VardaValar1: Aiya Eonwe :-)
Iryenth has entered the room.
Eonwe Valar: Heya.
VardaValar1: Aiya Gilraen :-)
Iryenth: Hi folks
ArPharazonV: Aiya
AriehnV has entered the room.
AriehnV: Aiya all and special welcome back to Ar Pharazon :-)

VardaValar1: Elen sila lumenn' omentielvo!
VardaValar1: Membership:
VardaValar1: We have one person who is waiting to take the test as soon as we manage to cross paths again. :-)
VardaValar1: We have another who is rereading the books for another shot at the test, very nice person I've gamed with.
VardaValar1: Lots of folks have been coming into LotRO, even some from WoW to our happy surprise.
VardaValar1: We are still active on Lothar WoW, but our poor Horde branch needs some love.
VardaValar1: Web:
VardaValar1: o sorry
VardaValar1: My bad
VardaValar1: Do we have any further membership news?
VardaValar1: (Hiya to Gwaihir!)
VardaValar1: Ar-Pharazon is back!
Iryenth: (he's at work, but I'll pass it on)
ArPharazonV: Going back to hospital on tuesday for another test, but nothing more :-)
VardaValar1: Good luck with it! We wish you all the best.
VardaValar1: Anyone else have a comment?
Eonwe Valar: Good luck to Phar :}
AriehnV: i hope all will be well indeed
VardaValar1: :-)

VardaValar1: Web:
VardaValar1: A short story from Jay of Lasgalen is up, longer than the
usual drabble (a very tough writing form if you've ever tried it!):
ArPharazonV: Thank you all :-) But I'm sure I'll be fine.
VardaValar1: "Dance With Me?"
VardaValar1: http://valarguild.org/varda/Tolkien/encyc/fiction/authorsT/JayofLasgalen/stories/DanceWithMe.htm
VardaValar1: Also, if any of you like to write or draw, we could use
your new entries for Art, Articles, Poetry, Stories, Languages, Music,
or whatever tickles you to do. : )
VardaValar1: We take short or crazy long. : )
VardaValar1: Anything else under web subjects?

VardaValar1: Gaming:
VardaValar1: Stuff is going on constantly at most hours of day or night now in LotRO, as in people are in there gaming trying to get ready for the expansion.
VardaValar1: Traits will be going up to 12 from the cap of 10, and we
aren't sure which ones we'll need in the future, so a lot of deeding is
going on. Reputation is also being worked on before we have to start
new stuff.
VardaValar1: The beta for LotRO has started and quite a few of us have invitations.
VardaValar1: Some suggest trying a character of your favorite class in
beta to get the hang of the new systems before having to go into an
instance in a group after the expansion.
VardaValar1: For this last week at the official times:
VardaValar1: Monday was bragworthy as we completed Sammath Gul in
Mirkwood in hard mode and got the Symbol of Celebrimbor as well as
other goodies.
VardaValar1: Wednesday we had merely planned to pick up Annuminas marks
from some of the wings, partly in thanks to Pippin for all of his help,
but
VardaValar1: after the first wing's success, we got carried away on the
main boss wing and went all the way, doing a first pure Valarite
clearing all the way through the boss on hard mode.
VardaValar1: Valandil's remains were properly returned to his tomb.
VardaValar1: We had numerous other instance runs that weren't planned
such as Sword Halls, School, Library, and others just as we happened to
be together.
VardaValar1: Any other LotRO news?
VardaValar1: O, if you get into the Beta, don't forget to make the Valar channel as usual. :-) We have a fair number in it now.
VardaValar1: WoW:
VardaValar1: Eonwe, go ahead. : )
Eonwe Valar: Thanks :}
Eonwe Valar: Last Sunday, we ran Black Temple and then took a quick trip into Tempest keep.
AriehnV: got some LotrO
Eonwe Valar: In BLack Temple, at least two of us were able to get
exalted with the Ashtongue Deathsworn, so we have that counting for us
in the guild achievement rep lists now.
VardaValar1: yay!
Eonwe Valar: I also got to finish up our quests to talk to Akama, help
him out, then kill Illidan. For the effort, I got a necklace that will
teleport me directly to the Black Temple.
Eonwe Valar: When we got Illidan down, one of the Blade's of Azzinoth
dropped, and since we didn't have any classes that could actually wield
it, Bilbo's mage ended up winning it :}
VardaValar1: Amusing. But it means we'll be doing it again a couple of times. Interesting run to do though.
ArPharazonV: You get a guild achievement for that, I think?
Eonwe Valar: In Tempest keep, our primary goal was to kill Kael'Thas for a shot at the Ashes of A'lar.
Eonwe Valar: We ended up killing A'lar along the way, and when we took
care of Kael'Thas, he didn't drop them, but some of us got one of the
needed vials of Eternity for a quest.
AriehnV: yeah once again i missed out on that one since i had to go to bed :-\
Eonwe Valar: And aye, Phar, there is a guild achievement for getting the Blades of Azzinoth together.
VardaValar1: Aye, Phar, if we get both weapons and on the right class. Mage is not the right class.
AriehnV: but over all i was quite impressed with the Black Temple as i hadnt seen it in its full glory before
ArPharazonV: Oh, the class is required for it?
ArPharazonV: 's too bad
Eonwe Valar: Also of note, we are less than a bubble away from guild level 12.
VardaValar1: ohhhh
ArPharazonV: Hmm. Interesting. You might have finally surpassed my own guild.
VardaValar1: Right, Phar. But it's a fun run to re-do.
ArPharazonV: We've been at 11 for like a month, I think. Or was that 16... I don't even remember. I think it was 11.
Eonwe Valar: Also, I've unlocked all of the Molten Front daily stuff,
and now have my Flameward Hippogryph. I assume we have others that have
or are close as well.
VardaValar1: Phar, that's kind of amazing since we have so few people.
I attribute it to Eonwe's organizing runs with guild achievements in
mind. Well done!
Eonwe Valar: I couldn't do it without members wanting to run :}
ArPharazonV: Indeed :-)
ArPharazonV: I'm going for it too, Eonwe, but a week's vacation hurts.
I'm only getting armaments tomorrow and still need moonwell.
AriehnV: if the High Guard did things together we would achieve next levels faster
VardaValar1: That regular Sunday run really helps us, and we always have some that show up for the Friday run.
Eonwe Valar: This Sunday (tonight) our runs will be the Eye of Eternity and Ulduar.
AriehnV: not every one solo achieving or luck creeping around , sorry
to be so blunt Phar , but i think , doing things together would help
VardaValar1: A regular time is a huge help for members to help plan schedules.
VardaValar1: Even one day a week, but we find two has been good.
ArPharazonV: If people were online at the same time, that'd help too, Arien ;-)
AriehnV: sure enough
AriehnV: :-)
Eonwe Valar: I'm afraid I missed the Friday run this week, but Varda might be able to tell more about that :}
Eonwe Valar: *about the Friday run
VardaValar1: Friday night get-together. Elwing, Sauron, and Varda ran
dailies together in the Firelands and Tol Barad, then fishing and
cooking dailies in Stormwind and Dalaran.
VardaValar1: Much fun and chatting went on. : )
VardaValar1: We stuck together for those even when one or more had already completed part or all. Just hanging out together.
VardaValar1: and helping a bit.
AriehnV: (regular days off would help too .. grr .. silly work )
AriehnV: (and regular work times for that matter )
VardaValar1: Aye, that makes it tough. Try to come when you can, and when you can't, then you can't.
VardaValar1: Any further WoW news?
VardaValar1: Any playing of other games? : )
ArPharazonV: A bit.
Eonwe Valar: Starcraft 2 has a new patch out: 1.3.6.
VardaValar1: ah hah!
ArPharazonV: Been playing a load of flashgames this weekend to catch up on new updates, including a few fun RPG games :-)
VardaValar1: Sounds like fun. : )
AriehnV: I ve got a bit eve news
AriehnV: Eve online
AriehnV: are you finished Phara?
ArPharazonV: Yeah, sure.
AriehnV: I ve finally managed to make contact with Menelvagor actually
AriehnV: and we ve flown a couple of missions together
AriehnV: and he gave me good measure of useful advice :0
AriehnV: and isk as well (curriency on Eve)
AriehnV: but , and probably most significant for him he was accepted as
instructor into the same corporation as my main character is
AriehnV: thats about it :-)
AriehnV: oh and i think he enjoys it , but i havent seen him since wednesday
AriehnV: that concludes my report of this
VardaValar1: Thank you, Arien. : )

VardaValar1: Tolkien:
VardaValar1: A couple of subjects, and please send a whisper if you have a topic!
VardaValar1: One, Peter Jackson keeps giving us bits from the shooting that make it look really good for the Hobbit!
VardaValar1: Another,
VardaValar1: we have a new post for the rp.
VardaValar1: Indis is in a family thing during most of the meetings
including tonight, but she said she intends to write a forum post after
seeing mine.
VardaValar1: Has everyone had a chance to look at the rp yet?
Eonwe Valar: Not yet.
ArPharazonV: I have, looks allright. Though as I'm not there, I wonder
what I'm doing... sitting on a rock watching for intruders maybe :-)
AriehnV: just having a look
VardaValar1: You may have an opinion on the sword? How does it affect
your character if at all? Is it slightly bringing down everyone, reason
we're so quiet on our journey? Shouldn't we elves be singing a little
otherwise? :-)
Eonwe Valar: Legolas seemed to be able to hold the song in :}
VardaValar1: He did sing though. As when they were in Gondor he walked
around singing normally while Gimli was glowering around, a contrast
that was mentioned.
AriehnV: hmmm .. Frali will be overjoyed , well , tries not to show it too obvious , grin
VardaValar1: hehehe Arien
AriehnV: but ,, i think he might think of maybe a way how to embellish the sword
AriehnV: after all its a crude orc sword
AriehnV: and ugly
AriehnV: so he might want something to polish it up *smiles innocently*
VardaValar1: Our group doesn't even converse or anything as we travel.
We've gone rather quiet. It bothers the rather sociable Fainan, and she
noticed a change in herself when the sword was offered. So she's
suspicious.
VardaValar1: Sounds like that would be an amusing post, Arien. :-)
VardaValar1: First we have to see if it gets to Frali.
VardaValar1: Fainan could be overruled by the two who know more than she does.
VardaValar1: Indis is in a side window, had a comment:
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Meren may not give it up, knowing about Frali. She can hold out until rivendell.
ArPharazonV: The fact that she doesn't want to give it up already says a lot... maybe she's a dwarf at heart? ;-)
VardaValar1: My question: are we going to have it be the greed that
happened to the dwarf-kings with their Rings, or something else like an
addiction. There's a big difference. I'd like to call it an induced
greed, a difficult thing.
VardaValar1: hehehe
Eonwe Valar: In the defense of Meren, Auros did charge her with its guarding.
AriehnV: hmm Frali might try to bribe her
AriehnV: and go looking for jools
AriehnV: or some preciouss glitty
VardaValar1: I was trying to go with the sword working on the racial
characteristics, so it's different for an orc, an elf, or a dwarf.
VardaValar1: It looks as if the group is wanting to make it purely addiction?
VardaValar1: Meren is doing her duty. but it may be harming her worse than it harms Frali.
Eonwe Valar: Perhaps we should delve into how the gold-lust of the Dwarf-kings is different from an addiction?
AriehnV: or Frali might get an idea the goblins might hold a dwarf treasure that might please Meren
VardaValar1: Frali is not stupid and is not currently holding the
sword, and may realize something odd about the direction his thoughts
are taking?
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Meren doesn't want any part of the thing. She thinks it's dangerous in Frali's hands,
VardaValar1: So there's no change. We continue with Meren holding the sword and not taking shifts?
VardaValar1: karakedi25: If another elf took it, she'd give it up in a second.
VardaValar1: So we need to agree on what it is that the sword does. And who does it affect?
VardaValar1: I made my stab at it. Feel free to take yours so we can make the story in agreement. :-)
ArPharazonV: So an elf needs to take it from her.. and give it to Frali? ;-)
VardaValar1: Why? Don't the elven loremasters agree that it's best in an elf's hands?
ArPharazonV: Maybe.
VardaValar1: Indis is saying that Meren has no addiction problem.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: It's depressing Meren, but not beyond bearing.
Eonwe Valar: If Auros were to change who guards it, I think he would
choose to guard it himself, deeming himself, whether right or wrong, in
truth or in pride, to be up to the task.
VardaValar1: The group seems to feel it's ok for an elf to hold but not for a dwarf. So what does the sword do to people?
ArPharazonV: There's a certain racial pride in Elves. Maybe the sword plays on that too?
ArPharazonV: Makes Elves think that Elves are better to deal with it?
VardaValar1: Fainan might agree to shifts, but does not want to hold it
herself for even a moment, so she doesn't want to stick any other elf
with it either.
VardaValar1: That's a thought, Phar.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Elves are stronger-minded.
ArPharazonV: Are elves really more resilient that dwarves in this way?
VardaValar1: Fainan is a mere Silvan, fairly young. She may not consider herself so strong as the others.
VardaValar1: The elves may *think* they are. : )
ArPharazonV: Quite :-)
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Meren has not said she's not up to the task. So far we have only fainan's observation.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: But she'd be grateful for shifts
Eonwe Valar: The Fëa and Hroa of an Elf are more cohesive than
those those of Men, and possibly Dwarves, due to their nature. It would
give them a certain resilience to certain influences.
VardaValar1: We need to decide as writers what the sword does. If she
tries to give it up for shifts, will she find a strange reluctance?
VardaValar1: As the elf becomes older, the fea becomes stronger. A young elf may not have that much power.
VardaValar1: Indis says Meren would not find any strange reluctance to turn over the sword.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: She's caring for it out of duty.
VardaValar1: ok, so we as writers are going to say that the sword does not affect any reasonably strong elf.
VardaValar1: Did I get that right?
Eonwe Valar: I would not have imagined an "addictive" property to the
blade. The Ring's use of influence in that regard is to ensure it has
time to influence its wearer, and for self-preservation.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Yes, i meant what eonwe said about elves.
VardaValar1: I wasn't saying addictive either. Trying to figure out what our group is deciding what the sword is doing.
VardaValar1: Why does it affect Frali at all?
Eonwe Valar: I'd hazzard a statement that a blade doing that may have been imbued with the power of a Maia or similar spirit.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Maybe we should try a swap and see what happens.
VardaValar1: I'm asking what we as writers agree would happen.
AriehnV: hmm which leads me to the thought what origin our unnoble enemy is?
Eonwe Valar: I've been using the passage in FotR about the morgul-blade to guide my reactions.
AriehnV: a spirit of a black numenorian that became corrupt by a minor ring? a king? or even a minor maia maybe?
VardaValar1: The enemy has acted like a Houseless One or a Barrow-wight
taking over a body that's been weakened in spirit by injury.
Eonwe Valar: Which :unnoble enemy"? The one inhabitting Calion's brother?
AriehnV: ayep
VardaValar1: karakedi25: I would expect meren to feel a momentary sense of loss followed by relief and lightening of spirit.
Eonwe Valar: If it were possible at all to wrest control of an Elf's
body from his spirit without killing him, it would have to be by an Elf
or more powerful spirit.
ArPharazonV: Our sorcerer is originally human. Black Numenorean? Who
knows? But it's been practicing Morgul-sorcery, to the point where it
could possess people using a minor artefact (I believe it was a minor
ring of power).
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Frali is young and perhaps not seasoned.
ArPharazonV: It's a lieutenant of Sauron, working in the North,
commanding some Orcs, while training its own skills in magic.... and
now it's grown powerful enough to take over an Elf.
Eonwe Valar: But my apologies, the focus of the conversation is the
sword, its nature, and what it can do, so I'll turn my thoughts back to
that.
VardaValar1: As a lt of Sauron, would he be a lesser Maia?
ArPharazonV: That said, if you really want to put some power in the
guy, a really minor maia is possible... but I was more thinking along
the lines of the Mouth of Sauron, but somewhat more powerful.
VardaValar1: Sauron being very powerful, lesser than Sauron is not necessarily weak. : )
VardaValar1: Ok, thanks Phar. : )
Eonwe Valar: We had already been discussing that the sword was used somehow to command troops or to contact allies.
Eonwe Valar: Oer rather, to track allies.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Maybe the sword's effects vary by individual.
AriehnV: right ...anyway that gives direction for Frali , a lighening
of spirit and he watches the darkening of the ones accompanying him
Eonwe Valar: The question, of course would be how powerful that signal
would be (relating Gandalf's lighting a fire on Caradhras, where he
said he just wrote "Gandalf is here" in runes big enough to be seen for
a long distance around), and why someone not an orc couldn't also "read
the signs" the sword would leave.
Eonwe Valar: Or at least that's the questions posed in the discussion.
VardaValar1: Ok - so the sword is not affecting people by race. It's
not enhancing an orc leader but is used for communication and/or global
positioning?
ArPharazonV: Something like that. Why not both?
AriehnV: depending on who the contact is maye or should be .. an
ordinary warrior would not be the right instrument for subtle schemes,
has to be a leader or at least someone with enough brains
AriehnV: maybe not every orc should be aware of it
ArPharazonV: So the one we got the sword from, was a leader?
VardaValar1: Aye, the sword would have to belong to an officer.
Eonwe Valar: That seems unlikely, since it was only a couple of orcs. A leader wouldn't be doing his own scouting.
VardaValar1: A short term loan for the positioning thing?
ArPharazonV: Could be. Maybe the scout borrowed it to locate us and pass along our position.
ArPharazonV: A mobile phone with a sharp edge.
Eonwe Valar: A "lowly" scout having the sword would probably rule out
the "power of Command" thing (to paraphrase Boromir's speech about
using the Ring) as the scout would've had to have killed the leader for
it, in which case he would now be the leader and not scouting himself.
Eonwe Valar: Or.. there's the chance the orc somehow managed to steal
it, was not a scout at all, and just unhaply ended up amonst us.
AriehnV: i make it simple for you and Frali runs off to get a fresh
breath of air away from those horrible mistrusting elves and falls off
a cliff
AriehnV: how about that ?
VardaValar1: Why do you assume a leader would not scout? But it sounds
likely. In which case we have a probable need for a rewrite, since a
lowly orc would probably not carry it.
VardaValar1: That's too easy an out, Frali. :-)
VardaValar1: Stealing, that sounds orcish. And a good reason to need to leave the group. :-)
Eonwe Valar: Because if you cut off a snake's head the body dies :}
ArPharazonV: Hah. So the scout ran off with his leader's sword and went
off on a solo mission.. not knowing that having the sword would point
out his position to the entire batallion?
Eonwe Valar: Denethor's "rules of kings" come to mind as well. Denethor
doesn't lead his armies from the front, he sends them before him.
AriehnV: hmm given where it orignially came from .. and Frali after all did get the kill of the orc that attacked Meren
Eonwe Valar: Denethor was still able to bear a sword, and yet he was
still willing to "spend his own sons" in the defense of MInas Tirith.
Likewise, Sauron himself would not come forward from Barad Dur until
victory over his enemies was assured.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Or the officer came because the prey was important.
ArPharazonV: Without backup?
VardaValar1: He had a buddy
VardaValar1: Good point though.
ArPharazonV: Still :-)
Eonwe Valar: When we got the sword at the River, there were *maybe* 2-3 orcs, as I recall.
Eonwe Valar: Assuming "the prey" is us, he definitely would've brought more orcs than that.
VardaValar1: Ok, so we have a paradox? Do we require a rewrite?
AriehnV: i write the runes out that makes it easier
VardaValar1: Of course the point of an exercise in this kind of writing is to go with whatever is tossed at us. :-)
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Not if he only intended to spy.
VardaValar1: Indis' comment would make it work.
Eonwe Valar: Not necessarily. If the sword is stolen, *what* the orc
did as part of his troop doesn't matter. All that matters is that he
somehow got it, either through thievery or murder, could not stand
against his fellows, and while running ended up stumbling into us.
VardaValar1: The leader could be checking the story for himself not intending to engage?
Eonwe Valar: Our assumption was the orc was a scout. If we're wrong, it
doesn't affect the story per se, except that in story we get to
re-assess our assumptions.
Eonwe Valar: If we want.
ArPharazonV: If he was just a lowranked orc, he wouldn't know what the sword did.
VardaValar1: We did assume he was a scout and the sword was ordinary.
ArPharazonV: Made sense, because he ran off with a gps transmitter so to speak.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Silly subordinates launched an attack.
Eonwe Valar: Would also inadvertantly account for what orc activity we experienced afterward.
VardaValar1: Since our assumption that the sword was ordinary was
wrong, perhaps the assumption of what the orcs were doing was wrong. We
are also assuming they are on an ordinary scouting mission.
ArPharazonV: In other words, as characters we don't know, so as writers we don't need to know? :-)
VardaValar1: Writers must know to keep it consistent. The characters only know what they run into.
ArPharazonV: True.
Eonwe Valar: Well we as writers have to account for how, if at all it
would affect us, and at least have a general idea of its properties.
VardaValar1: Exactly. :-)
Eonwe Valar: I don't imagine that 20 years into the Fourth Age, we'll
all be coming together to find this thing needs to be thrown into a
volcano, for example.
VardaValar1: My pronoun reference in here has been bad, referring to us
as writers and as the characters as "us" or "we". Sorry for the
confusion.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: by now in the story does it matter. Our party
has acquired something the enemy would rather we didn't have.
Eonwe Valar: (The One Sword. Heh.)
VardaValar1: Oops. :-)
Eonwe Valar: I would think this object shares more in common with a morgul-blade than with a Ring of Power, personally.
ArPharazonV: That's what I meant, yes, what Indis said. Does it really
matter at this point? We have what we need to have, the details we
might not even have to bother with.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: And it's proving a burden to us.
Eonwe Valar: If this object is just going to be destroyed in Rivendell,
we don't need to fret *too* much about it, but we need to have an idea
of how to react to it along the way.
VardaValar1: Fainan is concerned for the safety of the group. If the
loremasters point out that her concerns are not needed, that we can
last until Rivendell, then we continue as we are.
Eonwe Valar: Not that we have much further to Rivendell, hehe.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Agreed, eonwe.
VardaValar1: As writers, is Elrond going to want to destroy the sword
or use it in reverse to locate where the signal is going to?
ArPharazonV: Are you really copying all this chat into your side window, then? :-)
VardaValar1: Yes.
Eonwe Valar: Story-wise, Frali has been affected by it somehow, so take
that as you will.Glorfindel seemed content to let Aragorn carry around
a morgul-hilt, so long as he didn't handle it alot. Frali, on the other
hand, has probably been holding the sword more than is healthy.
VardaValar1: So, maybe Frali would be allowed to hold it if he has it
thoroughly wrapped, rather than polishing and adding jewels? : )
Eonwe Valar: Glorfindel shuddered when he touched the hilt, presummably reacting to the power within it/over it.
VardaValar1: Correct.
VardaValar1: It would be a compromise, at least.
Eonwe Valar: So not *wanting* to hold it is probably not a notable
reaction to the sword, other than to show a reaction for the story.
Eonwe Valar: i.e, it doesn't show the sword is *getting to* someone.
VardaValar1: Fainan, however, noticed a personality change in herself.
Maybe it was merely temporary due to the same reaction Glorfindel had,
and not otherwise related?
ArPharazonV: Simply a reaction to the power within, and not actually being affected by it?
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Elrond will not be happy to have it in
imladris but will probably hold his nose and see if it can be of use.
Eonwe Valar: She could be uneasy about having this thing with them at all. Perfectly natural.
VardaValar1: Aye, Phar. And Fainan may have misinterpreted it. This is something the loremasters can explain to her.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: What reason is there to let frali have access?
VardaValar1: To keep him from acting in a way that might be harmful to
the group, Indis especially.
Eonwe Valar: Auros' reaction, examing as a reader, was fairly simple:
It's a tool of the enemy, not one very pleasant to deal with, but not
so dangerous as he would deem it necessary to take it into his own
keeping.
VardaValar1: Fainan's concern is the safety of the group members, Auros especially since he must make the report to Elrond.
VardaValar1: Ok, that's the reaction of our people. What will we as writers say Elrond will say?
Eonwe Valar: Since Frali showed a reaction to it (as told him by
Meren/Fainan), he deemed it was unsafe for Frali to continue with it.
If others showed similar signs, he would probably take it himself.
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Meren thinks it would be more harmful to let frali near the sword.
Eonwe Valar: Also of note, going with the flow of the story, is that
Auros had not *noticed* it until he held it, so take that for what you
will as well.
ArPharazonV: Elrond would probably not allow any of his people to handle it, but lock it up and have it studied.
ArPharazonV: Or destroyed.
VardaValar1: Ok, so we need a couple of posts showing that Auros and
Meren don't allow the sword to go to Frali, and tell Fainan not to
worry, and Auros may offer to carry it. Will Meren take it?
VardaValar1: Will Elrond's findings affect our story?
VardaValar1: VardaValar1: Will Elrond's findings affect our story?karakedi25: ProbablyVardaValar1: How?
ArPharazonV: I like how you're quoting yourself quoting yourself.
AriehnV: hehe
VardaValar1: hehe
VardaValar1: karakedi25: Probably too much for me to try to text into my phone.karakedi25: Tired thumbs
VardaValar1: Gang, shall we call it for tonight? Some of you need to get some sleep. :-)
ArPharazonV: I think we made some progress here, so..
VardaValar1: Ok, so we know what our group is going to say, but not exactly what Elrond will say.
VardaValar1: That'll get us going. :-)
VardaValar1: *swings gavel*
VardaValar1: *bang!*
