Tar-Ancalime was the first Ruling Queen of
Numenor, and the seventh
ruler. She was the daughter of Tar-Aldarion,
who changed the laws
of sucession so that the eldest child that accepts the scepter, be they
man or woman, may take the Kingship of Numenor.
She married
Hallacar, mainly so she could produce an heir so her cousin, Soronto,
could not claim the throne.
She was suceeded by her son,
Tar-Anarion.
