Sweep rafters clean of Shelob webs…
Air out sheets from royal beds…
Rake up and toss out moldy Orc bones…
Polish jewels in royal crowns and thrones…

Restock fresh foodstuff in the larders…
Refill wine casks (a task a bit harder)…
Sew up clothing holes and rips…
Scrape star-barnacles off swanships…

Repair castle chinks and dents…
Make sure “Thanks!” to allies sent…
When work is done, we feast and party…
As well we fought, now celebrate hearty!
