Alliance:

In General:

    Apprentice (to 75) and Journeyman (76 to 150): Generally, some Apprentice trainers will be in a town near your birthplace, with a larger batch of trainers, including Journeymen, in the first Alliance town near you.
    Expert (151 to 225) is usually in one Alliance town only.
    Masters (226 to 300) teach Artisan and are sometimes in odd places.

Expert: Darnassus; Kalimdor. Name of NPC (non-player chararacter): Ainethil
Master: Feathermoon, Feralas; Kalimdor. Near dock, inside, pool inside. Name: Kylana Windwhisper

Cook:

Expert: Cookbook sold at Silverwind Refuge which is by Mystral Lake in the Ashenvale area; Kalimdor continent.
Artisan: Quest: Clamlette Surprise. Gadgetzan, Tanaris, Kalimdor. Name: Dirge Quickcleave

Enchanter:

Expert: Feathermoon, Kalimdor.
Master: Uldaman. Name: Annora.

Engineer:

    Expert: Ironforge. Name: Springspindle Fizzlegear
    Master Engineer: Gadgetzan, Kalimdor. He stands outside near the mailbox , easily mistaken for just another bruiser/guard. Name: Buzzok Bracketswing.
    Master Goblin Engineer: Gadgetzan, Kalimdor. He's in a building, visible from outside through the open door. Name: Nixx Sprocketspring.
    Master Gnome Engineer:

First Aid:

Expert: Stromgarde Keep. Vendor's book, also books on silk and mageweave bandages.
Master: Theramore, Kalimdor. He's inside the Citadel, and gives the Triage quest. Cure the soldiers who pop in the bunk beds in the same room with the Triage Bandages he gives you.

Fisher:

Expert: Book. Booty Bay. Vendor: Old Man Henning. Human in a shop on the bottom level, fish hook on the sign outside. The shop is near the ramp to the water, which has a torch by it.
Master: Ironforge's Forgotten Caves. Quest from Nat Pagle, Angler Extreme. Tidefury Cove, southwest of Theramore Isle.

Herbalist:

Expert: Loch Modan
Master: Loch Modan

Leatherworker:

    Beginner: Between Dolanaar and Darnassus, just off the road in a hut. The Skinning Trainer is just outside.
    Expert: Darnassus, Kalimdor. Floor above the tailors. Name: Telonis.
    Master: Hinterlands, Eastern Kingdoms. Inside the inn (which has several floors), by a leatherwork supplies lady.

    Wild Leather recipe quests are given in Feathermoon, Feralas, Kalimdor. Near the gryphon master in a gazebo. Name Pratt McGrubben. You will want wildvine! Wildvine is dropped by trolls in the Hinterlands (Witherbark trolls are the closest) and Stranglethorn Vale. Other recipes he offers at special times, but not a second time after learning: Turtle Scale Gloves, Green Whelp Bracers.

    Dragonscale Specialty: Azshara.
    Elemental Specialty:
    Tribal Specialty: Thalanaar, Feralas, Kalimdor. Near the gryphon master, standing in the open. Name: Caryssia Moonhunter.

Mounts:

    First or Elite: Major Alliance town for each race. Ex.: Darnassus for tiger mount
    Unusual mount:
        Wintersaber Tiger trainer: Winterspring north east corner past the tunnel tucked well back. Name: Chal Fairwind. Mounts are in the northern town in Winterspring, and are white tigers.

Skinner:

Buy a skinning knife.
Skinning Trainer: Between Dolanaar and Darnassus just off the road by his hut. Beginning Leatherworker Trainer is inside the hut.

Tailor:

    Jouneyman: Darnassus. Ironforge. Stormwind. Stranglethorn.
    Expert: Stormwind. Name: Georgio Bolero.
    Master: Theramore, Dustwallow Marsh, Kalimdor. The white and wood building is near the stable; downstairs has a cooking hearth and Trade Supplier named Helenia Olden. Name: Timothy Worthington.
