Several pieces of news for patch 5.4 have been put up.
First is the Dev Watercooler on the class changes coming.
Next is a blog about the Timeless Isle, which will be the location of interest for those ready to move on from Battlefield:Barrens. Remember that once 5.4 gets here, the Battlefield:Barrens event will be over, so get your Fill of it (achievement and title, pet, gear) now!
Third is a blog about the changes coming to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. If you don't yet have the achievement "Eternally in the Vale", get it now!
Blizzard's new Battle.net desktop app is now in open beta. If you want to test it out and gain a consolidated launcher for Blizzard games, or for more information, see the blog.

The LotRO Community Site is coming down Monday for a revamp. The process is expected to take 4 days. Temporary LotRO fora will be available during the downtime. They also encourage players to keep up with the status of the new Site via Facebook and Twitter. You can see what's expected to stay and what's expected to go here, at least until they take the forums down.
Blizzard will be releasing Proving Grounds with patch 5.4, giving players an opportunity to hone their skills as a tank, healer, or DPS in a solo environment. Check out the preview!
New items of interest are up on WoW's Community Site, including a new short story: Death from Above, new battleground guides, and for those interested in such things, new non-pet items coming to Blizzard's Pet Store, which makes one wonder how much longer it'll be called a "pet store".
A balance update has been released for Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm. See the official site for more info.
A new page has been added for LotRO: LotRO Basics. It's in the same vein as the WoW Basics page, to give a bit of info to those new to Lord of the Rings Online. It's a work in progress so please feel free to recommend sections, clarifications, and some general info that would be useful to new players. The same goes for the WoW Basics page. If there's any sections or clarification you think that could use, bring that up too.

A new update for LotRO has been released: Update 11.1. See the patch note here for more info.
A new feature with alot of potential has been announced as coming with patch 5.4. That feature is flexible raids. Short version: Anywhere between 10 and 25 people will be able to take on a raid scaled for that many people. Loot quality will be between Raid Finder(LFR) and Normal difficulty, and the looting scheme will be the same as LFR (loot assigned per person, bonus rolls allowed, etc.).
It's still a work in progress, but you can see a preview here.
Greetings all! Due to my computer's death, I have been unable to update the Games Site. Unfortunately, it does not look like I will have an immediate replacement for my computer (if the last 6 months of no new Gaming news wasn't enough of an indication it wasn't going to be immediate, hehe). In the meantime, I will do my best to update the Games Site with the aid of Varda. Please bear with us while we do this, and as always report immediately any problems you find with the Games Site.
