Before-meeting:
You have just entered room "valarguildmeetingplace."
AriehnV has entered the room.
AriehnV: aiya ^^
ArPharazonV: Aiya!
ArPharazonV: I'm pretty sure it was an hour earlier, not an hour later.
AriehnV: hmm an hour later it would be i think but lets wait
ArPharazonV: No. It's an hour forward. If we had it too, this would be
our meeting time already, therefore it has to be meeting time.
AriehnV: oki lol maybe they are just late
ArPharazonV: Ah, got a mail from Varda, she'll be late.
ArPharazonV: "I apologize, but I've just been told I'm not going to be home. Might come in late, we'll see."
ArPharazonV: late, or absent
ArPharazonV: Anyway, I'm still raiding, so if you want to go ahead, I can't host or pay much attention yet.
AriehnV: nah we are waiting a bit %
Eonwe Valar has entered the room.
GwaihirValar has entered the room.
Eonwe Valar: Heya.
Iryenth has entered the room.
ArPharazonV: Aiya!
AriehnV: aiya :-)
Eonwe Valar: Give me a sec, then we'll begin.
Eonwe Valar: OK, here we go.
top
Eonwe Valar: Elen Sila Lumenn Omentielvo!
Eonwe Valar: Membership:
Eonwe Valar: Daylight Savings Time in the US has begun. Yay for those of you who made it anyway :}
ArPharazonV: Still raiding, Eonwe, will be a bit afk for a while.
ArPharazonV: Because of your DST.
Eonwe Valar: ok.
Eonwe Valar: Varda had something she had to do today, so was unable to make it to the meeting.
AriehnV: i am here ^^ reading
Eonwe Valar: Varda mentions her clock now says UTC instead of GMT, and explains the difference. Quoted from the News:
Eonwe Valar: " My computer clock now says UTC instead of GMT; yours
might too. Greenwich should be annoyed. For aviators, UTC is the same
as Zulu time. UTC is similar to GMT in being based off of the
longitudinal line running through Greenwich Observatory, but operates
off the atomic clock. The letters UTC refer to Coordinated Univeral
Time. UTC is 24 hour time rather than am and pm. For more info such as
why UTC is a scrambled hash of letters, here's an article from About.com. Or maybe they just didn't want to call it CUT?"
Eonwe Valar: Any other member news?
AriehnV: brimbium lol
AriehnV: i am off until friday this week .. some overtime hours i have to take off
AriehnV: so more time to spread my gaming around :-)
Eonwe Valar: :}
karakedi25 has entered the room.
karakedi25: aiya
AriehnV: aiya indis
Eonwe Valar: Heya Indis. We're in Membership, if you have anything to add there.
karakedi25: nothing to add
Eonwe Valar: ok.
Eonwe Valar: Anyone else have any membership news?

Eonwe Valar: Web:
Eonwe Valar: Nothing of particular note for web right now.

Eonwe Valar: Gaming:
Eonwe Valar: WoW:
Eonwe Valar: Patch 5.2: The Thunder King, launched this week.
ArPharazonV: Yep, been raiding it for the first time this evening :-)
ArPharazonV: First boss down, and made an attempt on the second. Good fun, but hard.
Eonwe Valar: Check out http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/8896363/52_The_Thunder_King_Patch_Notes-3_5_2013 for patch notes.
Eonwe Valar: LotRO:
Eonwe Valar: Update 10: Against the Shadow, Part 2 also launched this week.
Eonwe Valar: Check out http://lorebook.lotro.com/wiki/Update_10,_Against_the_Shadow,Part_II_Official for patch notes.
ArPharazonV: allright, out of WoW, ready for chat!
Eonwe Valar: Starcraft 2:
Eonwe Valar: The Heart of the Swarm expansion launches Tuesday at midnight. Guess where I'll be, hehe.
Eonwe Valar: Blizzard launched the patch bridging Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm a couple of weeks ago.
ArPharazonV: I'll be at home not playing SCII because my CE won't arrive until the morning ;-)
Eonwe Valar: Among the features added were those for Groups and Clans.
Eonwe Valar: Each of those serves a different purpose, so in order to
give us maximum potential use of the tools, I've created one of each
for the Valar Guild.
Eonwe Valar: Members are welcome to be a member in both. Groups have a
"near limitless" membership capacitiy, while Clans have a limit of 50
and are designed more for competition, so if it came down to it (we
reached the cap), membership in the Clan would be prioritized by
activity, but everyone in Starcraft would be able to still be a member
of the Group.
Eonwe Valar: For more info on Groups and Clans, see
http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/7747190 and
http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/7994698.
Eonwe Valar: Soon (tm) members playing SC2 from all over the world should be able to join us on the Americas server like in D3.
Eonwe Valar: The information for the Group and the Clan is as follows:
Eonwe Valar: Group: Valar GuildPrivacy: PrivateType: Online CommunitiesClan: ValarClan Tag: Valar
Eonwe Valar: We actually got to use "Valar" instead of "Vala" like ended up doing in Warcraft 3.
Eonwe Valar: Any questions?
Eonwe Valar: I guess not? :}
Eonwe Valar: If there are any questions later, feel free to contact me.
Eonwe Valar: Anyone in SC2 wishing to join the Clan/Group are best getting with me at the meeting for now.
LizMarr has entered the room.
GwaihirValar: good idea, I'll log in now
ArPharazonV: Hmm, so will I.
ArPharazonV: Though I will have to switch servers to do so, but that's fine.
Eonwe Valar: After the business part of the meeting :}
ArPharazonV: Ah, it's telling me it needs to optimize my game first.
GwaihirValar: dual monitors ftw
ArPharazonV: Guess it'll be a while anyway :-)
Eonwe Valar: You might not be able to switch to the Americas yet, Phar.
Eonwe Valar: Blizzard said it was coming "soon", but didn't say when.
GwaihirValar: not sure if global play got activated with the patch or with the expansion itself
GwaihirValar: might be smart of them to wait until afterwards but... who knows.
Eonwe Valar: I didn't see an option to switch servers, so I'm fairly sure it wasn't with the patch.
ArPharazonV: I'll find out soon enough then!
Eonwe Valar: :}
Eonwe Valar: Guild Wars 2:
Eonwe Valar: Irmo sent a letter extolling the virtues of Guild Wars 2,
but among the most pertinent info (to avoid just quoting it all, hehe)
is the following:
Eonwe Valar: - A Valar Guild branch can and will be installed (name:
Valar Guild, tag VAL): it is possible and even advisable to be a member
of multiple guilds. The branch can encompass players from Valar Guild
from different servers and allows communication (messaging) between
members across servers; if you are already playing GW2 somewhere we
could join forces!
Eonwe Valar: So if any members of the Valar Guild play Guild Wars 2,
and would like to get with other members of the Valar Guild, contact
Irmo.
Eonwe Valar: He and other Valar Guild members who were in his old Dark
Age of Camelot guild are there in Guild Wars 2 together already.
Eonwe Valar: You can read the letter on the News for the full scoop :}
AriehnV: cool
Eonwe Valar: A note from Varda on this, that I'll go ahead and quote:
Eonwe Valar: "Note from Varda: Irmo's email is on the Membership page
(see the link at the top of this page). Irmo shows up about weekly in
LotRO if you would also like to LotROmail him (check the kin notes for
his most recently used name). Many of us play more than one game
keeping our favorite from going stale. Please let Eonwe know which
games you play for the Games Site to help us get together. As a Tolkien
fan club, the Valar Guild plays Lord of the Rings Online as our main,
but certainly not our only game."
Eonwe Valar: "The GW2 group makes heavy use of the same Ventrilo server
the Valar Guild uses for LotRO, SWTOR, WoW, etc., paid for by Irmo
alone. If you'd like to help with the cost when you have a little to
share, go to the Wolves of Valinor site, then go to Forums on the left
to the button that says Donate; no need to register with the site or
anyone else. PayPal will charge $2.25 for the transaction, so anything
above that will help!"
Eonwe Valar: Any questions on this stuff should be sent to Irmo.
ArPharazonV: StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty Patch 2.0.5 NotesGENERALGlobal Play is now live.
ArPharazonV: That's from the patchnotes I'm seeing right now.
Eonwe Valar: OK, so it is available now. Yay :}
Eonwe Valar: Indis, you had some brief comments on Update 10 for LotRO?
karakedi25: sec
karakedi25: Sorry for the delay; had to get myself to safety (in
LotRO). Update 10--4 new instances, ranging from fairly easy to very
difficult at Tier 1 (haven't tried Tier 2 yet). Some important changes
in stats, including Wardens going from might-based to agility-based,
and more of a role for the fate stat in power (mana) regen.
karakedi25: Some of those are in preparation for more changes in class skills etc.
karakedi25: That's it, in brief
Eonwe Valar: Thanks :}
Eonwe Valar: Any other Gaming News?
LizMarr: some really cool crafted items and drops, for those who like shinies
Eonwe Valar: Anyone play anything besides WoW or LotRO this week?
ArPharazonV: Yep.
Eonwe Valar: Go ahead :}
ArPharazonV: Some flashgaming
and badge-collecting as always, I'll link a simple game in a moment, a
side-scroller, which looked pretty interesting and somewhat unique.
LizMarr has left the room.
ArPharazonV: I've also been playing a game that became quite famous on
smartphones and tablets etc, but for which I'm playing the pc-version,
which is Plants vs Zombies.
ArPharazonV: Wherein you have to put plants in your garden that can attack incoming zombies. Can be quite fun :-)
ArPharazonV: Anyway, the flashgame I was talking about is called Fear Less! and can be found at http://www.kongregate.com/games/innomin/fear-less
ArPharazonV: And that's it for me, next week I might have some SCII to report :-)
Eonwe Valar: :}
Eonwe Valar: Any other gaming news?
Eonwe Valar: Any other business before we move into Tolkien? Now would
also be a good time to whisper me Tolkien topics if you have them.
ArPharazonV: Hmm. Might as well have called myself Pharazon for the US server. Oh well, it's Calaron now.
ArPharazonV: Well, I'm online if you want to meet.
Eonwe Valar: Give me a moment.
Eonwe Valar: While my SC2 is loading, let's go ahead and shift into...
Eonwe Valar: Tolkien:
Eonwe Valar: Today's topic:
Eonwe Valar: Saruman: stalwart servant of the Valar who lost his way in
Middle-Earth, or compromised before he even got off the boat?
ArPharazonV: If I recall, he was never a very nice Maia to begin with, though he might have been a loyal servant.
karakedi25: have to reboot
karakedi25 has left the room.
Eonwe Valar: (Gwaihir and Phar, join channel Valar to get SC2 invites)
Eonwe Valar: He was a Maia or Aulë
Eonwe Valar: *Maia of
ArPharazonV: They don't have much of a track record, to be honest.
Eonwe Valar: Seemingly not. We don't get to hear of any that didn't turn over to the Morgoth side, seemingly.
Eonwe Valar: Any other thoughts on Saruman? :}
ArPharazonV: If we can pull ourselves away from SCII...
karakedi25 has entered the room.
Eonwe Valar: I'm flipping between screens :}
ArPharazonV: I think he might have been a loyal servant, as I think the
Valar know the state of their loyalty while they're working for them,
at least... and they might not have chosen him if he was alread corrupt.
ArPharazonV: But he certainly did have the mindset to be corrupted later.
Eonwe Valar: Based on UT, he seemed to have an arrogant streak as a Maia.
Eonwe Valar: Or at least a prideful streak.
ArPharazonV: Yes, but arrogant is not necessarily selfish or disloyal.
ArPharazonV: Though it definitely can become so.
Eonwe Valar: True.
Eonwe Valar: Well, arrogance is usually a good quality in the first place.
Eonwe Valar: *isn't
ArPharazonV: Correct.
ArPharazonV: Arrogant people aren't usually the ones to realize that, though.
Eonwe Valar: Prideful might be a better choice of fault: We don't
necessarily know if he walked around acting like he was better than
everyone, but he does seem to be "aware" of his position, if that makes
sense.
ArPharazonV: It does.
Eonwe Valar: I.E., in UT when the Valar are choosing who to send, one
of the Valar says Saruman would be "the first" and another, I believe
Nienna, says "Not the first." [Note: said by Varda]
Eonwe Valar: It says that Saruman "rememebered that," which would indicate to me that stuck with him in some form.
Eonwe Valar: *remembered
Eonwe Valar: He probably put himself forward as leader of the White
Council as well. Whether before or after Gandalf had refused the
position would be interesting.
ArPharazonV: Before could've been interesting.
Eonwe Valar: It's not like he didn't have reason to be considered, of course.
Eonwe Valar: And of course he probably made himself sound as humble as
he could. "I will take this burden upon myself, for the good of
Middle-Earth" and all that.
ArPharazonV: And the others were like "Yeaahhh, I'm sure you will..."
Eonwe Valar: Well, Gandalf gave him all due credit up to the point it was clear Saruman had switched sides.
ArPharazonV: Though they did seem to have respect for him at least in
the beginning, or at least Gandalf did, referring to him for knowledge
and advice.
ArPharazonV: Hah, same idea.
Eonwe Valar: If I recall, Elrond wasn't expecting Saruman's treachery either.
Eonwe Valar: I'm not sure how much Galadriel could've suspected and how early on.
Eonwe Valar: Cirdan seemed to know Gandalf would be a better recipient
of Narya than Saruman, and seemed to have some foresight of Gandalf's
struggles.
ArPharazonV: There must have been a reason why Cirdan gave his ring to
Gandalf and not Saruman. So something was obvious from the moment they
stepped off the boat.
ArPharazonV: Wow, we keep having the same ideas.
Eonwe Valar: :}
Eonwe Valar: Any other thoughts on this subject, or shall we bang the gavel?
ArPharazonV: It doesn't really feel like we've exhausted the topic, to be fair.
Eonwe Valar: Aye, I'm sure there's more to say on it.
Eonwe Valar: I don't have my books readily at hand to flip through unfortunately.
ArPharazonV: I'm sure I could look up my copy of UT.
Eonwe Valar: It's getting close to the 2-hour mark for the meeting, so we should probably go ahead and bang the gavel here.
Eonwe Valar: *Raises gavel into the air*
ArPharazonV: Actually I can't find the thing anywhere. I might have to dig in a box somewhere.
Eonwe Valar: *Bangs gavel*
ArPharazonV: *resonates with the sound*
top
Eonwe Valar: Aftermeeting.
Eonwe Valar: Feel free all to go about your business, but come next week with a Tolkien topic :}
ArPharazonV: Like how Gandalf would handle a Zerg invasion?
Eonwe Valar: ...maybe?
Eonwe Valar: Preferrably something completely in Tolkien's world, hehe.
ArPharazonV: Fair enough.
Eonwe Valar: Although that one might be good for laughs on the forum, heh.
Eonwe Valar: The problem in crossover questions like that tends to be the differences in the lore rules in each world.
ArPharazonV: Like the use of magic?
Eonwe Valar: Well, let's say for example the question of who would win in Gandalf vs. the Lich King.
Eonwe Valar: The first problem we run into is that in Tolkien's world a being couldn't just inslave the souls of the dead.
ArPharazonV: That is an interesting statement.
Eonwe Valar: The nature of the Dead in Tolkien's world isn't like Undeath in Warcraft.
ArPharazonV: We do know that some souls arriving in Valinor are kept in
the Halls of Mandos to reflect or be kept from the world; what would
they do if they did not want to be? Do the Valar have some control over
souls of the dead?
ArPharazonV: What about the Ringwraiths' loyalty to Sauron, they're
almost some form of undead. As would, apparently, any person who kept
the Ring and was enslaved by Sauron, turn into a wraith as well.
ArPharazonV: As I believe the intention for Frodo was if he used the Ring too often.
Eonwe Valar: First, we don't have a *whole* lot to go on concerning the
spirits of Men, and the most specific stuff is from older versions of
the tale that probably wouldn't hold up in the published version we
have.
Eonwe Valar: It's assumed that Men pass through the Halls of Mandos on their way out, that they spend some time there.
Eonwe Valar: That Beren was there to wait for Luthien does add some credence to this.
Eonwe Valar: The Barrow Wights weren't inhabited by the spirits of Men.
ArPharazonV: And the Valar, or at least Mandos, allowed him and Luthien
to return to Beleriand for a time; changing both their fates.
Eonwe Valar: The Oathbreakers *were* the spirits of Men.
Eonwe Valar: Based on other decisions, Mandos' authority to do that would've had to be special permission from Eru.
ArPharazonV: Was it also with special permission from Eru that Elrond
and Elros were given their choice between Elf and Human fate?
Eonwe Valar: If memory serves, yes. It was another special case. Manwë is quite likely to have consulted Eru.
Eonwe Valar: It was also an irrevocable choice.
ArPharazonV: So the paths and destinies of souls of either race could
be controlled by other creatures, but they had to have
permission/consultation from Eru.
ArPharazonV: I assume this would not be the case for the Lich King :-)
Eonwe Valar: Not really "controlled", no.
Eonwe Valar: It's a matter of authority.
ArPharazonV: Changed, in any case.
Eonwe Valar: They didn't *force* Luthien to become mortal based on
absolutely nothing. Luthien made an appeal, the Valar didn't have the
authority to make the call, they check with Eru, got the permission,
with stipulations, passed the verdict to Beren and Luthien, and they
choice to go through with it.
Eonwe Valar: *they chose.
ArPharazonV: True.
Eonwe Valar: Likewise with the Half-Elven. Because of the dual-nature
(or as I argued many years ago, in part at least to the Maia blood),
they were given the Choice of whether to belong to Men or Elves,
determining which race's fate they would ultimately fall subject to.
ArPharazonV: So the souls in question had to consent.
Eonwe Valar: Aye.
ArPharazonV: Then what would you make of the Ringwraiths? Simply not dead yet?
Eonwe Valar: Well, they're an interesting case.
Eonwe Valar: I would say perhaps they're the closest thing to "Undead"
in that they should've been dead long ago. The Rings merely "wore them
out" of the physical realm, and I believe I've likened it before to
Elvish fading, and it might've been likened by Tolkien to Elvish
fading, but I don't have an exact quote on that.
ArPharazonV: I know that Elves are supposed to have a presence in both
the visible and the shadow world, while wraiths have faded to the
shadow world.
ArPharazonV: So you might be thinking of that.
Eonwe Valar: The big thing protecting the Witch-king seems to be his
fate though, not really that it requires anythign special outside of
that.
Eonwe Valar: Eowyn killed him not because of the weapon she had, but because she was the one fated to do so.
ArPharazonV: Or at least not fated not to, if that's how you interpret the prophecy.
Eonwe Valar: hmm?
Eonwe Valar: Oh, I see.
ArPharazonV: As in, any man would have been fated not to kill him.
ArPharazonV: Other than that, any woman could've done it.
ArPharazonV: Or hobbit. Or dwarf.
ArPharazonV: Or blade of grass.
karakedi25: Namarie
ArPharazonV: Namarie!
karakedi25 has left the room.
ArPharazonV: If a bird, female to be safe, was to land on top of a
pebble high in the mountains, the following avalanche might have been
able to kill him.
Eonwe Valar: Well, the prophecy doesn't specifically say "and the
Rohirrim maiden named Eowyn, daughter of Eomund shall slay the
Witch-King" no.
ArPharazonV: Exactly :-)
Eonwe Valar: That's why Merry tends to get some credit as well.
ArPharazonV: As he should.
Eonwe Valar: If one considers the possibilities, the Witch-Kings fate
was on shakier ground than originally thought, and he may have realized
that. He did run away from Glorfindel, after all.
Eonwe Valar: Glorfindel would've been one of the most likely to end him, if anyone could.
ArPharazonV: Very true, as he was Elf instead of Man.
Eonwe Valar: Aye.
Eonwe Valar: On the other hand, Gandalf, technically an Istar, but in the body of a man, did not seem to concern him at all.
ArPharazonV: Well the guy was a bit arrogant. While he probably noted
that Gandalf was one of the Ainur, or at least had some power beyond
normal men, he probably deemed Gandalf close enough to man to not worry
him.
Eonwe Valar: Possibly.
ArPharazonV: Perhaps he could have been killed by Gandalf, but it never came to be. Maybe not even Gandalf knew for sure.
Eonwe Valar: As for the original subject, the Nazgul didn't exactly
spend alot of time announcing their presence in the Third Age either,
making sure not to stir up too much notice until the War of the Ring.
Eonwe Valar: It's possible if they were less careful, they could've
been killed by an Random hobbit throwing a stone hard enough.
Eonwe Valar: *random Hobbit
ArPharazonV: Hah, yes.
Eonwe Valar: Well, if they weren't wearing armor.
Eonwe Valar: Of course they had fear on their side.
ArPharazonV: A stone thrown hard enough could put a dent in a helmet.
ArPharazonV: Well, depending on the thickness of the helmet.
Eonwe Valar: And Nazgul didn't spend alot of time eating people.
Eonwe Valar: Or any time.
Eonwe Valar: The Oathbreakers only had fear as their weapon, weren't able to interact with the physical world.
ArPharazonV: Quite different from the movie :-)
Eonwe Valar: Aye.
ArPharazonV: In fact, if I remember right, they were definitely able to
interact with the physical world, but the only thing in the physical
world that could interact with *them* was Anduril.
Eonwe Valar: In the movie, aye.
Eonwe Valar: Sauron was called "the Necromancer" during his stint in
Dol Guldor, so he was apparently doing something with the dead, but he
doesn't make use of legions of corpses as soldiers. His involvement
with spirits would've been lesser Ainur, and maybe some of the
Houseless elves who had fallen under his will.
ArPharazonV: That last bit is an interesting point.
Eonwe Valar: Based on things Eru told Aulë at the making of the
Dwarves, and on stuff about Morgoth in Morgoth's Ring, it would
*potentially* be possible for Sauron to operate empty corpses/shells by
his direct will, but he would expend greater portions of his will and
power in doing so, as Morgoth had spent an aweful lot of his just
maintaining control over his armies.
ArPharazonV: Good point.
Eonwe Valar: The moment Sauron went to consider something else, the
body would just stop and fall over, a most unreliable solution. Even
his living soldiers, being so long under his dominion, went completely
blank on what to do when he turned his attention to Frodo at Mount Doom.
ArPharazonV: So it would be possible but only under his complete focus.
Eonwe Valar: It would be an abomination, of course, but that doesn't tend to bother evil types.
Eonwe Valar: If possible for Sauron, it would take alot out of Sauron,
and would be a squandering of his power if taken to the extent that
would be required to have conquered Middle-Earth.
Eonwe Valar: Creating the One Ring to dominate living wills might seem
like it takes more, but consider that living beings are at least going
about their business to live at the same time. Sauron doesn't have to
particularly focus on them to keep them doing what they're doing.
ArPharazonV: Like the Orcs.
Eonwe Valar: Aye.
Eonwe Valar: They'll live, they'll build, they'll grow, they're a renewable resource,..
ArPharazonV: Not so much your undead that fall apart at the blinking of a great firey eye.
Eonwe Valar: Had Eru not blessed the Dwarves, Aulë would've always had to be focusing on them for them to do anything.
Eonwe Valar: The moment he went on to a new project, the Dwarves
would've collapsed on the floor. Morgoth might enjoy that level of
control (on the surface at least. It'd be mightily inconvenient even
for him) but Aulë didn't want that and knew it was bad when he
heard it.
Eonwe Valar: So yeah, hard to do crossovers like that because of the different rules in each lore.
Eonwe Valar: :}
ArPharazonV: Heh. Well put.
Eonwe Valar: The standard cop-out response of course is: "If Gandalf
existed in a world where the Lich King existed, he would have the tools
necessary to combat him." hehe
ArPharazonV: So if Gandalf lived in a world where the Zerg could exist, he'd have nukes.
Eonwe Valar: Probably wouldn't need nukes.
Eonwe Valar: He'd have Protss psionics to a higher degree.
Eonwe Valar: *Protoss
ArPharazonV: Could be.
Eonwe Valar: Of course, there's another problem in lore rules: The Void has different implications in Tolkien and in Starcraft.
ArPharazonV: True.
AriehnV has left the room.
ArPharazonV: saving and sending transcript
VardaValar1 has entered the room.
VardaValar1: Aiya
ArPharazon-V: Aiya
ArPharazon-V: Just about to send the transcript to you.
VardaValar1: Great! Thanks :-)
VardaValar1: Sorry to have missed out tonight.
VardaValar1: Tried to email you, Eonwe, and Arien to let you know.
ArPharazon-V: Yes, discovered that at the start of the meeting.
VardaValar1: O good
ArPharazon-V: Hey, Varda isn't here... let's check email!
VardaValar1: heh, good thinking
ArPharazon-V: But you'll see that in the transcript that you received just now :)
VardaValar1: Cool :-)
ArPharazon-V: Sent
VardaValar1: In cheery news, Elwing has her hard drive and was able to
email me today, trying to get WoW and LotRO both reloaded. What a job.
ArPharazon-V: (obvious me)
ArPharazon-V: Oh yes, many gigabytes I'm sure.
VardaValar1: Thanks! I'd better tend to that. Thank you for being so good about sending those.
ArPharazon-V: I'm glad I could directly copy WoW.
VardaValar1: Handy!
VardaValar1: Her hard drive was fried.
