times.
VardaValar1: He'll get the usual military pass for our members where
they can be unable to communicate for long periods but still keep the
name.
VardaValar1: Frodo's stand-out character was Frodo, the name was free, so it was a great match. :-)
AriehnV: we have quite a few soldiers as far as I know dont we?
VardaValar1: We have some. When I know, it's marked on the Membership
page under the year to allow a pass to the next year. Some I just don't
know.
VardaValar1: Tell me, folks, if you're in the military, so you can get that long-term pass for inactivity.
VardaValar1: Gil-galad is hoping to set up with AIM later and join some meetings.
ArPharazonV: I'd almost join the military just for that pass!
VardaValar1: Any other membership news?
VardaValar1: Hey, you don't need it! You're at meetings regularly. :-)
AriehnV: nope .. not in general just that i got a weekend off as a very
much rarity so hence quite a bit gaming in various games ^^
VardaValar1: Ahh, fun
top
VardaValar1: Web:
VardaValar1: Tolkien Site has a new bit of art from the Bohemian Weasel:
VardaValar1: "They will never stop hunting you."
VardaValar1: http://valarguild.org/varda/Tolkien/encyc/art/gallery/BohemianWeasel/characters/Frodo/lotr-s ketchcard-frodo-sam-bree.jpg
ArPharazonV: I had to think for a moment when I first saw that, where it fit in.
ArPharazonV: And who made the quote :-)
AriehnV: the link doesnt work for me
VardaValar1: hmm, I'm looking at it online. Wonder what's wrong...
VardaValar1: Strider in Bree, talking about the Nine chasing Frodo.
ArPharazonV: works for me
karakedi25: She's done more nice work there.
VardaValar1: I like that one quite a bit. It's one of her sketch cards.
VardaValar1: Frodo is taking the scary news into account, but not running away screaming with his hands in the air.
AriehnV: ah looks like a slow connection but its loading now
VardaValar1: Been a lot of rain out this way, snow other places. Not
sure if it's lagging people, but heard other comments in-game about lag.
AriehnV: its been raining real hard from wednesday to saturday . had a bit leaking through the roof in the bedroom
VardaValar1: ugh
AriehnV: today was a nice day tho
VardaValar1: Nice days are great for repairs. ;-)
AriehnV: hehe .. its loaded now btw :-) and very nice work
ArPharazonV: We used the nice day today to "repair" a rose bush in the front yard.
VardaValar1: I like Frodo's expression there.
VardaValar1: heh
VardaValar1: Eonwe has loyally posted to the Games Site for us, mails to let us know it's up.
AriehnV: aye seen
karakedi25: we had a nasty storm here on Thursday--snow on top of ice. Made a mess of things.
VardaValar1: Is anyone interested in using the forum for topic discussions? We used to do it a lot on the old baard, but it never took off on this one.
AriehnV: ugh can imaging
VardaValar1: eww
VardaValar1: *board
VardaValar1: This forum was supposed to be easier to use for the discussions, but maybe it wasn't what we hoped.
ArPharazonV: I liked the rhyming riddle trivia game we had on there once...
VardaValar1: Come to think of it, none of you here were on the old board. Talk about a while back.
VardaValar1: Sorry, idiom.
ArPharazonV: I wasn't? Must've been a long time ago then.
VardaValar1: We still have it, even a link to it. I'll see about posting it here.
ArPharazonV: Oh, is that the yahoo board?
ArPharazonV: As for me, discussing things on forums is fun, but I'm
just not much of a forumer myself. I read and lurk, but seldom post.
Still, if the topics take off, I might contribute :-)
ArPharazonV: And yes, I do know I still owe you a post for the RP.
VardaValar1: Here we go. It's on the Tolkien Site under Old Forum
VardaValar1: ugh, they stuck a big add under our name
VardaValar1: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/thevalarguild/info
ArPharazonV: Eek, scary.
VardaValar1: *ad
karakedi25: That was definitely before my time.
VardaValar1: Seventeen years is a long time. That wasn't even our first board.
ArPharazonV: I did used to get emails from that place, so I must've joined at some point.
ArPharazonV: But as far as I know you already had the new one.
VardaValar1: Aye, we still have both. They didn't kick us off for non-activity, amazing really.
top
VardaValar1: ok, on to Gaming
VardaValar1: LotRO has been nice - more people in Valar, and we have other kins that we group with so we can do high level or other group content.
VardaValar1: Arien was on yesterday, a treat to see someone from the meeting. :-)
AriehnV: :-)i got some things done in Easomething ^^
VardaValar1: Yay :-)
VardaValar1: WoW:
VardaValar1: from Eonwe:
VardaValar1: Patch 6.1.2
is up on the PTR. This patch will introduce the
WoW Token,
which people can buy with real money then sell to other players for in-game gold. See the links for more info.
VardaValar1: Check out the
video of a Developer Q & A
held February 27th.
VardaValar1: You can also download and read the new free WoW comic
Blood and Thunder.
ArPharazonV: new comic? Must add it to the master list.
VardaValar1: (Reminds me of a story called Thud and Blunder.)
karakedi25: Good grief, they say LotRO is bad for real-money grabbing....
VardaValar1: Got to keep our Phar updated. :-)
VardaValar1: LotRO? Not nearly as bad as some, just a bit too invasive.
VardaValar1: Finally, see the
recent hotfixes.
VardaValar1: Heroes of the Storm:
VardaValar1: Check out the
PAX East Panel Recap.
ArPharazonV: The tokens? Those are mainly to give us an alternative to buying gold from third parties.
VardaValar1: LotRO's little store buttons all over can be annoying, but most can be picked up in-game.
VardaValar1: Hearthstone:
VardaValar1: There's a new blog up:
Hearthside Chat - Golden Cards with Jon Briggs.
VardaValar1: Any general comments on those so far, Phar?
ArPharazonV: Hmhm, a fun read, that was :-)
VardaValar1: A good review, thanks.
ArPharazonV: I'm trying to collect golden cards, but it's slow without pouring hundreds of real money into it ;-)
VardaValar1: StarCraft 2:
VardaValar1: Updates have been made to the
ladder.
ArPharazonV: There's also other HS news, will give that in a moment.
VardaValar1: After-meeting or now? I'll wait for you.
ArPharazonV: Now, since it's general news.
ArPharazonV: The second Hearthstone Adventure is announced this week, Blackrock Mountain.
ArPharazonV: 5 wings, bunch of bosses, 31 new specific cards.
ArPharazonV: And a good amount of challenges of course :-)
ArPharazonV: Total will cost 3500 gold, unless you pay with real money. So better start saving!
ArPharazonV: You can also pre-order for real money which gets you a unique cardback.
ArPharazonV: But I think I'll pass on that one, it's not very spectacular anyway ;-)
ArPharazonV: And that's it for Hearthstone I think!
VardaValar1: Thanks, Phar :-)
VardaValar1: Any other news, business, comments, etc?
top
VardaValar1: Tolkien:
VardaValar1: Don't forget the rp! Poor neglected forum.
ArPharazonV: Yeees yes yes. It'll be there.
ArPharazonV: Soon.
VardaValar1: Phar plans on giving us a post with the birds.
VardaValar1: heh
VardaValar1: What other posts do we need to make to get us ready to leave this short stop?
VardaValar1: I think we may be a bit lost on what we should be doing?
VardaValar1: The Rivendell scouts are coming back in and will give us some info.
VardaValar1: We need to be ready to take off soon after, most likely.
ArPharazonV: I've been lost for months :P Just trying to get a grip on what I do know.
VardaValar1: Ok, we have a baddie who hit Mirkwood, took over your
brother's body since he needed one. A device in two parts was tested on
Thranduil's Halls.
ArPharazonV: *nod* I'm with you that far, it's Rivendell that lost me.
VardaValar1: The device parts seem to have been issued to not just one orc, but a bunch.
ArPharazonV: But I'll let you continue ;-)
karakedi25: don't we need to get Auros back in the group?
VardaValar1: We need to figure out how to stop the device from working.
VardaValar1: Auros is about to rejoin the group. :-)
VardaValar1: Kicking and screaming. :-)
VardaValar1: He also doesn't feel welcome in our group, something that needs to change.
VardaValar1: I wonder if Estarion, our Avar, was stopped by Elrond's Ring or is lurking in the woods.
VardaValar1: Will he rejoin us or give up on us and leave?
AriehnV: i was thinking about Frali and Gloin and Gimli going
patrolling along the borders .. i think he d be board and probably of
not much use if he keeps feasting and guzzling for three or four days ^^
AriehnV: and he is not the type to sit in a hall and listen to stories for very long
VardaValar1: Fainan is bored out of her mind, but I was considering a post. :-)
VardaValar1: Poor Hithceleb may go bald from over-brushing.
ArPharazonV: Calion would be looking around, resting, chatting up the
locals, waiting for the birds to arrive, which they soon will.
ArPharazonV: Have we decided what news they bring back?
VardaValar1: Ahh, is that the problem?
ArPharazonV: Part of it, I suppose :-)
VardaValar1: Wasn't it mainly to scout our route?
ArPharazonV: Yes. Seeing what dangers are along the way and all that.
VardaValar1: Might pick up some info that the elven scouts didn't - as
they are more interested in a route to Mordor for Frodo and company.
VardaValar1: We Mirkwood and Erebor people are concerned for our lands, with this attack.
VardaValar1: There's some urgency here.
VardaValar1: We know nothing of the great overall plan about the Ring's
destruction. If we did, our lands are still in danger while they're
working on that.
karakedi25: In the meantime, Meren is OD-ing on Rivendell and it's
knowledge.... Not of course that she doesn't care about the mission,
but Imladris is like catnip...
VardaValar1: It's what she would like to see Mirkwood become.
ArPharazonV: Hmm. I'm more looking for the details though, since it'll
kinda set the stage for the next bit of our journey. Are there orcs?
Trolls? Patrols? Camps? Mountains, rivers, waterfalls that we have to
plan for?
VardaValar1: Mirkwood is much larger though, so it has a ton of promise if we can fix it.
ArPharazonV: Gotta know what the birds see!
VardaValar1: The terrain is very rough with mountains and very small creeks that we need to know about.
VardaValar1: We can mention that in general, that the birds found us a way through that also lets us reach water.
ArPharazonV: Ah, that's good.
VardaValar1: But such ways would also be known to the orc patrols that
go out that way, thicker farther from Rivendell. Goblins would be
around too? Wargs and warg riders not as thick, but present.
karakedi25: (I can't believe that I wrote 'it's' as a possessive. *slaps wrist and corrects it to 'its' ) I am ashamed.
VardaValar1: hehehe
ArPharazonV: Grammar are hard!
VardaValar1: lol
karakedi25: I'm being contaminated by the internet.
VardaValar1: I keep wanting to return to a sentence and repair it, but you folks are stuck with them as is.
VardaValar1: Not that!
karakedi25: We need to be able to edit that kind of thing.
VardaValar1: We can if we spot it before hitting enter. Slows me down in-game sometimes. :-)
ArPharazonV: We can ask Varda to edit the transcript...
ArPharazonV: But that seems kinda cheating.
ArPharazonV: And confusing.
VardaValar1: Hey, I can't recognize this! Doesn't sound like us at all.
VardaValar1: Ok, won't edit the transcript. :-)
karakedi25: *sigh* so mortifying
VardaValar1: At least you recognized yours and probably educated someone somewhere in the world.
ArPharazonV: Goblins, orc patrols, few warg riders...
karakedi25: not holding my breath
VardaValar1: Oh good. Don't want to mistake you for a blue Smurf.
ArPharazonV: Couple of patrols spotted, not too close to Rivendell, and
no larger encampments that the birds could see directly towards our
goal, at least for a week's travel or so.
VardaValar1: Aye, Phar. What else would live in rough terrain like that, dry
karakedi25: there's a reference that will mean little to the younger people around us
VardaValar1: Crebain spies? That could be really bad. Bring some falcons or hawks to clear them?
AriehnV: hehe i rememb er the smurfs well with Father Abram and singing the smurf song ^^
VardaValar1: Re-runs help
karakedi25: Will the birds continue to scout for us while we travel?
VardaValar1: Maybe other birds along the way could be contacted? They live there already.
ArPharazonV: Crebain could be good. Certainly the bird scouts would notice other birds, especially dangerous onjes.
ArPharazonV: *ones.
VardaValar1: Calion might be a great falconer if he's not already.
ArPharazonV: Let's see... we're not passing through the troll shaws, are we? But we will be going through the etten moors...
VardaValar1: This story was originally supposed to hold us until LotRO
came out, then called Middle-earth Online, so we could swipe baddies
from that game as well as using the books.
ArPharazonV: Here be trolls...
VardaValar1: eep
ArPharazonV: The birds might not notice a few trolls during the day, but they might point out some troll caves for us to avoid.
VardaValar1: Interesting. In LotRO, the Ettenmoors is where PvMP is held. Players vs Monster Players.
VardaValar1: True, force us into terrain less pleasant.
ArPharazonV: "Oh, and watch out for the monster players!"
VardaValar1: Monster Players include wargs, giant spiders, orcs with bows, melee orcs.
VardaValar1: Did that cover it, Indis?
ArPharazonV: Spiders? Interesting.
ArPharazonV: Do we want to put those in?
VardaValar1: In-game they also have cave claws from very small size on up to scarily huge things nearly like landscape.
VardaValar1: Spiders are something we Mirkwoodites are used to. :-)
VardaValar1: Maybe some in the small caves?
ArPharazonV: Could be. But we'd be prepared for the caves.
VardaValar1: What about stuff that lives in or under rocks? Frali is familiar with mountainous, rocky terrain.
VardaValar1: Snakes and lizards would be expected. We could dress them
up a bit for our scary fantasy environment, or leave them as their
natural scariness.
ArPharazonV: Think the birds would notice those?
VardaValar1: I mostly like those kind of critters, actually. O well.
VardaValar1: Lunch for birds?
ArPharazonV: Maybe the birds report us a good spot to find lunch, and when we get there it's crawling with lizards.
VardaValar1: Rat-types around the orc camps feeding off of left-overs?
VardaValar1: We may need to learn to put big lizards on a spit?
VardaValar1: Snakes would be a natural.
karakedi25: Pretty much covers it. PvMPers are smarter than the average orc.
VardaValar1: We need Meren to check out some anti-venon for the area.
VardaValar1: Mirkwoodites may already have some immunity due to their own fun environment, or resistance at least.
karakedi25: Meren will need some samples.
ArPharazonV: I suppose it would be best if I made a generalized report
by the birds, patrols, troll caves, lizards, some ways to get across
the country, and then let the details be clarified as we go along the
journey.
VardaValar1: Ah hah! A use for scouts. Or they may have them already in
Rivendell, or the formulas, since they are neighbors and have to take
care of their scouts.
VardaValar1: Elrond is known for healing.
karakedi25: Indeed. Meren will research that.
VardaValar1: Aye, Phar. That would work. Leave it general.
AriehnV: we also get ratlike verrmin you know what you call them ..
groundhogs .. so small predators that would be able to use rock crags
for burrows
VardaValar1: Maybe something in Phar's report will get Meren digging for those cures.
karakedi25: Are we thinking of food or about enemies?
ArPharazonV: The idea will be that they have given us details, but they won't be posted yet :-)
VardaValar1: Aye, Phar.
ArPharazonV: Both, Indis, I suppose :-)
AriehnV: food maybe in this case . might be usable maybe
VardaValar1: Meren especially needs to check on cures. We are used to
making do on local critters and plants for food already. Might be some
herbs over there that would be handy that only Meren's research could
show us.
VardaValar1: Also might find out if some of that water is dangerously alkali. We would need to treat it. Is it a common problem?
karakedi25: Sounds like a good thing for her to look up and ask about.
VardaValar1: I'm thinking we should boil water that filthy orcs have been around anyway.
VardaValar1: Busy busy :-)
karakedi25: Oh good grief yes, though the elves are disease-resistant.
VardaValar1: Aye, that will help a lot. What about our dwarf?
karakedi25: (aside: it's 6:30 pm and still light!!!!!)
VardaValar1: Daylight Savings Time for you. :-)
karakedi25: indeed :-)
ArPharazonV: 23:30 here, and pitch dark ;-)
karakedi25: awwww
VardaValar1: We've been needing to revisit our rp. Glad we could do it tonight. :-)
VardaValar1: Calion can give his bird report to the group. We could meet in the library, maybe a side room, for the discussion.
VardaValar1: Gather up the group after the birds return.
ArPharazonV: Sounds good.
VardaValar1: Some of those poison remedies would already be made up,
available to us, maybe intentionally since Elrond has knowledge of the
area we'll be traveling in.
VardaValar1: But we need to know especially the local things that would
help us: herbs, critter body parts. It can be general rather than
stating the stuff specifically.
ArPharazonV: Yepyep. Point us to a field of useful herbs.
VardaValar1: Only a king can really use athelas vs the illness dread, but it might be useful otherwise too. Clears the head.
ArPharazonV: Any of us a king? No? Estarion's not some long-lost Avari heir or something?
VardaValar1: We might be collecting jerked meat, dried bread type
things, dried fruit, nuts while in Rivendell. They probably have that
handy for their patrols and only need to ask the kitchen for it.
VardaValar1: Might be. :-)
VardaValar1: Fainan is a commoner. Have to look to you noble types.
VardaValar1: Fainan is a silvan. Any of us sindar?
karakedi25: I thought Meren was a commoner, just an educated one.
ArPharazonV: Calion's not exactly a commoner of old, but he's no king.
VardaValar1: A lore-master, teacher, scholar.
VardaValar1: A noble, not a king.
VardaValar1: Not sure about Frali, might be along for the education a noble needs, or just handy to sent out.
karakedi25: then she'd be 'noble' by achievement, not by family, unless there are noble Silvan families
VardaValar1: Might have to go back and check the forum on Frali
VardaValar1: Seems as if there should be noble silvans too.
VardaValar1: Interesting point. We don't hear much about the silvans.
They took sindar to be lords not just for organization but to grab
their teaching.
ArPharazonV: Well, in *our* canon we've got noble Silvan families, Calion's included.
VardaValar1: Then they get stuck with Sindar that want to go native. :-)
VardaValar1: Ok, so Calion and Calaron are silvan. That makes sense.
Thranduil would have been involved if Calaron had been of his House.
VardaValar1: He's still involved because they're his people, but it shows why it's us handling this.
VardaValar1: So now we have some idea of what we're about to do in the rp?
ArPharazonV: Yes. We are not Sindarin, sorry if you thought we were ;-)
VardaValar1: Just making sure. :-)
ArPharazonV: I've got some good ideas, yes.
VardaValar1: Enough to post with, or like some more brainstorming first?
ArPharazonV: Should be good to post, I suppose. Not sure if I should
report when the birds arrive, or when we've all gathered, though.
Should skip over one or the other.
VardaValar1: Could just say the birds have arrived and he listens to
them, some reaction to it, go grab Fainan to tell her before she runs
off somewhere on her own.
ArPharazonV: Right.
VardaValar1: I'll put her outside nearish the border for you to meet up with. Then we can grab Frali and try to find Meren.
ArPharazonV: Sounds good.
karakedi25: the info from the birds will get Meren started on the next research
VardaValar1: Will Meren be out hob-nobbing with scholars or in the library or the Hall of Fire or just let us know.
VardaValar1: Aye.
karakedi25: Try scholars first
karakedi25: actually, she may be having a snack with some of them in the Hall of Fire :-D
karakedi25: still talking lore and such of course
VardaValar1 has entered the room.
AriehnV has entered the room.
karakedi25 has entered the room.
karakedi25 has left the room.
ArPharazonV: Ah, here we go, I'm back. Last thing I saw: karakedi25: still talking lore and such of course
ArPharazonV: Feel free to copy!
VardaValar1: karakedi25: still talking lore and such of course Varda
Valar: Ok, Fainan is positioned. The birds should be able to spot her
pretty quickly.Varda Valar: Short post after that long post. :-)
ArPharazon-V (ArPharazonV) has left the room. Varda Valar: uh oh. Lost
Phar. Wonder if he saved earlier.
ArPharazonV: Hmm, anything else? You said something about Indis leaving?
karakedi25 has entered the room.
VardaValar1: Now she's back
ArPharazonV: Ah.
VardaValar1: It was right after that, pardon.
karakedi25: sorry my system crashed
VardaValar1: Phar went out at the same time.
ArPharazonV: Hmm, just the room though.
ArPharazonV: AIM seemed fine in general.
VardaValar1: Hope you've saved. :-)
ArPharazonV: I have now, since it didn't actually close the room.
VardaValar1: yay
ArPharazonV: karakedi25: still talking lore and such of
courseVardaValar1 has entered the room.AriehnV has entered the
room.karakedi25 has entered the room.karakedi25 has left the
room.ArPharazonV: Ah, here we go, I'm back.
ArPharazonV: That's everything I'm missing :-)
VardaValar1: Ok, I did do a post in there on the forum.
ArPharazonV: Ah.
VardaValar1: Maybe we should call it for now, since it's unstable.
karakedi25: mine was my system, not AIM
VardaValar1: Anything else anyone wants to mention first? rp-related or otherwise?
karakedi25: saw your post for the rp...a bit of color
karakedi25: so to speak :-)
VardaValar1: Aye, hehe
VardaValar1: Plus putting in position so Phar's birds can locate her.
VardaValar1: Feel free to break into the upcoming after-meeting with rp stuff. Free chat.
VardaValar1: *drops hammer*
VardaValar1: *thump*
VardaValar1: oops? er, I meant to do that.
VardaValar1: After-meeting:
ArPharazonV: Right. Personal stuff!
ArPharazonV: Did more Diablo 3 this weekend, and my minion-using Witch
Doctor is becoming more powerful, with an extra zombie dog and a
gargantuan at his disposal :-) Levelled to 24 now, and I upped the
difficulty he's playing on, from normal to hard, to get an
experience-bonus. I have good hopes about his progress :-)
ArPharazonV: Did a bit more Hearthstone too, and started saving up for
the Adventure. So far I'm only 5% of the way, but we'll see how far I
get before the adventure is released. And if it's one wing per week,
I'll have an extra month to save up.
ArPharazonV: Flashgaming, let's see...
ArPharazonV: Let's start with a keyboard-moving maze game, not too big or fancy. Interesting zoom feature though!
ArPharazonV: http://www.kongregate.com/games/GlaielGamer/fracuum
AriehnV: i am playing master on my llvl 70 seasonal templar :-)
ArPharazonV: 70 already? Ah, but you started earlier than I did this season ;-)
AriehnV: guy from the guild boosted him up within a few hours
ArPharazonV: Ahh, nice.
ArPharazonV: And http://www.onemorelevel.com/game/papa_louie_3
for the second game I'll show today. Third installment of a fun
platformer series that also served as the origin of a rather famous
series of time management games. I still like the platformers the best
though :-)
ArPharazonV: And now, WoW
ArPharazonV: Finally made good progress questing this week! Did a few
dungeons to get my Legendary Ring quest started, and only one instance
away from starting the long, long quest where I have to collect a bunch
of stuff from raids.
ArPharazonV: Also finished Nagrand's quests and bonus quests, including the final cinematic. Was quite good.
VardaValar1: You must have quite a library of cinematics.
ArPharazonV: And I finished the achievements necessary for building the
level 3 fishing shack, where I'll soon be able to recruit the famous
fisherman Nat Pagle as a follower :-)
ArPharazonV: Hmm, yes, there is one in nearly every zone in Draenor, I
think, and you can watch them again by clicking on certain objects in
the field, or talking to people, I believe.
VardaValar1: O really? :-)
ArPharazonV: Oh yes! Which should unlock several new items and summonable bosses.
ArPharazonV: We had a few goes at the Blast Furnace in the Blackrock
Foundry too, and had some good attempts at heroic Oregorger today as
well.
ArPharazonV: No new kills for a while, but we're improving across the board!
ArPharazonV: And I think that's about it. I'll probably be tying up
some loose ends over the next week, getting some smaller questlines
done, and starting the raid-bit of the legendary quest.
VardaValar1: Sounds like a lot.
ArPharazonV: Yep! Quite happy with my progress.
VardaValar1: Grats :-)
ArPharazonV: :-)
karakedi25: OK, folks, time for me to go. Namarie all
ArPharazonV: Namarie!
VardaValar1: Namarie Indis!
karakedi25 has left the room.
AriehnV: Namarie folks :-)
AriehnV has left the room.
VardaValar1: Namarie Arien
ArPharazonV: Namarie!
ArPharazonV: Right, saving and sending transcript
