FinduilasV: Hello :-)
FinduilasV: that is aiya
MrMonkey2002Blah has entered the room.
Eonwe Valar: Heya Gwaihir and Congrats meldo :}
GilraenV: We came back from our honeymoon on monday, went down to London for a week
MrMonkey2002Blah: Hail
Eonwe Valar: So you'll be hearing the pitter-patter of little Members of Honor one of these days I suppose :}
ArPharazonV: humans with wings?
GilraenV: (sssh - you'll scare him away!)
FinduilasV: in one word harpys
Eonwe Valar: Oh, sorry :}
GwaihirValar: hey, and thank you for the congrats :-)
Eonwe Valar: In all seriousness, congrats to you both :}
GilraenV: Eventually. We hope to permanently reside on the same continent first, though :-\
GwaihirValar: and Eo, not yet... right now we're hoping to hear the pitter patter of the mailman with information regarding the immigration....
Eonwe Valar: That's usually the first step, aye Gilraen :}
ArPharazonV: get to the middle ground, a house between Europe and the US
GwaihirValar: if we could afford it lol
ArPharazonV: Iceland? Bermuda?
GilraenV: Atlantis?
ArPharazonV: Atlantis...
GwaihirValar: unfortunately neither of us have thousands of millions of dollars to build a permanent island halfway between US and Britain
Eonwe Valar: Convince either country its in their best interest to have one there :}
GilraenV: anyone who wants to donate to the cause can im me, though! :-D
GwaihirValar: lol
ArPharazonV: I hear Bermuda is nice this time of year
GwaihirValar: too geometrical
GwaihirValar: what with the triangle and all
ArPharazonV: eh, can't have it all
Eonwe Valar: ok, on with the meeting :}
Eonwe Valar: Finduilas, you had some member news?
FinduilasV: Indeed I have *nods*
FinduilasV: We found a more permanent place to rent for residence
FinduilasV: further away from portree but ..
FinduilasV: its an old church, and of course the more permanent
FinduilasV: *grins from here to there*
Eonwe Valar: That ought to be quite interesting.
FinduilasV: We will be moving on the 14th of this monthj.
FinduilasV: sounds a very interesting place indeed
FinduilasV: It was built in 18d29
FinduilasV: Thoma Telford designed it
Menelvagor Valar: Will that mean you won't have access to the net for a while?
FinduilasV: We will try to keep it as short as possible we have a number
FinduilasV: and knowing Bruce, my fiance, he will try to have it fixed before the move
FinduilasV: hes as addicted to eve as me to wow , if no worse l(
FinduilasV: ;-)
Eonwe Valar: :}
FinduilasV: that was it :-)
Menelvagor Valar: :-P
Eonwe Valar: Thanks :}

Web News:
ArPharazonV: hmm.. reading the transcripts... numenorean kings, eh?
ArPharazonV: might be a nice incentive for me to start adding some pieces
Eonwe Valar: Go for it, Phar :}
Eonwe Valar: We do have a page on the Encyclopedia that lists articles we need, by the way.
Eonwe Valar: So anyone can check that list out, find a person they want to write something one, and contribute to the Guild Tolkien Encyclopedia.
FinduilasV: I will start worrking on the one about Finduilas, Orodreth s daughter, after the move
FinduilasV: so you will get that
Eonwe Valar: Make sure to include references though, so we have a record and can keep the Encyclopedia as accurate as possible.
FinduilasV: Aye will do
Eonwe Valar: I guess technically I should've said all that under web news :}
Eonwe Valar: Web News:
ArPharazonV: yeah, sorry for that ;-)
Eonwe Valar: Varda's made it so all the Guild Pages, rather than having a link to a page listing all our Tolkien resources, just goes straight to the Encyclopedia, which has all that stuff linked anyway.
Eonwe Valar: Well, I should specify by saying all the Guild pages under her power :}
Eonwe Valar: Which is still alot if you ever look at the credits for alot of the Guild pages :}
Eonwe Valar: The Members page has been corrected so it now shows the correct number of members.
Eonwe Valar: New Novel added by NightWing.
Eonwe Valar: "To See a World"
Eonwe Valar: It's still in progress, but she hopes to be done in a year.
Eonwe Valar: She's written 43 chapters, 6 of which are now up on our pages.
Eonwe Valar: Pardon, missed a piece of Member News: Ancalagon from D1 days is back :}
Eonwe Valar: He tested last week after the meeting to rejoin us :}
Eonwe Valar: He's going to a university, like several of us, and attended a Tolkien seminar :}
Eonwe Valar: He may be sending some of his college papers related to Tolkien to Varda for the Encyclopedia.
Eonwe Valar: Any more Web News?
Menelvagor Valar: I'm heading to the shower, I hope to be back asap.
top

Eonwe Valar: Ok, on to Gaming News:
Eonwe Valar: WoW:
Eonwe Valar: Finduilas has started up a chater to get the Valar Guild going on Argent Dawn in Europe.
Eonwe Valar: *charter
FinduilasV: So I have an we got five signatures so far
ArPharazonV: I could send a few more alts your way, but I think it has to be seperate accounts...
FinduilasV: consisting of Fladrif, Ar Pharazon, menelvagor and two guild friends
Eonwe Valar: So if you're a Valar Guild member in Europe, get to her and sign that charter, using an alt with your Guild name.
ArPharazonV: meh, there's already a Pharazon on the server, and it's not me
Eonwe Valar: You've got about a hundred other names that fit closely enough to your Guild name ;} Calion, etc :}
FinduilasV: I think we should post it on the forum as well , and i will post it in the wow forum, so people fget more aware of iit
ArPharazonV: I have a Caliona, it's true ;-)
Eonwe Valar: I didn't mean your exact guild name. You can make creative alternates using translations of your Guild name.
ArPharazonV: but so far I sent in a Caldaera... not based on Pharazon, but you know it's me anyway
Eonwe Valar: I have Kalasul and Sulenar, neither actual names for Eonw, but both fitting based on his identity as Fionw
Eonwe Valar: I believe Finduilas and Menelvagor are working on a tabard design.
FinduilasV: Yes , a dead tree , white , on a dark green background
FinduilasV: with stark white slighly fluffy borders
ArPharazonV: white dead tree, eh? sounds nice
Eonwe Valar: I assume and hope there's a link to Tolkien we can glean from that? :}
ArPharazonV: heh, I still remember when we were deciding what tabard to take for the Valarguild in general
FinduilasV: aye , the white tree that was in Minas tirith :-)
FinduilasV: err Minas Tirith
Eonwe Valar: Aye, we went with the Flame Imperishable.
FinduilasV: I only can buy it once the guild is registered so we still can decide
FinduilasV: but both are acceptable?
Eonwe Valar: Flame Imperishable for Eru, blue background for Manw as king of Arda.
Eonwe Valar: I figured all branches in WoW having the same tabard would be helpful and more uniform, one reason the Uldaman group also has it.
FinduilasV: ok i saved the window so we have the descfription
Eonwe Valar: But I'm not going to completely rule out the one you've designed.
FinduilasV: i will pick it accordingly
Eonwe Valar: Let me think on that some more.
FinduilasV: take your time
FinduilasV: I am quite wiling to go with the flame on blue background, he could not remember
Eonwe Valar: Anything else you'd like to add before we move on, Finduilas?
FinduilasV: well , i suppose just for the transcript
FinduilasV: It is intended to be alight rp guild
FinduilasV: which supports its members with skills and resources
FinduilasV: running instances at all levels as required and possible and assists in quests
FinduilasV: There will be slight chances to raid but its no raiding guild as su ch
FinduilasV: Its there for the members to have fun
ArPharazonV: I think most of our current members are raiding already, in one raidgroup all the other... but we'll see :-)
ArPharazonV: *or the other
FinduilasV: *closes chapter and hands gav back*
Eonwe Valar: Thanks :}
Eonwe Valar: On with Gaming News:
Eonwe Valar: I'm afraid I couldn't make it to Lothar questing on Friday night, as I had errands to deal with, as such I do not have a report for you.
Eonwe Valar: WoW General news: Information on some new Talents and Spells for the Burning Crusade has been released, for all but the Druid, Hunter, and Priest.
Eonwe Valar: These are still tnetative, but since Blizzard even released them, there's at least a good chance they'll make it to release in some form.
Eonwe Valar: *tentative.
Eonwe Valar: Check them out on the Blizzard main site, or the WoW Community site.
Eonwe Valar: They've already been updated once :}
Eonwe Valar: LotRO: New infor on a place of interest: Sandyman's Mill.
Eonwe Valar: Also, they're released some Alpha Diaries from people who are currently playing the game, so feel free to check them out.
Eonwe Valar: Let us know if you make it into the Alpha or Beta, btw :}
Eonwe Valar: Any further gaming news?
Eonwe Valar: Whisper Tolkien Topics as well.
ArPharazonV: well, a bit of gaming
Eonwe Valar: Go ahead Phar.
ArPharazonV: after yesterday's Naxxramas raid in WoW, some of our THG guild decided to get together for a short match in Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne
ArPharazonV: so for the first time in many months, I recreated my character, and played a TFT game!
ArPharazonV: did a bit better than I had expected, although we still lost.. but it has generated a bit of interest for the game in me again
ArPharazonV: so if anyone here wants to play it on a slightly regular basis, I wouldn't mind getting into a few games again
ArPharazonV: also, I played some BZFlag today, and downloaded the Discworld-game
Menelvagor Valar: back
ArPharazonV: 7 days of non-stop WoW gets a bit boring :-)
Eonwe Valar: Understandable :}
ArPharazonV: 7 days a week, I mean
Eonwe Valar: I'm going to take this chance to once again tell everyone to make sure their gaming info is correct on the Games Page :}
Eonwe Valar: And if you haven't seen the new Games Page yet, check it out :}
Eonwe Valar: Anyone else play something besides WoW?
Menelvagor Valar: Kult Heretic Kingdoms
Eonwe Valar: And that is?
Menelvagor Valar: Single Player game.
Eonwe Valar: Ah
Menelvagor Valar: It has similarities to Diablo.
Menelvagor Valar: But the major difference is that you have to use weapons, armor, rings and all of that to unlock the abilities they carry.
Menelvagor Valar: And those abilities require a set combination of items.
Menelvagor Valar: For example, the ability "fireblade" requires a weapon that has fire as its element.
Menelvagor Valar: the ability "Aura of Defense" will not work unless you wear no armor at all.
Eonwe Valar: interesting...
Menelvagor Valar: Also, you have the ability (standard), which lets you shift between worlds, one is the real world, the other a dream world, where malign spirits reside.
Menelvagor Valar: and what's the most interesting part, is that healing items are unlimited.
Menelvagor Valar: of course, that comes at a cost.
GilraenV: sounds complicated
Menelvagor Valar: not really.
Menelvagor Valar: use a health potion or some such, and you will gain all your health back, but with each use, your maximum health decreases.
Menelvagor Valar: and it keeps decreasing until you rest and get your health bar completely full again.
Menelvagor Valar: so your health bar consists of 3 elements.
Menelvagor Valar: 1) your maximum health.
Menelvagor Valar: 2) your maximum health at this point.
Menelvagor Valar: 3) Your current health.
ArPharazonV: yes, I must agree with Gilraen, sorry ;-)
GwaihirValar: I'm on my lady's side as well lol
Menelvagor Valar: Nah, it's easy to figure out once you play :)
Menelvagor Valar: just like WoW
ArPharazonV: easy to learn, hard to master?
Menelvagor Valar: it's complicated at first, but with a little practice, it's easy.
Menelvagor Valar: that too :)
ArPharazonV: or hard to learn, easy to master? ;-)
FinduilasV: so in one word the other way round
FinduilasV: hard to learn, easy to master
Menelvagor Valar: I'd say both :-D
Menelvagor Valar: but then again, I am both as well 8-)
FinduilasV: *laughs* soujnds fmiliar
Menelvagor Valar: And I am done, unless someone wants to ask any questions? :-P
Eonwe Valar: So, it's moderate to learn, and moderate to master :}
Menelvagor Valar: No Eonwe.
Menelvagor Valar: it's just two different sides of the medal.
Menelvagor Valar: some parts are easy to learn, hard to master, others are hard to learn, easy to master.
Menelvagor Valar: like any good game.
Menelvagor Valar: keeps up the challenge :)
Eonwe Valar: Ok, on to Tolkien :}
Menelvagor Valar: Just one little WoW thing :)
Eonwe Valar: Go ahead :}
ArPharazonV: btw, I just made a new RP-post
Menelvagor Valar: Fladrif joined Legacy of the Phoenix 8-)
Menelvagor Valar: that's it.
Eonwe Valar: Ok, Tolkien:
Menelvagor Valar: (yes indeed, it's little for a change, in stark contrast to my usual "I'll make it quick" notion :-D
ArPharazonV: hehe
Eonwe Valar: I already gave up trying to make it short unless it was short to begin with :}
top

Tolkien:
Eonwe Valar: Finduilas has a topic.
Eonwe Valar: All yours, Finduilas :}
Eonwe Valar: If you're there :}
FinduilasV: Oh aye sorry some Ent in a side window somewhere
FinduilasV: well now
FinduilasV: Two different things maybe lets start with the easier one or more book related
Menelvagor Valar: Alas, I have to go to bed. As I said earlier, first day of school tomorrow, and I don't want to risk oversleeping *grin*
ArPharazonV: Namarie, Menel
Eonwe Valar: Sleep well Menel :}
FinduilasV: Namarie , Menel!
Menelvagor Valar: Namarie
FinduilasV: Grima Wormtongue
Menelvagor Valar: Oh, and because I forgot earlier: Congrats Gilraen and Gwaihir!
Menelvagor Valar has left the room.
FinduilasV: How would you see him? Is he pitable? What did happen to let him become traitor to King Theoden?
FinduilasV: I mean what inclined him to come under the spell of Saruman, and you know how grima ended up ..
Eonwe Valar: I'm not sure I pity him, but I pity what he became.
Oessala: Whoops. I'm here.
Oessala: Wrong account..
Orodreth V: aiya. :-)
Eonwe Valar: Heya :}
Eonwe Valar: Tolkien chat going on :} Jump on in, the water's fine :}
Orodreth V: Ah.
FinduilasV: Aiya Father
FinduilasV: I tried to
Eonwe Valar: Grima was at least at one time a faithful servant of Theoden.
Orodreth V: It is always sad to see a once good thing become wretched.
Eonwe Valar: He doesn't seem the type to go out riding with the soldiers, so it's curious how Saruman managed to get ahold of him.
FinduilasV: i wonder .. grima must have been running some errands, i mean overseer and tax collecting and such
FinduilasV: or i would think, if saruman wandered through fangorn to learn all he could
Orodreth V: Possibly sunk his claws in back before it was known that Saruman was bad.
FinduilasV: he would make his way to Edoras for sure
ArPharazonV: do we have any idea when Saruman started becoming hostile? before that, Wormtongue might have acted as a means of communication between the two allies
Orodreth V: It seems like it was a long-term project.
Orodreth V: Not somethign where he got ahold of grim, warped his mind, and snt him back to do his work.
Orodreth V: What he sadi.
Orodreth V: Sans the typos.
Eonwe Valar: That is a good point, but it Saruman had been coveting the Ring a long while, if not actually plotting the downfall of Rohan.
Eonwe Valar: I suppose that would depend roughly on when Sauron and Saruman first made contact.
Eonwe Valar: Saruman alone may have found Rohan quite useful, while Sauron would want a weaker resistance when he struck.
Orodreth V: Sorry fleet ops in eve right now
ArPharazonV: btw, http://www.reallifecomics.com/archive/060830.html
Orodreth V: I think as long as no one knew of Saruman's betrayal of the side of good...
FinduilasV: iwell we know that Gandalf himself only found out\
FinduilasV: after he was set prisoner
FinduilasV: well for sure anyway
FinduilasV: Fladrif sents hi by the way, he has to sleep
ArPharazonV: tell him hi back
FinduilasV has left the room.
FinduilasV has entered the room.
Eonwe Valar: WB :}
FinduilasV: thanks
Eonwe Valar: Darn, trying to look in the T ale of Years, Appendix B of LotR, for when Saruman took over Isengard.
Eonwe Valar: It's not wanting to show itself.
FinduilasV: hmm Saruman tied him self to Sauron before gandalfs capture
FinduilasV: I mean the link was established through the Palantir, between Saruman and Sauron as was with Denethor
FinduilasV: ithe transformation happened after this allegiance (well we know Saruman never intended to be a true ally of sauron)
FinduilasV: so the Overtaking of Isendgard would be after the Numenorreans had given up rohan as dependancy i think
GilraenV: well, I'm off
GilraenV: Namarie all
FinduilasV: so maybe at the time of Eorl coming
Eonwe Valar: Ok, found it
FinduilasV: Namarie Gilraen
Eonwe Valar: Saruman was snared by Sauron in the year 300 of the Third Age
GilraenV has left the room.
Eonwe Valar: Take care Gilraen
Eonwe Valar: *3000
ArPharazonV: wasn't Saruman actually put in Isengard by Gondor or something?
Eonwe Valar: Saruman was allowed to become the keeper of Isengard, yes.
Eonwe Valar: After the last meeting of the White Council, he claimed Isengard for his own and began to fortify it.
Eonwe Valar: 2953
Eonwe Valar: That's also when he started keeping spies near the Shire.
Eonwe Valar: In 3000 TA he dared to use the Palantir of Orthanc and got snared by Sauron. That's only 18 years before LotR began.
Eonwe Valar: Well, 18 years before the main part of the story started kicking in.
FinduilasV: ahh that would be when Bilbo left
FinduilasV: around that time
Eonwe Valar: So I guess that's close enough for Grima to have acted as a go-between for Isengard and Rohan.
ArPharazonV: indeed
Eonwe Valar: Actually, Bilbo's Farewell Feast is the next year it seems: 3001.
FinduilasV: close enough
Eonwe Valar: Doesn't seem Grima's birth is listed in the Tale of Years, so we can't know how old he is.
ArPharazonV: he's bound to be older than 18...
Eonwe Valar: I think we can bank on that :}
FinduilasV: I would guess hes in his fourties
FinduilasV: to be a councillor of a king ye are generally more mature
FinduilasV: so maybe even early fifties
Eonwe Valar: At least as old as the King himself.
Eonwe Valar: or in his age group.
Eonwe Valar: Makes me wonderif Saruman gave him any sort of ring.
Eonwe Valar: Saruman did make his own ring.
FinduilasV: there mut have been some link of sort anyway
FinduilasV: a ring would make sense
Eonwe Valar: Saruman must've had a pretty strong hold on Grima somehow.
ArPharazonV: won't have been too powerful, Wormtongue was quite hateful to Saruman even before the One Ring was destroyed
ArPharazonV: not quite will-dominating
Eonwe Valar: There was alot in Saruman's knowledge of the Ringlore that was still missing.
FinduilasV: which leaes the question whether some remnant of goodness inGrima
Eonwe Valar: The ring he apparently made himself was nothing on par with the One Ring despite Sauron and Saruman sharing a common nature.
Eonwe Valar: I don't know about good, but there was some level of his own will left.
Eonwe Valar: *some remnant.
ArPharazonV: I doubt that what acted in Grima was good, indeed.. but he wasn't too fond of being humiliated by Saruman, that's for sure
Eonwe Valar: Grima was really little better than Gollum at the end, save that Grima could and did choose to act against his enslaver.
ArPharazonV: I think in the end, there was more good in Gollum than Grima
Eonwe Valar: Hobbits are a tough sort.
FinduilasV: so he acted as some sort of .. executioner? Or even as a tool of the Valar?Wjhat would have happened to Saruman if Grima hadnt killed him?
Eonwe Valar: Saruman would've carried on with his vengeance in what petty way he could.
ArPharazonV: which wouldn't have been much, with his torment of the Shire failed
Eonwe Valar: He might've gone South or East out of reach of the Reunited Kingdom and tried to raise a kingdom there.
ArPharazonV: follow the path of the Blue Wizards...
Eonwe Valar: Assuming there was enough power left in his voice to convince anyone to follow him.
FinduilasV: Well , not much power left in my *statement*
FinduilasV: at least physically
FinduilasV: apart from that i have to work early tomororw
ArPharazonV: Namarie then, Finduilas!
Eonwe Valar: Ok, let's call the meeting here then.
ArPharazonV: ok
Eonwe Valar: *bangs gavel*
top

After-meeting:
Eonwe Valar: We're the only three still talking anyway.
FinduilasV: Namarie to you all and may the stars guide you safely on your weekly travels
Eonwe Valar: Everyone's free to go as necessary.
Eonwe Valar: Take care Finduilas.
FinduilasV: Namarieq
FinduilasV has left the room.
Orodreth V: I'd talk.
Orodreth V: But fleet ops tend to eat up your attention.
Orodreth V: unless it's the "hurry up and wait" style fleet ops.
Eonwe Valar: afk for a sec
Orodreth V: right now it's the "warp in...shoot something...warp out" style fleet op
Orodreth V: which alternatly gives me much to do and nothing to do at random times.
Eonwe Valar: back
Orodreth V: friggin loggers
Orodreth V: oh well, got him anyways. :D
Eonwe Valar: congrats ;}
Orodreth V: score one for the good guys
Orodreth V: stupid pirates.
Orodreth V: How's WoW going for you folks?
ArPharazonV: not in WoW right now, catching up on some webcomics
Eonwe Valar: Reading Sunday comics.
Orodreth V: I mean in general.
Eonwe Valar: And broswing our Forum.
Orodreth V: High level instances treating you right?
Eonwe Valar: Goes ok I suppose.
Orodreth V: I just lost a nice sum of money for me. :\
Orodreth V: Through lag and then carelessness.
ArPharazonV: I'm still 400g in debt
Orodreth V: how easy is it to get a gold peice?
ArPharazonV: farming Tyr's Hand helps, but wipe-raids make for lots of repaircosts, and I want to get some alts up too...
Orodreth V: for a high level character?
Eonwe Valar: I just kill stuff wherever I feel like being at the moment, and don't do too bad.
Orodreth V: becasue I just lost 60m over 3 days
Orodreth V: and a week before that I lost about another 50m.
ArPharazonV: for a lvl 60? hmm... a good drop easily gets you 1g, or a dozen powerful mobs or so...
Orodreth V: then again, for plenty of people, that's chump change.
ArPharazonV: just don't get killed... one death makes for about 1g repaircosts for me already
Orodreth V: so basically you can farm a single drop to pay for death? wow. talk about getting it easy..
Eonwe Valar: If you get the drop
Eonwe Valar: Not every creature drops more than a couple of silver.
Orodreth V: ah
Eonwe Valar: Some won't give you even that.
ArPharazonV: indeed
Orodreth V: but a dozen powerful mobs is counting just bounty?
Eonwe Valar: But over time, farming creatures will make youy a profit.
ArPharazonV: pretty much, if you have the right mobs :-)
ArPharazonV: for some it's over 20
Orodreth V: Boy do you have it easy.
ArPharazonV: and that's around lvl 60
Eonwe Valar: I tried farming Tyr's Hand. Didn't really like it.
Orodreth V: For my ship, it's worth 25-30m depending on market..
ArPharazonV: oh, my gear's so good now that I can cat my way through Tyr's Hand, instead of bear like in the past
ArPharazonV: makes it a lot faster
ArPharazonV: just need to be careful, any mob can be my death if I'm reckless :-)
Orodreth V: ignoring officers which are very rare..
ArPharazonV: and I definitely need to not get adds
Orodreth V: a single battleship gets me from 500k - 1.25m
Eonwe Valar: I could go on for a while if I only got 1 add each time the guy ran away.
Eonwe Valar: I usually just make the guy not able to run away though and save me the trouble :}
Orodreth V: 500k takes me about 2-3 minutes to kill, 1.25m would take me roughly 5-6 minutes.
Eonwe Valar: And I can cleanse their crusader strikes off me.
Orodreth V: 1m is in the 4-5 minutes range
Eonwe Valar: 1m I guess is roughly equivalent to a gold?
Orodreth V: I make slightly over 3m an hour pure chain farming from bounties. loot ups that to probally 4-5
Orodreth V: hardly
Eonwe Valar: I mean as a basis of currency.
Orodreth V: a player-owned battleship costs 80-100m.
ArPharazonV: hmm
ArPharazonV: looking at farming, 1m would be more than 1g
ArPharazonV: but that makes 80-100m quite a purchase :-)
Orodreth V: nah
Eonwe Valar: the order of currency in WoW is copper, silver, gold from least to greatest, coming at 100 point increments.
Orodreth V: money in eve is isk
Orodreth V: :p
Orodreth V: 100m is an easy purchace
Orodreth V: now, a dread..that's a little more expensive 1.1b or so.
Orodreth V: carrier ups that to 1.5b ish + the fighters which are crazy mad expensive
Orodreth V: There's no market rate for motherships becuase there's all of like 10 or 20 of them in the game.
ArPharazonV: heh
Orodreth V: And there's at best one rumored titan.
Orodreth V: rough costs estimates going from blueprints for a titan are in the 2-5b range.
Orodreth V: Of course, there are people who have a personal wealth in the 10 billion+ range.
Orodreth V: Not many, but a few.
Orodreth V: They all made their wealth trading/reselling, though.
Orodreth V: pvp in eve is as a rule, not cost-efficient.
Orodreth V: unless you're a pirate in some lurcrative place.
Orodreth V: you ebil person, you
MrMonkey2002Blah has left the room.
ArPharazonV: pvp in WoW's not really for cash either... that's what we have mobs for :-)
Eonwe Valar: :}
Eonwe Valar: You can make a few cents, though :}
ArPharazonV: anyway, time for bed, I'll be saving and sending
ArPharazonV: good to be back :-)
Eonwe Valar: Sleep well.
Eonwe Valar: WB :}
ArPharazonV: saved
ArPharazonV: and sent
ArPharazonV: Namarie!
ArPharazonV has left the room.
Eonwe Valar: Guess I'll call it here.
Eonwe Valar: Take care, good night, sleep well, and have fun :}
