these?
Eruhantale (UT), Hobbit birthdays,
Yule, Lithe, Overlithe, Ring Day, Frodo's Birthday, Cormare (Frodo's
Birthday + Leap Year).
After-meeting
Before-meeting:
You have just entered room "valarguildmeetingplace."
Eonwe Valar: We'll give a couple more minutes and then begin.
ArPharazonV: Aiya all
Eonwe Valar: heya
TheSirG3: bleh, I so want to hit technology with a baseball bat
ArPharazonV: technology in general?
TheSirG3: yeah
Eonwe Valar: can you leave "my" technology alone? ;}
TheSirG3: hehe
TheSirG3: why can't this BinaryStream raise an exception when trying to
read past the length... like everything else does ><
ArPharazonV: perhaps it's in a bad mood
Eonwe Valar: Are you sure it is reading past the length?
TheSirG3: yeah
TheSirG3: dim b as new BinaryStream( "questing" ) dim s as string =
b.read( 8 ) dim i as integer = b.readShort() break
TheSirG3: i is 0, but it so should raise an exception ><
Menelvagor Valar: Phar, WoW europe report is yours.
Eonwe Valar: Not sure I can help as far as the coding.
ArPharazonV: it is?
Menelvagor Valar: I'm off to take a shower and then get to bed,
tomorrow the beginning of the end will start.
Eonwe Valar: OK guys, time to begin the meeting.
GwaihirValar: hello
ArPharazonV: the beginning of the end?
ArPharazonV: exam week?
Eonwe Valar: Get plenty of rest Menel :}
ArPharazonV: g'night Menel
Ugluk of Old: namarie
Eonwe Valar: er, one sec before we begin: grabbing roll :}
Menelvagor Valar: not gone yet people, shower first.
Eonwe Valar: ok, let's begin!

Eonwe Valar: Elenn
Sila Lumenn Omentielvo.
Eonwe Valar: Membership
News:
Eonwe Valar: Varda, Elwing, and Eowyn are off seeing Chronicles of
Narnia.
Ugluk of Old: good for them...family time :-)
Eonwe Valar: :}
Menelvagor Valar: gah!
Menelvagor Valar: and I still have to wait a week before it gets in
cinemas here!
Menelvagor Valar: meanies!
Ugluk of Old: It's not too bad a movie either :-)
Eonwe Valar: Also, Varda informs me she and her family have a new WoW
account.
Menelvagor Valar: pft, if the previews give me cold shivers of
anticipation, not too bad would be a massive understatement :-)
Eonwe Valar: Which means more chars for them :}
Menelvagor Valar: do they have the comp to accompany that account? :-)
Eonwe Valar: She also has a computer in the process of construction :}
Menelvagor Valar: w00t
Menelvagor Valar: gratz them for me.
Eonwe Valar: So that'll be two of them at a time :}
Menelvagor Valar: and now: shower!
ArPharazonV: so now they'll be online.. 48 hours a day? in total :-)
Ugluk of Old: neat!
Eonwe Valar: hehe
Menelvagor Valar: be back in like 30-60 mins or so.
Eonwe Valar:
Other Member News: I'm done with finals :}
Ugluk of Old: congrats!
ArPharazonV: congrats!
Eonwe Valar: That means I hope to have time for stuff now :}
Eonwe Valar: thanks :}
ArPharazonV: neh, now you need to get a job :-)
Eonwe Valar: Gotta go back next semester, but at least I'm done for
this one :}
ArPharazonV: ah, ok
STEvilaim has entered the room.
Eonwe Valar: Not quite done with my degree, Phar :}
STEvilaim: ooh, been a while since last chat
ArPharazonV: first there's college, then there's a job, and then
there's the breaking down of life after you retire... free time is a
myth
Eonwe Valar: heya :} We've been here every week :}
Ugluk of Old: yea really Phar :}
STEvilaim: i've been working a lot... up at 6:30am pass out around 8pm
to 2am since about july... yuck :/
Eonwe Valar: Any other Member news, besides Menel is having finals this
week? :}
Ugluk of Old: a moment here and there...that's about it :}
ArPharazonV: nobody ever got old enough to do just those things he/she
wanted...
Ugluk of Old: too true
ArPharazonV: it makes me sad
ArPharazonV: is there nothing more to life than be exactly like any
other person on this world? to do boring things all day preparing for a
time that never comes? to await the release of death at which point it
will be like you never existed?
Eonwe Valar: No more membership news?
ArPharazonV: neh, not from me
Eonwe Valar: Let's not wax philosophical during the business please :}
Ugluk of Old: gesh...pretty morbid there :-)
Eonwe Valar: Besides Phar, it's the journey, not the destination. You
make time for the things important to you.
Eonwe Valar: Time doesn't make itself.
ArPharazonV: I've been thinking about it a lot... whether I should just
release my dreams and step in the boredom that is reality... or that I
should just keep up a charade that I like what I'm doing and hope for
better times
Eonwe Valar: Btw, for those who may not recognize him, STEvilaim is
Scatha :}
ArPharazonV: but let's put it out of our minds for tonight
ArPharazonV: get on with the meeting!
STEvilaim: scatha the absent ;-)
Eonwe Valar: :}
Eonwe Valar: He's here, so that's membership news :}

Eonwe Valar: Encyclopedia:
Eonwe Valar: New stories
up from Jay of Lasgalen:
STEvilaim: i've got something that may qualify for news: i'm doing
front page news/reviews for www.xtremesystem.org
from time to time... dunno where that fits in, but yeah..
Eonwe Valar: Sounds like membership news :} Good to know you've been
keeping yourself busy :}
Eonwe Valar: New stories up from Jay of Lasgalen:
Eonwe Valar: Of Balrogs and Battles: 2 chapters. Elladan, Elrohir. "A

outside the borders of Imladris, and Elrohir makes a startling
discovery about himself."
Eonwe Valar: Should be interesting reading.
Eonwe Valar: Check out the links on the News Page, or you can find them
through the Stories Page.
Eonwe Valar: If you have Tolkien-themed stories you'd like to share,
talk to Varda, who maintains the Stories page :}
Eonwe Valar: Ah, seems Hay of Lasgalen has a few more up on our Stoires
page:
Eonwe Valar: *Hay = Jay
Eonwe Valar: "Old Man Willow" "Alas for the Wailing of the Gulls" and
"Two by Two"
Eonwe Valar: Any other Web news?
Eonwe Valar: going once
Eonwe Valar: going twice
top
Eonwe Valar: Gaming News:
Eonwe Valar: The Winter Veil quests for World of
Warcraft are now active, so get out there and give them a try! :}
Eonwe Valar: The ones in Ironforge aren't too difficult.
Eonwe Valar: the highest one being a trip to Searing Gorge.
Eonwe Valar: I haven't checked the other capitals for other Christmas
quests yet, so give those places a look too.
Eonwe Valar: WoW
Lothar :
Eonwe Valar: Arathorn, Arwen, Beline, and I got together for some of
these Christmas quests.
Eonwe Valar: We dealt with the Greench :}
Eonwe Valar: we also rescued one of Greatfather Winter's Reindeer,
Metzen :}
Eonwe Valar: For those who don't recognize the name, he's an important
guy over at Blizzard :}
STEvilaim: .. you're making me want to get WoW now... ;-)
Eonwe Valar: Check out the Metzen the Reindeer quest in Ironforge near
the bank :}
Eonwe Valar: good, you can join us on Lothar :}
Eonwe Valar: How are the guild guys on the European servers doing?
Eonwe Valar: Phar?
ArPharazonV: hmm?
ArPharazonV: oh, sorry, was in PM with Ugluk
Eonwe Valar: That's your cue :}
ArPharazonV: ehrrr... allrighty then
ArPharazonV: not much contact with other valarmembers the last week, we
all seem to be doing other things again
ArPharazonV: I'm still farming for my epic ram, will take a few months
ArPharazonV: brb, I'll go on in a few moments, just made msn contact
with my brother in England
Eonwe Valar: good luck on that :}
Eonwe Valar: we'll move on then and let you come back to it.
Eonwe Valar: Battlenet
ladder season 3 has ended.
Eonwe Valar: Winners were announced December 13th
Eonwe Valar: The winners of the Valar Guild's ladder seem to be between
Thorondor, Finarfin, and Arathorn.
Eonwe Valar: Varda will announce the results when known.
Eonwe Valar: Any other Gaming News?
Eonwe Valar: Anyone play any games besides WoW?
STEvilaim: crashday
is almost ready for release for those who like racing games
Eonwe Valar: care to tell a little about that, Scatha?
STEvilaim: let me dig it up, one sec
STEvilaim: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=82769
STEvilaim: pics and movies there.. the game is basically a cross
between Trackmania Sunrise/Extreme and Carmageddon.. if you have played
FlatOut then you should like it
Eonwe Valar: is it for console or computer? offline or online?
STEvilaim: computer only as far as I know, both offline and on
Eonwe Valar: so guild members who like racing might find this a chance
to race against other members?
STEvilaim: yup
Eonwe Valar: Ok, racing fans, there you go :}
STEvilaim: another good game to try if you havent is Flatout... there have been some
recent 3rd party add-ons that improve multiplayer aspects of it and
give added cars/tracks
TheSirG3: yeah, Flatout is fun
STEvilaim: all flatout mods available at vales.com
TheSirG3: going off topic, is Carmageddon 3 out yet?
STEvilaim: no
TheSirG3: darn
Eonwe Valar: Any other gaming news?
STEvilaim: wait, maybe it is..
Eonwe Valar: Send Tolkien topics to me as well, or you'll get mine :}
STEvilaim: oh, C3 is just TDR2000
STEvilaim: its been out for ~5 years now
STEvilaim: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/driving/carmageddon3tdr2000/
TheSirG3: hm, isn't there a new one?
STEvilaim: this is Carmageddon 4: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/driving/carmageddon4/
TheSirG3: ah
Eonwe Valar: Here's another piece of Gaming News:
Eonwe Valar: LotRO
(Lord of the Rings Online for those who don't know)
Eonwe Valar: Turbine has put up their quarterly calendar wallpapers.
Eonwe Valar: i.e. scenes from LotRO with months on them :}
Eonwe Valar: Might want to check them out. There's some nice
screenshots there.
Eonwe Valar: There's also been an update to the playable classes
information.
Eonwe Valar: The Champion now lists what races can choose that class
Eonwe Valar: There's also an image of what a human Champion "might"
look like.
Eonwe Valar: And the Races are : *drumroll*
Eonwe Valar: Man, Elf, and Dwarf :}
STEvilaim: darn, no dragons :D
Menelvagor Valar: WoW europe gone yet?
Eonwe Valar: Phar was in the middle, had to turn his attention
elsewhere.
Eonwe Valar: Would you like to pick it up?
Menelvagor Valar: well, all I know is that our guilds managed to down
Raggy twice the last 2 weeks.
Eonwe Valar: congrats :}
Menelvagor Valar: thanks, but I wasn't there.
Menelvagor Valar: I've been concentrating on my studies in that time.
Menelvagor Valar: which is why I know no more :-\
ArPharazonV: ok, back
Eonwe Valar: wb :}
Eonwe Valar: Phar came give details then :}
Eonwe Valar: *came = can
ArPharazonV: I was there for Raggy on Friday, but we got to 1%... the
rest of the guild killed him on Saturday when I wasn't there ;-)
Eonwe Valar: ah, so only killed him once :}
Menelvagor Valar: oh, the Raggy kill movie will go up in a day or two
approx.
ArPharazonV: yes, this week
ArPharazonV: last week they killed him also
Eonwe Valar: Ah
ArPharazonV: I wasn't there... christmas ball at the dancing school :-)
ArPharazonV: was great fun!
Eonwe Valar: hehe
ArPharazonV: let's see... got my paladin to lvl 25
ArPharazonV: working on the background for my warlock during silences
in this meeting..
Menelvagor Valar: btw, Phar... farming for your epic Ram?
ArPharazonV: aye
ArPharazonV: I need runecloth and lots and lots o gold
Menelvagor Valar: that meaning you're donating whatever you can find to
Ironforge, so you get your status up to revered?
ArPharazonV: nope, to exalted
Menelvagor Valar: exalted, right.
ArPharazonV: I'm already over 5000 into revered :-)
Eonwe Valar: I'm still working on my Epic Paladin mount, so I know what
you're going through :}
Menelvagor Valar: that's still about 15.000 runecloth to go or so.
ArPharazonV: 6300
ArPharazonV: so it's not that bad :-)
ArPharazonV: I often buy it out cheap from guildmembers or rsa-members,
and otherwise from the AH for 2g a stack...
ArPharazonV: so it's basically about getting 800 gold from farming
ArPharazonV: and then another 800 or 900 for the li'l critter itself..
Menelvagor Valar: plus 900 for the mount :-)
ArPharazonV: yup
ArPharazonV: depends if I can get a dwarven officer to buy it for me :-)
ArPharazonV: so anyway, the plan's laid out, now I just need to fulfill
it ;-)
Menelvagor Valar: how's that?
Eonwe Valar: To make sure it's clear, the guild Phar is referring to is
not an official Guild branch, as we don't have on on the European
servers, but it's a group some of the European Valar Guild guys have
joiend to try and play together.
ArPharazonV: aye
Menelvagor Valar: more or less anyways :-)
ArPharazonV: we're known as the High Guard, on Argent Dawn
Menelvagor Valar: The High Guard, Phar.
ArPharazonV: yeah, ok
ArPharazonV: THG
ArPharazonV: http://www.thehighguard.net/thgBB/index.php
is our forum for those interested!
GwaihirValar: I don't believe I mentioned this... but the guild I'm on
Shattered Hand with recently downed Nefarion for the first time
Menelvagor Valar: spiritually, it's still m guild 8-)
ArPharazonV: you wish, Menel :-)
ArPharazonV: you're all but forgotten ;-)
Menelvagor Valar: oh, ask Kissowa and Gibgow.
ArPharazonV: yes, among a few, perhaps
Menelvagor Valar: not in a million years will I be forgotten by those
who remember me fondly.
Eonwe Valar: ok, let's keep the politics of outside groups outside.
Menelvagor Valar: good idea.
Menelvagor Valar: off to shave.
GwaihirValar: we were the fourth guild on the server, alliance side, to
do so... and our server was the first server to have a nefarian kill :-)
ArPharazonV: yup
Eonwe Valar: We need to focus on what the Valar Guild does and how we
can down Nefarion :}
GwaihirValar: hehe
ArPharazonV: btw, I discovered a wow webcomic which I found funny...
you probably already know it, but here it is
ArPharazonV: http://pc.gamespy.com/flintlocke
ArPharazonV: about flintlocke the warrior who acts like a hunter
Eonwe Valar: Having everyone on one server would be a great start, but
hard on the European guys :}
Eonwe Valar: Any other gaming news?
STEvilaim: anyone play GuildWars?
ArPharazonV: anyway, downed raggy, got my Cenarion Spaulders (which
makes me the first druid in the raidalliance with the 5-piece bonus)
Eonwe Valar: congrats Phar
ArPharazonV: and since I'm the only druid in the alliance without the
stormrage cover, and I'll finally be around for 2 onyxia-raids, here's
to hoping ;-)
ArPharazonV: but yes, that's about it
Eonwe Valar: congrats :}
Eonwe Valar: We have a couple who play Guild Wars, Scatha, and they're
always looking for more. Might try the Games Page to see who as I don't
reemember who right now :}
STEvilaim: i'll have to do that
STEvilaim: thx
Eonwe Valar: mp :}
Eonwe Valar: I maintain the Games Page, so send in your Gaming info to
be listed if it's not up there.
Eonwe Valar: Nothing from before October 2005 is up there.
Eonwe Valar: so if you didn't respond to the Update mail, you don't
have anything listed. That goes for everyone here and everyone not here.
STEvilaim: my old email address probably needs an update ;-)
Eonwe Valar: please update then :}
STEvilaim: steviltoo(AT)hotmail.com OR stevil(AT)xtremesystems.org
Eonwe Valar: Varda's working on the Activity sweep, so by showing up
you saved yourself for another year :}
STEvilaim: sweet lol
Eonwe Valar: well, until the next Activity Sweep at least :}
STEvilaim: yeah..
Eonwe Valar: Might want to e-mail those e-mails to Varda.
STEvilaim: hopefully i'll be a bit more active by then.. work really
drags on you when its 6-7 days a week and 10-18 hours per day,..
STEvilaim: yeah
Eonwe Valar: good luck on that :}
Menelvagor Valar: ok time to hit the sack.
Eonwe Valar: sleep well Menel :}
Menelvagor Valar: thanks.
ArPharazonV: Namarie
Menelvagor Valar: let the end of the beginning to the end start now
Menelvagor Valar: or something.
top
Eonwe Valar: ok, Tolkien time :} Everyone
still awake Frodo Lives :}
Menelvagor Valar: really?
Eonwe Valar: *Everyone still awake say Frodo Lives
Menelvagor Valar: are you sure about that Eonwe?
Eonwe Valar: But sure, we can discuss that too :}
Menelvagor Valar: Frodo died.
Eonwe Valar: Yes, he does live Menel :}
Menelvagor Valar: Frodo died.
Eonwe Valar: Are you sure?
ArPharazonV: Frodo Lives?
Menelvagor Valar: nope, but I guess that's my way of saying I'm not
supposed to be awake :-P
STEvilaim: oh, how about hardware news? I have some for anyone who uses
a Gateway
FPD2185w LCD (probably not many)
Menelvagor Valar: ok, too technical, I'm off
Menelvagor Valar: Namarie O:-)
STEvilaim: heh
Eonwe Valar: sleep well :}
STEvilaim: night
Eonwe Valar: Since I dare say we all use computers, go ahead and share
Scatha :}
Menelvagor Valar: don't worry, not because of the technical stuff, just
because I need the sleep.
Menelvagor Valar has left the room.
STEvilaim: the FPD2185w has been shown to have banding issues if you
run with a VGA or DVI-D connection at 60hz at its native resolution
(1680x1050). The fix to this..
STEvilaim: is to modify your resolution profiles and make a 75hz @
1680x1050 setting.. fixes it all up.
STEvilaim: darn 232 character length
STEvilaim: VGA wont go above 60hz well though, so be warned..
STEvilaim: ps: I love this LCD ;-)
Eonwe Valar: Thanks for the warning. Be warned Gateway users :}
Eonwe Valar: OK, Tolkien Time :}
Eonwe Valar: Tonight's Discussion is a simple one. What
holidays did the Free Peoples celebrate, and how did they celebrate
these?
Eonwe Valar: For example, the Numenoreans observed Eruhantal, a thanksgiving to Eru.
ArPharazonV: *flips open appendix... d, I think?*
Eonwe Valar: As part of this celebration, they went up the the highest
peak in Numenor, the Meneltarma, and offered the fruits of the land to
Eru.
Ugluk of Old: Namarie
Ugluk of Old has left the room.
ArPharazonV: there, conversation with brother over, conversation with
Ugluk over... ok, topic! holidays, eh?
ArPharazonV: there were 3 celebrations in Numenor concerning Eru and
the Meneltarma, no?
Eonwe Valar: Did the Numenoreans in exile (the Kingdoms of Arnor and
Gondor) keep this holiday as well?
ArPharazonV: not just the one you mentioned
Eonwe Valar: trying to find a good description of Eruhantale in my SIl,
but it's being difficult.
ArPharazonV: try UT?
Eonwe Valar: There appears to be more than just one though, aye.
ArPharazonV: "There no tool or weapon had ever been borne; and there
none might speak any word, save the King only.
Eonwe Valar: Here we go, it is in UT
Eonwe Valar: It's the Autumn feast.
ArPharazonV: Thrice only in each year the King spoke, offering prayer
for the coming year at the Erukyerm in the first days of spring,
Eonwe Valar: Aye, Phar
ArPharazonV: praise of Eru Iluvatar at the Erulaital in midsummer, and
thanksgiving to him at the Eruhantal at the end of autumn.
ArPharazonV: At these times the King ascended the mountain on foot
followed by a great concourse of the people, clad in white and
garlanded, but silent."
ArPharazonV: the rest of the information is found spread out throughout
the tale of Aldarion and Erendis, I guess
ArPharazonV: Aldarion.. heh... I named my wow warrior after him
ArPharazonV: Caldarion :-)
Eonwe Valar: Just flipped through, that's the more info that's given in
UT.
Eonwe Valar: *more = most
Eonwe Valar: Anyone else care to weigh in on this? Any examples of
holidays in LotR?
Eonwe Valar: Phar and I could go on for a while, but it's more
interesting when more people are involved :}
STEvilaim: hmm.. dont recall any off the top of my head... been forever
since I read the books
Eonwe Valar: The Hobbits seemed to make big deals of birthdays. Almost every day someone
was having one.
ArPharazonV: aye, and I recall there being yearly holidays in the Shire
as well
ArPharazonV: mostly revolving around the days with no weekdays :-)
Eonwe Valar: aye
Eonwe Valar: Yule
Eonwe Valar: for example
Eonwe Valar: Hobbits loved their holidays :}
ArPharazonV: Yule and Lithe
Eonwe Valar: Pull out the books if you have them with you, Scatha :}
Eonwe Valar: Flipping through is just as good as knowing it by heart :}
ArPharazonV: and Overlithe :-)
Eonwe Valar: When it comes to discussion. Need I remind everyone that
for Tolkien Chat, you are not required to have this stuff memorized?
STEvilaim: dont have them on hand
ArPharazonV: "The Overlithe was a day of special holiday, but it did
not occur in any of the years important to the history of the Great
Ring.
STEvilaim: just have some douglas adams with me... ;-)
Eonwe Valar: All it takes is a willingness to pull out your books and
use them to contribute. Phar is not quoting off the top of his head,
and neither am I :}
ArPharazonV: It occurred in 1420, the year of the famous harvest and
wonderful summer, and the merrymaking in that year is said to have been
the greatest in memory or record."
ArPharazonV: blasphemy! of course I have all the books memorized! what
do you think?
ArPharazonV: :-D
ArPharazonV: of course, it helps that RotK and UT are lying right here
besides the monitor ;-)
Eonwe Valar: I think the greater blashemy is to say *I* don't have them
memorized :}
Eonwe Valar: *blasphemy :}
STEvilaim: blasphemer!
Eonwe Valar: The encyclopedia might have some info you can check on
Holidays so you can follow the chat, Scatha.
ArPharazonV: I've also started this week on the re-reading of Lost
Tales part 2... really interesting, the first version of Tinuviel
STEvilaim: true
Eonwe Valar: not positive on that, but we have alot in there, despite
needing alot more.
Eonwe Valar: Again, all it takes to contribute to the Encyclopedia is
the willingness to open the books and do research :}
ArPharazonV: if I ever tame a cat with my hunter in WoW, I'm naming him
Tevildo... heh
Eonwe Valar: hehe
Eonwe Valar: Varda has a bird named Landroval :}
ArPharazonV: and I've already decided I'm getting a wolf called Helvy
;-)
Eonwe Valar: figured you would :}
Eonwe Valar: ok, so what important days did other races besides Hobbits
celebrate?
ArPharazonV: while my main is named Calaron, my hunter is a female elf
called Caliona... so it's pretty close to Calion to have a Helvy
fitting in the picture
Eonwe Valar: The Elves had 6 seasons per year.
Eonwe Valar: Let's not forget Ring Day!
Eonwe Valar: The day the Ring was destroyed was certainly a celebrated
day on the calendar of Gondor and Arnor in the Fourth Age.
ArPharazonV: of course, for Gondor it was the first day of the year..
STEvilaim: every time gandalf shows up at the shire there seemed to be
a party of some type happening..
ArPharazonV: with our without the destruction of the Ring, newyears
always makes a holiday-ish impression :-)
ArPharazonV: *with or without
Eonwe Valar: hehe
STEvilaim: did the elves ever party? I seem to remember something, but
its hazy..
ArPharazonV: in Rivendell it was an on-going party, it almost seems...
Eonwe Valar: The Elves of Mirkwood were celebrating something it would
seem when they captured the Dwarves.
ArPharazonV: what was it again Bilbo said? whether you like singing,
dancing, lore, resting... w/e?
Eonwe Valar: Rivendell was a haven, a place for healing, recuperation,
and reflection.
Eonwe Valar: Sounsd about right Phar.
Eonwe Valar: Sounds even
Eonwe Valar: The men of the Reunited Kingdom also celebrated Frodo's birthday.
ArPharazonV: they did?
Eonwe Valar: Yavanni 30, that corresponded with Sept 22 in the old
style, was a holiday, made so because that was Frodo's birthday
Eonwe Valar: Getting this from Appendix D in RotK.
ArPharazonV: heh
Eonwe Valar: Sept 22 is Ring Day btw
Eonwe Valar: in Leap years the feast held this day was doubled.
Eonwe Valar: so it became a 2-day feast
Eonwe Valar: Cormare
Eonwe Valar: ok, I guess that's it for this chat
Eonwe Valar: I've gota tree to trim, so I declare Aftermeeting.
ArPharazonV: yup, just checking the information in the appendix..

;-)
Eonwe Valar: I should probably offer a Tolkien quiz with 1000 WoW gold
as the reward. I'd never have to pay at this rate :}
Eonwe Valar: Seeing as Phar, who would stand a good chance of winning,
is on the European servers :}
Eonwe Valar: and Menel as well :}
ArPharazonV: hehe

ArPharazonV: give me that 1000 gold! I can get my epic mount a lot
faster that way :-)
