Download/Install Instructions

-Download the game (728MB):

-Install it, then run it and read the 'Quickstart' documentation installed with the game located on your hard drive in:
     \America's Army\Help\AmericasArmyQuickstartGuide.pdf


-Here is an excerpt of the main steps you need to get going:
(NOTE: To play certain maps in the game you have to pass specific training and tests in the 'Training' section. Passing certain training sessions opens up further ones that were previously closed.
SO TRAIN!:-D... er .. have I mentioned training is important? :-P)

GETTING STARTED
1. Download and install America's Army (www.americasarmy.com).
2. Create a soldier by going to: http://login.americasarmy.com (follow onscreen instructions). Use your GUILD ID!
3. After responding to the confirmation email, load up America’s Army, and click on PERSONNEL JACKET. Enter your username and password into the space provided, and click LOG IN.
4. Click on TRAINING, and proceed in this order for training maps: Rifle Range, Obstacle Course, U.S. Weapons, and Tactical Training. Remember to upload your results after completing each test.
5. Once training is complete, click on DEPLOYMENT . You will be taken to the server browser screen. Activate Punkbuster by checking the box in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Then click on REFRESH LIST on the opposite side of the screen. You should see a list of available servers, select one and click JOIN to enter the server. For more info, see manual.
