ArPharazonV: for those of you like me who enjoy playing your druids, and are tired of the same old forms and graphics, Blizzard has announced this week that the next content patch will contain updated graphics

ArPharazonV: for Tauren druids it will be tied to their skin color, which will now be changeable for all tauren I think
ArPharazonV: for Nightelf druids it will be tied to our haircolor

Eonwe Valar: The only pass near that area is the High Pass. Anywhere else in that area is night unpassable as I recall.
ArPharazonV: O-ho, first meeting I get to browse "the atlas".. *leafs through the pages*
Eonwe Valar: The Eagles have an Eyrie near the High Pass.

Eonwe Valar: Goblintown is a bit north of the High Pass.

ArPharazonV: then there's a part that could be either Anduin or Langflood, then there's the Ford, and then it's called Anduin

Eonwe Valar: Albeit, my declared and apparent goal was to get to the Forest Gate that day.
Eonwe Valar: So, barring your ambush happening between the Forest Gate and teh Carrock, that would be Auros' goal on the way back.

Eonwe Valar: Auros finds his reason to go to Angmar, everyone else has there reasons. Calion more or less decides he's had enough of Auros, they argue, (delete spoiler), Auros puts forth Fainan, turns out for whatever reason that's something both Auros and Calion can agree on.

VardaValar1: Mirkwood elves are all used to having to work to keep their people alive. Had to move before, strategic withdrawal, not wanting or able to move back much farther.
VardaValar1: Not a group protected by a Ring, but by their own abilities and teamwork.
ArPharazonV: Fainan, Calion and Calaron have all had some experience in combat and know when to serve their country
VardaValar1: Aye.
ArPharazonV: Calion may dislike Auros, but when it comes to Mirkwood's interests he's not going to step away from a mission or make a fuss over it
VardaValar1: If it appears that Auros is going counter to Mirkwood's survival, he'll run into stiff resistance from most of the group.
ArPharazonV: an alternative may be that if Auros has no reason to go yet, and initially refuses to go or something, it might cause an argument... and then he learns his reasons, comes back, we agree to put Fainan in charge and we head off....
VardaValar1: Why would we put Fainan in charge? Auros or Calion are both lordly types, she's not at all.
ArPharazonV: we've shown that things can heat up between us... you're the one who's friendliest with all of us :-)
VardaValar1: If he didn't want to go, I'd probably be sad, but take off with whoever wanted to go.
ArPharazonV: when it comes to a small group of close companions, you might be the best leader we have
