Estel are travelling through the Misty Mountains when they sense a

AriehnV: Have there any non WoW or LotrO games been played this week?
ArPharazonV: Yepyep, besides a few flashgames I've also been playing a bit more MLP Online.
But there's still some bugs that are crashing my game, so I just ended
up putting a report on their forum and called it a day :-)
AriehnV: Sounds a wise decision
AriehnV: I have played a bit Eve Online
last week but not much excitement and no contact with Pallando
whatsoever. There is still the alliance tournament going on at the
moment so he might be involved in this. But would be great just to hear
whether he is still alive :-)
ArPharazonV: Well, he did show up in a meeting.. what was it.. 2 weeks ago?
ArPharazonV: I don't think we have much to worry about in that area.
AriehnV: 3 weeks now after i poked him
AriehnV: I whispered him two weeks ago to remind him of the meeting in
game but he declined the conversation. I ve sent him an evemail about
it and left it at that.
AriehnV: Since then silence
ArPharazonV: Hmm.

my Maia duty of keeping contact and getting people to the meeting :-)

ArPharazonV: Well I can tell you that I got my Vial of the Sands this week
AriehnV: I dont know whether there have been any guild runs. I havent
seen Varda online this week or Elrond but Varda said thank you for some
Scribe items i sent her at some point , so she was at least alive this
past week.
ArPharazonV: biggest single purchase of the Cataclysm expansion in WoW, and I've been saving for a long time ;-)
AriehnV: Congratulations for that :-)
AriehnV: This vial is absolute awesome .. Calaron the golden Dragon :-D
ArPharazonV: So now I can fly around like a bronze dragon and can takea passenger on my back! It's quite neat.
ArPharazonV: Forget boats, this is the new way to travel.

ArPharazonV: When you raid most nights, including some old raids with
much less people, the gold keeps ticking up, so the biggest challenge
is not spending it.
ArPharazonV: Hmm, not sure. I'll look it up.
ArPharazonV: Looks like a Grand Expedition Yak.

ArPharazonV: Well the thing is, it's *the* purchase of any expansion,
so a few years. Once you make it you won't have to make it again,
especially since mounts will be shared between your alts in the next
expansion.
ArPharazonV: It's worth throwing your money at once in a long long while, I find :-)
Glorfindel VG: Ah that's good to hear. Didn't know mounts would be shared
AriehnV: good thing is . when everyone has to buy one at the beginning of MoP everyone will be broke ^^
AriehnV: so no boasting
ArPharazonV: Hehe, yes, don't expect to get it right in the first month.
Glorfindel VG: Would this be the first 3 person mount?
Glorfindel VG: Or the first 3-person flying mount I guess
ArPharazonV: I'm pretty sure Yaks are ground animals.
AriehnV: Concerning Lotro I have two things to mention that I want in the script , Phara :-)
ArPharazonV: Basically looks like an upgrade of the traveler's tundra mammoth from Wrath of the Lich King.

AriehnV: my Burglar Arienwyn has finally reached level 75 and is capped after err i think 4 years ^^
AriehnV: Still I made it and i am quite proud of since burglars are not the easiest class to play.
ArPharazonV: Congratulations :-)
AriehnV: She is available now for skirmishes and dailies in that level region, so when you see me in game feel free to whisper.
AriehnV: Or instances for that matter ^^

AriehnV: The other thing I wanted to mention is that i created a
chracter on Evernight server , a runekeeper called Linardis and joined
a kinship there. Reason for that is a) it is a European kin and it
probably is easier to have more people active during times I am online.
AriehnV: Reason b) I am a bit disappointed about the Valar Guild
kinship at the moment. There are still a few very helpful people around
and i could poke Melcor in helping me out last week as I mentioned. But
usually there is either noone online when i am, they are involved in
some raid or crafting afk or just not focused on kin chat.
AriehnV: So when i do ask something or say something it feels like being ignored and that is kind of frustrating
ArPharazonV: Makes sense. That's the trouble with endgame, I suppose;
especially if you're not capable of joining them in those raids.
AriehnV: Yep so at least the burglar can join in endgame stuff
AriehnV: I took some things from the guild vault i could use but was not too much
AriehnV: and put some things in from my side :-)
AriehnV: Its also pre-expansion tiredness as we know it from wow
AriehnV: but anyway I wanted to get this in the script so Varda and Eonwe will see how I feel in the Valar Guild at the moment
AriehnV: I am still playing on both servers and kins but i think its
just fair that they should know that my Lotro time is split now

thought goes out to Aragorn. Related to the battle of Minas Tirith,
perhaps.
